- glad you liked the rainbows. Hope it's a good movie today. Sounds like progress continues to be made.
As far as the Troll goes, how much time depends on how big a group you want/need to have (which partly depends on how many weapons you're willing to test, how much sP you can afford, and how much time you are willing to spend). But it does take real time to organize. If/when you're ready to work on it, I will lend what support I am able to contribute.
Emily is physically 17, but she is autistic. She is emotionally more like a 10 year old in a lot of ways. Her big thing is collecting lions. Especially Simba stuff. She has been carrying around her stuffed Simba for about 13 years now and he still goes everywhere with us. She will always be my baby :)
I will probably try with what little I have and then give up lol.
same here with oven door to pantry floor space. Then, baking or roasting leads to removing everything from the oven shelves and the drawer below which would fit two cupboards.
I recall an "Up for Love" movie title but have not watched that. For some reason I confused "Down with Love" with a Hilary Duff romedy.
I raise your Huey and call Nick Offerman :]
I like Five Guys —cracked peppery goodness and Nathaniel's Fries —cheesy and curly but I end up ordering too much there and their location(s) became inconvenient. I'm into Checkers now but the things on their menu are too much. Fast foods are so over the top. I'm overindulgent so when it was Five Guys I tended to order "All The Way" and when it's Checkers I get the whole meal with "Fully Loaded" fries even though just the fries alone is filling enough. My friend is obsessed with their banana shakes because it tastes like Willy Wonka Laffy Taffy while I prefer Wendy's.
He is good (I loved him as Randy on the George Lopez show lmao), but I still prefer Wolverine :D ❤
You can do it GizTea~ :)
The door knocker thing is totally relatable. I guess sometimes it's reasonably confusing. For instance a friend lives in a house where the doorbells are misleading; it's a three floor home but the owners leased it as three separate flats. There are two doorbells at his door on the adjacent wall to a flight of alcove stairs but they only ring the people above him. He has no doorbell so he tells friends beforehand to only knock instead of alerting his neighbors. xD It's inconvenient for their building. I wonder if his neighbors ever unplugged the part inside their homes.
As for my apartment, there is a numberpad to landline-phone and keys access for the lobby door with a list of 4digit numbers to dial the resident you're visiting. The written instructions clearly states to push pound before dialing the four digit number. They have to push pound to hear the long dead tone, the same kind when you pick up your landline before dialing anyone which everyone phone user from the last century should know... I got dialers who'd misread or intentionally dial the wrong number sometimes at ??am in the night, I guess some of them have been drinking by the way they sound and/or don't want to wake their family so they end up being inconsiderate to everyone else... There are also a lot of people who don't know what a pound-sign is. It's worse now because what used to be colloquially the number-sign is just a hashtag among younger people. (Referring to the "I am hashtag one!" joke)
When it's an ATM they understand but when it's next to a building door they neglect it entirely.
It's a doorbell-intercom. It's older than me. It's older than ATMs. :o
Sorry for rambling.
Oops went back to talking about landlines xD
I read your ping late (There was a typo 0:3 ) I don't recall any effects in play on both sides as they'd show a marker or the card. Played a few more rounds since then! Saw cakes, is there a celebration?
Cats who look like Ron Swanson //tumblr
Ahhh that is hilarious! I want those cats lol!
- Emily sounds like a lovely young lady. It is nice that you have special activities to share together.
I still have several of my stuffed animals, including the one I carried everywhere when I was young. It is totally worn out and was patched with fabric by me when I was a teenager.
I think Emily should have a cake too, so here's one just for her.

- I remember liking Five Guys fries. But we have a local place that actually makes their fries from a potato right when you order them that has the very best fries. There is also a local chain that has the fries I eat most often. They also have good hot dogs, Italian Beef, salads and several other things (even a grilled vegetable sandwich) so they are able to make lots of people with different desires happy all at once. Their shakes are good too. There don't seem to be any Checkers near us.
