I started having trouble again last night/earlier today. Not even throwing error pages, just blank screens. Don't know what it's doing now because I had to walk away for awhile out of frustration. I really hope this isn't a new "normal".

I don't know. How many months does it need to go on for it to be the "new normal"? It's been more than 2 months at this point.

Pfft.. I don't know. I just know that the site feels like it's been in various stages of broken for a really long time... and listening to empty promises of fixes, the mythical recode, the... 4th(?) wardrobe and even game additions (Gravedigger? 2048?), all asked about about daily, are old. Granted, I'd rather have stability enough to get back to a daily routine before I can care about the additions, but still.

I generally don't post here in feedback because i know that by the time I'm pissed enough to do so, I'm bitchy and not constructive, but at the same time, maybe silence is perceived as indifference, so here I am. This site can be so absolutely amazing, and there's very much I'd love to accomplish, but lately, all I've been doing while I'm here is selling and giving away my stuff. I don't like the "all good things must come to an end" vibe that courses through the forums, and I'm hating myself for contributing to it now, but changes need to happen. There's only so much the user-base, Subeta's community, can take.

It's been bad for me this morning. I'm so glad my GA ran out last night because it's been frustrating trying to do 10 quests - a GA would mean even more frustration trying to do 15 quests.

i don't spend as much time on the site as i used to, but when an event brings me back and i start running into errors and features that work poorly/not at all, i lose that nostalgic feeling and just... well, it's frustrating. there are so many things wrong with the site, particularly where core features are concerned. core features, subeta. it blows my mind that these features can sit for months on end without any updates, either to their functionality or to the userbase that's been waiting for them. and empty promises of 'new' features aren't the magical fixes you seem to think they are. clearly, as expressed in this thread and dozens of others, we just want something to work, and if that's too much of a stretch, then we want consistent communication. i will never understand why that concept is such a hard one for subeta to grasp.

anyway, today's been pretty bad error-wise. nothing else for me to do but leave and check in later.

I've been feeling kinda guilty about my beloved pixel pets and wanted to try working on some of them...but then I get errors and I can do nothing. It is incredibly frustrating to have the energy to do something on site and then have it sucked away because I cannot access it :/

Wow.... the errors are back with a vengeance.... Site works fine but then BAM out of nowhere the errors show and refuse to back off... site comes back, works fairly alright... then again out of nowhere... crash.

The last update on the status site was October 18th. It is now November 9th. The site is definitely not getting better on its own. Can we get an update that isn't 3 weeks old, please?

Yeah, even the most recent post in the Site Updates forum is almost two weeks old now.

I know you guys are trying, but it's clearly not working as well as it was supposed to. Another update would be nice.

Error 1001

That was a new one and kinda scary....

Still facing constant 502/504 errors. After all this time, do we still not have any idea why this keeps happening?

Today is spectacularly bad. :/ If it's not a 502/504, it's a blank white page.

Was down for almost 3 hours for me just now. That's probably the worst it's been for me all month. :/

So, the site was down for hours today with nothing said until the site became functional again... Plus, the errors have been really bad this week. The lack of info is getting beyond ridiculous.

What's the point of even having a status page, Facebook, or Twitter if it's not updated regularly with important info???

I'm glad it was eventually fixed, but the update about investigating the issue came like 2 minutes before the site was back up, after it had already been down for several hours.

subeta staff: oh, but we have a status page!! you see, down there, in the small text that's hard to miss? there's the link. so we are keeping you updated!

Guyssss the site was down for over 3 hours earlier and I went on the status site and it basically said like 'everything is fine' and I was like

It's updated now but like the update is literally 2 minutes before the site went back online, I don't think that's very useful >.<

In all seriousness, I've been dealing with the 502 and 504 errors and never complained, but I do think that the status site needs to be like religiously updated. That's why we have a status site!

It was down again for a couple of hours this morning. Am seriously, seriously fed up with these issues. Even when the site is actually up, the errors stop us from doing anything -_-

I'll be spending my online time (and money) elsewhere until things improve.

To be honest my only reason for staying at the moment is my pet names that I refuse to give up because I'm a horrible person and if there'd be an announcement tomorrow saying that Subeta is gone for good I wouldn't even be surprised...disappointed because of my pet names but not surprised. At all. Pretty sad that it came to that, this site has been my online haven for a whole decade.
