The box head item is pretty popular since it was released the other day, it's one of the new loot items for a battle opponent since they did the updates on Saturday. Quite a few other people wearing it in the battle chat right now.

I rarely part with any of my Christmas stuff. I am such a hoarder when it comes to that lol.

Emily and I just finished watching Cars 3 (loved it!) and now we are going to play the Lego Marvel Superheroes game. What about you?

I saw the surgeon today & everything is healing nicely. It seems I've had a minor dry socket but nothing compared to last time. If things continue as they are, I should be able to eat normally by next week... and I have a french fry (must make in the oven due to tummy issues) craving. I'll have to go get some at the grocery store when I feel better ^^

The name's based on Chitty Chitty Bang Bang Theme Song. Since Dick Van Dyke sings it I figured a male pet would be appropriate... although it caused quite the stir with the girls. Zazy grabbed some hair ribbons and tried to figure out how to do hair rollers on him... then Adorable Me ran after Zazy trying to get back the hair rollers since she needed them while the others giggled at the commotion... except Kleenex that just tried to snuggle up to him but found him a bit rough around the edges 😛

I got the backup Dandybunny army... over 40 ;) I also have a variety of dust bunnies :D

FYI, Mystery Box is Spells Galore again today.

For an Easter dinner event, they had decorated small trees to put on tables with Easter things, it was cute ^^ I got a fancy Santa figurine as a gift a while ago, I'm hoping to find him to at least have a few decorations for the holiday ;)

And good for you - that way you can enjoy the battling you do. I didn't battle at all for many of my first years on Subeta and have only been doing it more seriously for about a year now. So, except for having more training time, I'm not really that far ahead of you. :-)

FYI - Tos only started being able to beat Saggitarius in BQs fairly recently and still is not ready to take on Malaria's Familiar.

Things are really going well here. Got all my reset battling in. Now while the other battlers are all going crazy exploring, I'm taking a battle break in favor of reading. :-) Had a amazing weekend with family last weekend and am expecting friends for our monthly game day next weekend. Ah, battle stuff - that'll be why I haven't seen it! It's nice that long term battling folks have new stuff to collect.

We have a lot of cracked and broken things - not even sentimental items, just 'oh, we'll sort that next time' stuff. I may have reached 'next time'.

I will be glad to be settled in a job again, my last regular job lasted years and I've found temping and swapping around quite hard for me.

We are waiting to see if the baby ends up dressed up for Xmas - she'll only be a few months old, but there are a lot of cute festive baby onesies and things.

We shall also celebrate the power of cheese!

Glad you got done what needed to be! I am not much of a battler, but some of the loot items are really nice. It's like the other new releases, I have to stalk things until they get cheaper.

Ooh, what are you reading at the moment? I am currently in non-fiction mode after I found a copy of "Conversations with Mummies" in a charity shop about the scientific study of Egyptian mummies. I find that kind of thing so interesting.

Well, I remember reading some comments on site at one point; people complaining that the dandybunny random event was happening too much, they didn't want them, so I kind of adopted them as my project to build into an army!
And it went from there. 😄

I love hitting up the Dollar Tree for a lot of my decorations. Everything for a dollar :D

I got a weird ping to another board, but I don't see a post.

Most of the ornaments we have on the tree are sentimental ones. I have a few that Emily made and all the ones that she has picked out over the years. I have this one from when I was a kid: I had Bernard, but no Miss Bianca. Last year I found a set on Ebay and bought them. Now I have a new set of them plus my old Bernard. He isn't even the same color anymore lol

Discovered that a couple of my pets were only a few points away from the next tier so have been picking opponents at random to get experience for them. Got another to T12 and the next one is only a few points away. This will give me 6 T12s and 10 T11 pets. :)

It's tough typing, Gismo keeps wanting to be brushed (yes, ironically he's hairless but he loves a medium soft brush... basically massages ;) Poor fella, I think he caught a cold; he had a runny nose & was snoring even when awake yesterday. Today he was ill on the mat in front of his litter box. He seems to be a bit better tonight.

French fries with a special hunter sauce and some cheese curds = fancy poutine mmm oh how I'm going to have to get some fries to cook soon!

