I am having overheating issues. My neck and the back of my head are hot to the touch. Seeing my doctor tomorrow.

well I'm not doing to well this morning. yesterday, hubby and I went to help daughter. she left her husband and trying to set up her new household. so, no lawn mower yet and yard needed to be cut bad. I went outside and stepped in a chuck hole and down I went face first. Nose bridge is cut up and bruised from glasses, which didn't break so eyes are safe. My ankle twisted of course and my back was jarred. so needless to say, I'm praising the Lord for no broken bones or anything worse.

Hope your dr appt goes well! Right now it's looking like the storm will impact Florida though things can change. We've a couple florida KSrs and I hope they will be safe. There are two more storms brewing behind her.

no I didn't, but the ankle isn't black and blue and since I can walk on it with little pain, I"ll just work it out as the old saying goes.

there are too many storms coming for the Caribbean and the East.

The doctor couldn't help. Ugh we need improved diagnostics. Please hurry up science I need to know what is wrong with me. Dad is improving a lot and is going to be doing salt water pool physical therapy once a week.

Hurricane Irma is heading my way (I live in Florida) so don't know how badly it'll affect me. I was born and raised here so I'm not getting overly worried. I AM making sure that I am prepared, I'm just not getting panicked more than the situation requires.

still a little stiff but doing better everyday. I only know one person who can heal you and that's God.

Good afternoon from Brazil, everyone. Well, it has been some time since I came here. As always, life can gets us kinda busy and it's easy to end up forgetting about these sites. I already forget part of my everyday's obligations. 😆

For those who are being approached by the hurricane, I really hope everything goes well. I don't know much about this kind of disasters, so I wonder if there are any kind of prevention procedures?

As for the site, trying to be somewhat active again. Fixed my profile, at last. Maybe will work on my pets' profile soon enough.

There are safety procedures. Also if things are supposed to get super bad for an area there are mandatory evacuations. My fiance is currently staying with me and my Dad due to him living on the East Coast of the state. And I believe there was a mandatory evacuation for his city.

Glad your father is doing so much better! So sorry your doctor could not help with your overheating issues. :( hugs Can you get a 2nd or 3rd opinion? Some doctor must at least have an idea how to help even if they don't quite understand why it's happening.

Went to Art in the Park and bought some cool stuff. Some necklaces, some prints, a butterfly in a shadowbox. Had Prickly Pear Cactus Lemonade and a Pronto Pup. Nice outting. We took the free shuttle from the mall to the park. Now I am exhausted and my head hurts.

I have tried many doctors over the years and they don't know. I did talk to my psychologist to see if it could be a med interaction and nope.

Hi all! Just popping in to say I'm doing alright. We lost power for 3 days, it was hot & miserable, but better than the almost 3 weeks spent without power after hurricane Wilma. Mostly I read a few books and fanned myself like a southern belle. No damage here, though we had to mop up water that seeped in via the front door. Later today I'll have to go out to start replacing the food we lost.

so glad you posted that your alright. I would rather replace food then lose someone I love.
