My dad had a job interview today and he got the job. He starts i think on the 27th of this month. It's not that far from home either. So he's really happy. I'm glad he found something and that they called him back. Other places weren't calling or anything.

It's been really hot here the last couple of days. We've been getting thunderstorms back to back. But we usually do with this kinda heat. I hope we can go to the pool one day soon.

So far they still haven't shown up OR called us to reschedule the fix-it appt they missed. I won't hold my hand on my behind for it either. Guess another trip to the management office is in order.

Yarn,yep 3 years.My husband just said he's going to have to get in touch with this rent escrow place.Where they hold your rent until the people fix it.My husbands Nephew did that when he lived here,because they wouldn't fix what he wanted done in his apartment.So that might be the way to go.

It is. I go through my slumps though and then I miss it and go full force. I usually do make between 1.5 and 2m a day from it though so it keeps me padded with enough to do gifting seasons and work on my pet TCs and buy my GA every couple of months.

I think its a great idea to contact the escrow place. Do you have photos (with time stamping ) of the damages over the years?

Yarn,No I don't have any pictures like that,I wish I would have thought of it though. I think we may want to take some.They took a phone picture every time a maintenance man came to look at it.They change managers & maintenance man a lot here.We'll have to see what the escrow people need to get them to fix it.First we have to get in touch with my husbands nephew,to find out who he got in touch with.

To those who are wondering about the backdrop, it's still in the queue. I hope it gets approved this time around. The CI is giving a lot of trouble and keeps getting denied. The bg is good but the CI needs fixed. Hopefully this time it did. /fingers crossed again.. lol

I hope everyone is staying cool in this crazy weather. It's doing a number on our ac's. They are having trouble keeping the house cool. Thank goodness for fans.. LOL