1 year anniversary will be January 28th, so far I've managed to go to bathouse every single day since I've started :)

Congrats on the job! If you gave your notice oftentimes you don't need to wait for them to say when you can leave... or just ask to make sure every one is on the same page.

I made a mistake... part of 2 groups and posted on the wrong board. Corrected everything but that's why the weird ping.

I love old-fashioned ornaments (as long as they're not dangerous for Gismo). One year I wasn't able to find my decorations and I was given a live tree... mom sent me cards by mail and I put them in the tree, waiting for xmas to open them and then put them back opened.

That live tree was my first & last... I had tried to prevent needles from falling everywhere but what a mess! Once in a while, I would still find some in things & even when I moved I managed to pack some :P

I have never had a live tree, We have always had a fake one.

We used to alternate each year between real and fake trees because we liked the scent of the real one but had a turning stand for the fake one. But since I don't put up decorations any more I kinda miss that.

I love decorating for Christmas :D maybe a little too much lol. I start decorating the day after Thanksgiving!

Some of the new battle stuff should certainly get cheaper as more people are able to earn things.

Right now I am rereading a mystery series I happen to own by Selma Eichler. Mostly I read mysteries now, although every so often I read something else. My most recent nonfiction was a book about Dunkirk after having seen the movie and wanting to learn more about it.

Our game days are always wonderful. At least two games, sometimes three (we play longer games) and lots of talk and laughter. We're not too serious about our gaming and often consult our opponents for help in deciding our own strategy. The best sort of gaming group. And usually, we break somewhere for food too.

Interesting idea. Wishing you good luck growing your Dandybunny army. :-) And that event does seem to happen a lot, although now other minions seem to show up as REs as well. (My REs are almost all Ice King and minions following me home lately.)

- well, right now the battlers are all excited about discovering what new loot is available and learning about drops past ten so they're all battling away and sharing what they learn. And I'm sure that Saggi was probably almost a one hit kill for that battler, so not all that much clicking required. But, of course, you can do it a little at a time. No need to get to 100 fast if you don't want to.

Generally old cash shop opponents are included in the Black Friday sale. Just remember that some of their loot drops are now achievement prizes only, so don't expect to earn multiples of weapons or Aftershocks in case that matters to you.

- good job. Daily visits to the Bathhouse are always nice. Before the Bathhouse started, I used to be able to take computer breaks and just not turn it on for several days, but now, I get on every day (and, of course, always wind up doing more than just visiting the Bathhouse :-) ).

Are there new drops past 10 or just drops of the same loot? I think I went past 10 wins on one but just got the same drop as with the other wins.

Many years ago mom had found small xmas trees, around 1 foot & decorated them with mini ornaments. It's easier to find a spot where cats won't attack it ;) I'm not arixen... but Yes drops are different past 10 but sometimes you have to battle several times & some drop old with new things.

1 was 1 too many :P The needles can be toxic if ingested by cats. I think there are bottled sprays that now smell similar to the real ones.

I'm 9 days away from the 300 achievement :) I always do a bit more but it depends on how I'm feeling. I've been trying to do the battle quests these days but I don't always have the time or energy. If Poukie manages to get to 19-20 level by 6 months to a year I'll be happy with her progress ;)

The mini trees sound cute. I don't do holidays any more except here on Subeta since I'm alone now. No use decorating or doing anything else when nobody will see it. I haven't put up a tree since I switched from dogs to cats, because I knew it wouldn't last 30 seconds. ;)

You're special on your own... I've been on my own for a long time but I still decorate... present to me from me ;) Oftentimes no one visits so the only one that sees is me, but I'm worth it. It helps with the holiday cheer ;) I found ways to decorate so it still keeps Gismo safe. Window stickers (non-adhesive) are an easy way to decorate. I have a china cabinet to keep figurines out of his reach... because of course, he loves to make things drop :P I wear a big santa had when I go out in December... brings lots of smiles to others ;) I have a shopping bag that has an image of a cat in a santa hat that I carry around with me. A few other things... not a huge amount of decorating but enough to bring the jolly around ;)

Old Cash Shop challengers are brought back during the sale, but they're not discounted. So you'll be able to get some of the ones you missed, but you'll still have to pay the full price of 250 CSC each.