- we were originally celebrating 's successful baking of the new items at Fantine's but it sort of turned into a cake thing for a bit. :-)
We can talk about landlines anytime you want - I still have one. :-) (And I did work on those as well as cellular.)
She is my Tweetypie ❤
I have a stuffed koala that I got when I was 7. I used to take her everywhere with me. A couple of years ago I found another one online and bought it for Emily. Now we both have one. It is crazy how they don't look that much alike anymore lol.
This is what mine used to look like! The years and a lot of love (plus quite a few times in the washer) really changed her!
Emily and Simba both loved the cake!
- Mom and daughter matching stuffed friends - how cool!
The years really do start to show on our most loved stuffed companions. :-)
I'm so glad they liked the cake. Maybe one day, they can have a real one that looks just like it. :-)
don't worry about M&M, you were helpful enough and it's not your responsibility
^^
Before the new millenium Crown Fries was a hit, since trying their food again in 2010 to 2012ish everything out of their fryer induces nightmares (it makes me fall asleep after lunch...) so I can't have their food anymore. That is, if they're still available. Their chain and McD's makes me sleepy. I liked how Five Guys toss an extra handful of fries into your bag :)
Koalas, my favorite drug lord ;) They never quite come back out the wash the same. The reverse with me, I take care of my stuffed toys more now than during childhood. If it were the younger me I'd be coloring them with felt tips or trimming their hair <_<
Nugget's rubberband lip needs fixing, I'll show a pic later.
I was so excited when I found one online for her :D This year for her bday I managed to get her a Kion (Simba's son) cake! She loved it ❤
All of my Barbies were bald lol!
That's great! Glad to hear that your new place is starting to feel like home! My husband and I are still rearranging things. I spent two hours on Sunday moving things around in a dresser and closet, but I still have boxes that need unpacked. I got my horse moved home last weekend, so that gives me some things to do throughout the day.
At the moment since my husband and I are staying with my parents, any money we make from working on the farm just goes straight to utilities/rent/groceries. However, a local farmer has offered to rent his home to us because he and his wife are moving into town, so hubby and I might be moving again.
Boo to terrible landlords, but yeah for great ones. My husband and I were lucky to have a really good landlord who would be over within the day to fix or look at something that was giving us trouble at the duplex we rented. The place we lived in before though, was really shitty. They bounced one of my checks and blamed it on me, and later did nothing when another resident keyed my truck (they should have been able to look at video surveillance to see who did it). Diet/stomach issues suck! I have to watch how much milk/cheese/ice cream I consume. If I eat/drink too much I have the worst stomach ache. The past two years I've have random stomach pains hours after eating (mostly at midnight or one in the morning). Oh no! So sorry to hear problems have been piling up :( hugs Hopefully things continue to look up for you, though!
With apples, I'll eat them with the skin, but after awhile, I get tired of the chewiness of the skin. Apple juice and apple cider go great mixed with a cinnamon whiskey though. I can't stand eating shredded coconut or onions due to their texture. Onions make a squeaky sound against my teeth, though I seem to be the only person who notices that. Bananas are another food that has a weird texture for me, but I will eat them occasionally. I also can't do mixed textures in food, like cornbread with corn in it (tried it once, ended up just eating the bread).
The vacation was great, but half the time in Minnesota was a little stressful, mainly because we ended up searching for a hotel at midnight. Tried sleeping in my mom's vehicle, but it was too humid inside with three people. But it was great seeing my great aunt and uncle, they took us on a pontoon ride around the lake.
Finger is still a little stiff, but that should go away with time. My cat kicked it a couple days ago and popped it...unexpected but didn't hurt. Foot is doing better, I'm hoping I just bruised the bone since I can walk fine. The bruise spread for a few days on my foot before remaining at the base of three of my toes. Its mainly the calves I need to watch out for, they're the ones that have been hurting me. I've seen that fact before, I think its main due to the unpredictability of working with them. They can turn on you in a flash, being nice once moment to trying to run you over and stomping you to pulp the next.
