Thank you! Wonderful, yet another opponent that requires a dark block. Dear Subeta, please release more dark blocking weapons that aren't mediocre nor only released to the top 10 battlers so buying a copy is near impossible.

The vortex is medium chance freeze so around 50% unless you are referring to the perilous whirlpool scrolls? Small chance can be anything less than 50%. The way they activate for me is probably around 25% chance but others may not be so lucky.

If you are referring to when it says low chance, medium chance, ect on various guides, those are usually just quick estimates since there aren't many people willing to do enough tests with most weapons to determine if it has a 3% or a 10% chance to freeze, since really it rarely makes a difference if it isn't a 7%+ healer as well.

Man I'm so tired ... on tenterhooks all day waiting for the delivery van which never came. Will just have to give daily things a miss today I think. So nice to have the proper Quentin rates back; 4 amulets today, which was enough to get me 1 tome :) Bought some more amulets and get 2 more too, in storage until I need to raise level again

Anyway! All of my scroll sets need updating today, and a few weapon sets. Should really buy a ton of cheap books to read too...

I turned all of those in today. I think I turned in more amulets than that close to the first of December

- That's dedication! I don't think I would have the patience to turn in that many at once. I've been storing mine for a while, I'm dreading turning them in, and I probably only have about 100 total, not 100 of each! (I'm too cheap to go out and buy amulets, these are just the ones I've won from battling and quentin quests)
