At least it seems like a lot of the ones this year have been in the EH or above category so far, so they're more worth it I guess.

I'm caught up on all of the challengers except for the 2013 ones, so I hope those get brought back soon. At least I already know which ones I need, so whenever they do come back I can just get them (already got some CSC saved for it).

I can confirm that Saheric Spirit gives out both EH and Imp tokens (I got both types; got Imps, and got some EHs and some Imps I believe). Similar opponents are General Error and Sophie who also give out both types, even outside of BQs.

- Tos only has 37 AP right now. Might need to spend a day taking books out of the vault, dusting off the pixel dust and reading them to her. I have the trident, helmet, AoN, STS and Rapier of Error - and I'll see what I other things I can come up with to go with those. It's not bad as a start.

- right now the plan is to make a mecha one day. But I won't need it until Tos gets to T11.

Good plan! I think I actually just bought the mecha for 100m than made my own because once you get to t11 its really hard to have that many impossible tokens! Heck, I think I only got 100 when I reached t12!! However, it was nice to use them all on boosters couple of days ago! Didn't even know you could trade them down haha!

Oh - glad you found out that you can trade down tokens to buy boosters in the battle shop. I understand that's a big help for higher tier pets.

I had 34k tokens once I traded down, and was able to boost some strength, 170 surging power potions so I got around 350 strength which was a nice boost! For sure, just gimmie a shout and there yours! I think I have 8 or so you can borrow!

Yeah, I remember being very surprised when I got an EH token from Sophie. I even went back to the challenge page to double-check her category and was wondering why she gave out EH tokens while she clearly among the Imp challengers on my CS tab. That's why I've got a very distinctive impression that she gives out both types.

Whoa lucky you! I never got more than 1.2:1 ratio when I use the stat boosters in the battle shop.

I'm saving tokens for the Mecha and am at like 75-80 or so. Almost there, but then my pet is almost at Tier 12 as well so it is pretty hard to save them. I'm close enough that I'll just wait though, especially since I can complete more BQs now it hopefully won't be too long before I can get one.

tbh the mecha is great, but its only really useful in long battles with 30+ turns :o Although it has anti-freeze, and anti-steal protection its only partial and tbh I still get frozen/stolen from a heck of a lot when using it lol. But still, its a pretty stable weapon (It is in my default!) Good luck, your so close!

So I'm by no means a fluent battler, but my pet (angry pointy thing, my mortiking) just hit T9 and told me I can get wins on Vintage Prodigy if I have the right set and strategy. I wanted to hop in and ask, is there a thread that has Vintage Prodigy's stats and weapons? I'm sure there must be but I can't find it (probably just me and the fact that forum search gives me an Error 500 like half the time I use it lol)

I'm in love with the wearable loot and want to earn it :D

Helloooo! Yes you can get at least 5 wins with the right set. I'm actually trying to give advice to who also has a T9. I was able to do it using two blasters, one full blocker, two healers, charged tower shield, and either sierrac flail or trident. I switched to the trident for wins 4 and 5 since it was doing more damage. For scrolls I used ocean currents, 1 shriek, 1 perilous whirlpool and 1 gift of the forj.

He does the same icons as regular prodigy, so a lot of water/fire/dark, but doesn't hit as hard.

Vintage Prodigy's base stats: 5k health 3.1k strength 3.1k defense 3.1k speed

Weapons: H20 Synergy 11-20 fire, occasionally does 50 dark, 10-12 magma, 20 water, blocks all water, heals 500

Atomic Wave(2x) 6-14 fire, 20-25 magma, 20-25 water, blocks all water

Neutral Cannon(2x) 15-20 fire, 15-20 lightning, 15-20 water, 15-20 air, blocks all water

Molecular Storm 9-10 wind, 39-45 water, 5-10 lightning, blocks 50 earth/physical/fire/dark/water/lightning/magma.

That's what I observed slow-leaking another round against him. Good luck winning, hope this helps.
