Been awake since 5am. Gave up trying to go back to sleep about 5:30 ish. Played another game a bit before coming here. Just been messing around in the wardrobe for one of gry's challenges. :) Need to quest.

The majority of my free shop grabs were melody items and restockables. I did grab some really nice stuff though. The 1 week GA, a doom dragon (long time WL), Summer Two-pocket folder (referral shop wearable/readable), and Bewitching Oven, which is a cs item that gives a battle opponent and I don't have it so that's awesome.

Awesome pictures! Not sure I could live out there. I do really like green. Of course right now all I see is white. Yay pups! Radar looks like he owns the world. The other pup doesn't look so sure about the hike. How long did it take you to bath the dust and dirt out of their fur?

Morning everyone, going to have a heat wave here today lol. so I'm going to get out of the house and go to SS and Church. then hubby and I are going to go get lunch. probably fast food since we don't have a lot of good places to eat in our little town.

Okay, nothing has been happening in my life. Just cruising along with my dad slowing improving and me continuing ill.

Yeah, I really miss the variety I had back in California, but at the same time, I really do like it out here c: Of course, Radar owns the world...he is Radar xD Thinks so highly of himself, lol. Izzy saw a dog behind me, so she was focused on that, lol. She moves around a lot, so the other dog helped me get the picture, lol. She had a ton of fun, though! It didn't take that long at all, surprisingly. Radar is short, so I was able to just cram him under the faucet in the tub. He didn't like it, but it was efficient and he let me do it xP We had no dog shampoo, so we used ours...their fur was magnificent afterwards, LOL.

My winter break is over and its back to work for me tomorrow :( I like break...I don't want to go back x)

Apparently it's an ice rink outside. Got freezing rain overnight so everything is a sheet of ice. It's snowing now. All schools are closed for the first time this winter season. We live on a hill and a cul-de-sac so yes they salt us but we're not a high priority. Glad no one has to go out today. Going to start packing up the holiday stuff I think.

hugs Thanks. Way too many nights like that. Did better last night, got up to 6 hours of sleep. Last night was my mom's night not to sleep but she didn't sleep at all. :( Hopefully tonight will be better for her.

along with the little heat wave came a pour down of rain which we really needed. hope your warm now and the heat stays on.


they keep opening up fast food joints. so choices were: chicken, tacos, burgers or pizza. we got the chicken. and I really don't like chicken all that well.

Mornin' Everyone! We actually get to be above freezing today! It'll be nice to not have a frozen face walking outside! And we need to get the Christmas lights down and such, so now it's warm enough to do so without totally freezing our butts off!

= I'm definitely all warm now! We had the fireplace going the entire time while the power was down, so we always had that one room that was warm! It also did a decent job of not making the rest of the house freezing, but also not warm either. Ah well. It's all warm and toasty now! :D

- I'm sure all the parents are glad break is over now! Schools around here went back last week.. but never went a full day. They had a delay one day, went home early the next, and then closed the rest of the week. The kids were loving it though!

I izzz hereeee. Just been kinda bored and coming out of hibernation after that cold snap. Been doing my quests, though! :D Hope I can stay on that roll since I really need it.

Going to feel like spring here the next couple days, then we're supposedly going to get dumped on (white death) on Saturday. Now this is more typical OH weather. (at least more for the Southern part... think 's area gets more lake effect cold)

Hope everyone is getting to feeling better. I know it's hard this time of year... just do what I do - avoid people. 😸

Errand day today. Not until after lunchtime though because we had freezing rain this morning. Alot of accidents locally.

Friday into Saturday we're going to get lots of weather. Likely starting with again rain and freezing rain but then turning to snow. Forecasts vary from 6 inches to 18inches! Ugh. Likely not to know what it will be closer to for another 24/36 hours. Really hoping it's not the 18inches. Either way today is our one day out and we will try to make sure we have enough food for into next week. Hope any other KSrs in the path of this next winter storm stays safe!

We do occasionally get some lake effect snow. Not gotten any this year though. I think it's because the lakes have been frozen so no water to create a lake effect. Not looking forward to the weekend. I liked to hope it snows less than they expect but this time I don't think it will.

getting ready to go to eye doc appointment. just regular check up, just hate the dilation. takes forever to wear off. sigh. anyway all of you have a great day.

- Oh I get that! We were in the single digits here, so I know you were even colder! I've been doing really good with getting quests done too, but I didn't yesterday! Bah! Ah well, I'm getting ready to do them for today!

Yes'um. Too much winter weather. And then right after the freezing rain and dump of snow the temperatures are going to drop back into the teens for highs for several days. So no immediate snow melt. Not looking forward to it. But we're lucky no one has to go anywhere so, as long as power holds and my brother and I can take whatever time we need to dig out, we will be okay.

- Good thing you don't need to go anywhere! Just makes sure you have enough food and stuffs. It doesn't look like we're getting anything more for a bit, other than regular rain anyhow. We're back into the 50s and 60s.

That's right, I remember seeing a video that included how Lake Erie is/was about 80% (I think) already iced over and it doesn't get like that until late this month into next month.
Not really sure what to think about the amount we're supposed to get. My supervisor watches the news and said it could be 3-15in and I just think that's too big of a gap. At least it's on the weekend. I'll be sure to get beer before the snow hits. :P

I'm in a rather large office w/ hundreds of sick people, lol. I do everything I can to avoid them. :P

Tomorrow is supposed to be about 60. Right now it's in the low 50's and sunny.
Did my quests today but won't be doing them tomorrow since I'm working from home and I don't use a mouse when I'm home and w/out that, I say to hell w/ it. lol