We've sort of come to an agreement, but its not one that I'm very happy with. Money I earn from working on the farm goes straight towards utilities and groceries. I did have my husband talk to my dad for me because I was too hot tempered at those times to do the talking, but I feel like my husband didn't do a very good job conveying my interests.
I'm hoping that the workshop is worth it too. $170 is a lot to fork over for a 2 day workshop, but this workshop doesn't takes place in different states
Beef cattle reproduction workshop sounds interesting. I hope it turns out to be a good one that was worth the cost to attend. But I don't think this workshop is a yearly thing, and it's held in a different location every time.
Fair season is over for the most part in my area. There's still the state fair, I'm not sure if I could enter things in there, I need to look at requirements for entering. But yes, I have next year and maybe by then I'll have a quilt finished.
I get a little twitchy whenever I kill to many spiders in a row. I emptied out a box a few days ago and found 5 spiders in it (one was rather big and almost crawled into my hair o.O). Sprayed them with some air freshener to slow them down before I squashed them.
Summer has been fine here too. I got my horse moved home last weekend (downside: I got stung by a yellow jacket) and we've had a few cool days too, which coincided perfectly with bringing my horse home.
- if you're talking about Crown Burgers they are only in Utah, so I've never tried them. Lots of small, family mini-chains can have really good food, though. I sometimes wind up eating McDonalds. (Not often if I can help it.) Their fries are okay - but nothing special in my opinion. Not that excited about the rest of their food either.
Don't remember whether our local Five Guys tossed extra fries into our bag, but do remember there were a LOT of fries in their order (more than enough for two). And I liked their peanuts.
Before that though, sometimes, some of the grocery stores, or Costco (if you have those) or a local bakery can work with a picture if you have one. And they can be reasonably affordable too - depending on the store, of course.
Guess I just wasn't creative enough. My stuffed animals did get worn. But I always took care of my toys, even when I was little. And I am very careful today about how I store my games, which not only can make game set up easier, but helps make sure I don't lose all those little pieces. :-)
- hi, I've been thinking about you.
Glad to hear your vacation went well.
I have been having a good sized (not huge but definitely large enough to worry me about spider bites) spider visiting my bedroom recently. It has been showing up nightly on the dresser and getting way too close to me - especially when I'm not fully clothed. So I did finally try to kill it, but didn't succeed. I did manage to accidentally send it flying across the room one night. (If you're a spider, just crawling around, hunting, or whatever, and suddenly you are airborn and moving very fast, what are you thinking??? Is it like aliens taking you up into a spaceship? Are you terrified? Do you even have any idea what is happening? I just keep thinking about that and wondering. I do want to defend my territory, but I don't want to terrify or torture any living creature.) Fortunately, I haven't seen that spider for a couple of days now (maybe it's as scared of me as I am of it) and I'm hoping it found somewhere else to hang out.
Good to hear that you now have your horse where you are.
Sorry to hear your agreement isn't all you wanted it to be. But maybe if you move to the local farmer's home, things will work out better for you.
Hope all goes well and you learn a lot at your workshop.
I usually end up buying our cakes from Kroger because they are really good, but I had to get the Kion cake from Meijer's. Not too bad, but the Kroger cakes are better. We used to have a really good bakery, but they went out of business a few years ago :(
I took care of my stuffed animals (especially Kimmy), but not so much the rest of the toys lol.
~ I managed to win another scroll! Aftershocks Scroll . I need to try it out and see if it is useful :)
- unfortunately a lot of the little family owned bakeries that made really good things have been forced out of business. And some of the more mass produced baked good also aren't as good as they used to be.
Aftershocks is another scroll you should keep and put in your default set. It is my main scroll because it is an infinite seven percent healer with some blocking and attack.
yeah I decided to keep this one too :D
Those two scrolls were a nice surprise :D
