They either forgot or they are finishing up some things and doing a late release. I see no new loot yet (if any) in the item directory.

They've been released kind of late before, I think. Seems unlikely they would have forgotten with how everyone here has been talking about it for the past few days. :P

Unless they haven't been lurking in here.

Hopefully that means it's older challengers with the impossible to get loot! crosses fingers

Ooo you guys are so genius looking at the item directory! Item definitely looks Shengui Guo-esque. I't love to see Tashiin come back, one of my favourite battle opponents ever!

It seems like they've been trying to do one easy-ish opponent and one that's more difficult, so that more people can fight at least one of them. But I seem to remember some of the spirits being pretty easy, so it would be nice to see them come back a bit more challenging. Especially as the name of the book kind of implies they like being difficult. :P

Yeah the coin thingy was really easy. Spirited Shrine Coin, I think. gave it as an example to explain for the colour of the new bathhouse wig, so I kind of have a hunch ...

I hope they bring back Tashiin too. I couldn't beat him when he was around. My pet was too weak then :D. Hopefully he will come back soon-ish (without subeta TM), ha.

- Lui and Ta were fairly easy as well, and fit the item better IMO, I wouldn't be surprised to see them either. If they are bringing back a different Shengui Guo challenger now, then it will probably be a while before we see Tashiin again. (So soon-ish with TM :P)

Can I be greedy and hope they'll bring all of the Faded Memories plot regular challengers back? XD A girl can dream right? [spoiler=]But I know it will never happen. :P [/spoiler]

But I wouldn't mind seeing Tashiin again at some point either, I was only able to beat the coin and the fish before as well.
