I'm still not sure how other stats factor in the crit rates. As said the downside to speed-neglected build is in order to test this out I must wait until Archi's DEF matches his opponents' STR. With good set he can take them on as his peers, I think, but for testing purposes he'll have to take the backseat for a while :D

For Sandragon I had my Phoenix Quill, Reviver Of The Lion, Recycle Blaster, Soma Tablets, Intricate Energized Helmet, Pirate Cutlass (with natural armor mods), Frostbite Amulet and Reborn Icewand of Doom. Freeze + Cutlass; Blast & Soma; then I'd use my Cutlass and switch between the amulet on wand depending on if I need health. I mostly used Divine Denizhen with those. If I got ballsy, I'd use my Gelaspell to try and push for a freeze. And then Wand + Amulet + Gelaspell when he was frozen to try and keep him frozen. :3 Thanks for the Saggi notes! Hmmm, I'll have to dig around my weapons and see what might work on him.. I desperately need to update my scrolls too >_>;

- Saggi is freeze bait, if you have something that does multiple freezes/freeze crystals that will help. I'm not much help for strats for Saggi, I just use DGR and Trident with CWS if I need to heal up for a bit. Back in the day when I was trying to beat Saggi with a lower tier pet, the strat was steal his blades and use them against him! But now the blades are -100% heal if you steal them :(

Just FYI, Tos is my original pet and is also 9 years old - almost 10 now. But, so far, she has been all hand trained with no boosting (except possibly for when I was just figuring out what boosting was). So all of her battle experience has been saved for later. For now, she's solidly mid T9 and has her eyes on getting to T10. :-)

Oranos is T9 but he is an uneven build. I am trying to see what challengers he can beat with a high health build. Thank you! I really liked the steamwork kumos and the angelic kumos so I thought, why not both? The charged tower shield I think was a prize weapon. It was released so long ago I can't even remember anymore, but there are not many floating around and they are super expensive. It's good for T8/T9 but I wouldn't invest in it now that you are T10. There are much better options that block more for a T10.

There are a few opponents that disable scrolls, one being cinthilocks. She is public enemy number 1 when it comes to most obnoxious challengers. She can freeze, has a blessing that has a high chance for protecting her from freezing, she has that curse that disables scrolls and she can steal your weapons.

Wooo 2 mil exp! I missed that one congrats! I dunno we may have hit a wall here with win 3 considering that he crit hits me for more health than I have. Scroll disabling is the worst, especially when that is how I chain freeze.

FYI - the [item2=Charged Tower Shield] was a prize for being one of the top fighters against Tempest during Vesnali 2014. And there are none in user shops or trades right now. (Guess the owners still like them. :-) )

- Cinthilocks is a paaaaain, one of the few challengers I haven't maxed out on wins with.

- It's a recipe I got from the internet, lol. I will share, it's not a crazy family secret or anything. :P Also, you got it Dark Goddess Rod and Chancellor's War Shield. Between the two they block pretty much all dark/phys/light which are saggi's 2 main icons.

Yeah this week was a rough one. Just glad it's Friday and it's over. That would explain it lol I got mine for a good price from a friend. Verdugo was still T7 or so at the time and he wasn't using it because his pet was T12 and had better weapons. GotF is a great scroll for your tier. Once you have like 4k health though, it stops being as effective, but it's great for opponents that steal since they can't steal scrolls.

Heh yeah I made sure I finished her off while Verdugo is still T12 so I wouldn't have to deal with her at T13

Just in case, like me, you don't spend much time in the Cash Shop, I found the bobbleheads under toys.

(And wondering whether I should buy the bobbleheads since I still need all of them - even though I already have a trident - any advice?)

Very nice. Always good to buy weapons from friends who don't need them. That's how I got my trident.

I'm sure it won't work forever, but right now GoTF is very helpful. Especially since it still heals for more than Tos' max health. I can see wre it would get less useful as your health keeps growing.

Is Cinthilocks the challenger who is harder for T13 pets than for T12 pets, or am I thinking of someone else. I know I remember hearing about someone who worked like that?

Yeah that's her. Her difficulty scales if your pet is T13. I made sure to get my 10 wins before that point lol

They are expensive to get. I wouldn't bother unless you didn't have a trident.

You will get there sooner than you realize! When I really started training Oranos regularly he was barely a T5 and now he is T9! And that's with him still being trained secondly to Verdugo. If I didn't have to keep training Verdugo he would probably be close to T10 by now.
