Let me talk to Serene and see if she wants anything specific, I'll let you know asap! [edit] Ok, I spoke to Serene and specific things you can include are their silly arguments or even a quick flashback of how they became friends. So things they tend to argue over are:

1. Who gets to deal the final blow when they're out hunting
2. Which tastes more delicious, a victim's heart or their memories
3. Just anything that's silly/fickle would work really Shiro tends to play dirty, he'll trick Rune to get the last hit in or tease him in some way.

A quick rundown on how they met: The setting is an old city, pre-modern but not medieval. They're immortal so this would be centuries ago that they met. They're both out hunting and happen to spy the same victim. Shiro gets the kill right as Rune is about to and they have their first argument. They realize they each hunt for different reasons (Shiro for the heart and Rune for the memories) so they eventually and grudgingly come to an understanding and after many encounters decide to team up to make it more efficient. As shinigami, it's unusual to hunt in a pair but since they are after different parts of the victim, it works out fine enough and they make a very deadly duo.

Oh and length-wise, either long or complex, whichever is needed to get the idea across~

First drafts for Rune and Shiro. I can't remember for past paired characters if I had sections that overlapped, but I did so for these since the story lines are so closely related. Please let me know any changes you would like. :)

The story is fantastic!

I despise bullies. I had been teased when I was younger, but when I reached 5'10" they called me Stretch but left me alone. In HS there were so many fights and crap going on it was unreal. I managed to avoid them tho. One of my friends in HS was very small and was picked on a lot before we became friends. One day she was shoved in a locker and I saw it. I got mad. I shoved through about 10 of those A******* that were bullying her, let her out, and pulled a switchblade from my pocket and flicked it out. I turned to face them all and told them I would take every one of them on right then. Amazingly there were no takers. I told them if any of them even started to do anything nasty to her again, they would face me. I said I would take them to a dumpster and leave them there and I wouldn't regret it at all. I was athletic and tall and pissed off. I hated confrontations, but this time I was not backing up. When they scurried off like the rats they were, it took a while for my knees to stop knocking. Was it a bluff? Yes and no. lol But it worked and that was what was important. No one ever bothered her again.

At least Rune gets to dine on plenty of rich and diverse memories to make up for it. xD I have Lot for you and this was a standard complex at 5 mil.

That is such an awesome story! :) I was the loner that had to learn to stand up for myself. It took years, but one of my favorite memories from high school involved a bully who used to call me the wrong name in the hallway every day on my way to my locker. He got away with it because he would surround himself with a group of friends. (I later learned he was trying to impress a girl.) One day he comes up to me during a fire drill and I gave school admin everything from his hair color to the brand of shoes he was wearing. He made the mistake of thinking I was weak because I was quiet.

Made the offer, thanks! I did have some defense training, but it wasn't anything cool like a black belt oe something. I hated fighting and I hated being pushed there more. My switchblade was so cool. I loved it just because of the design and stuff. That was the first time of three I ever pulled it out at school. I really didn't know how to use it, but it added to body language to be a great bluff. There were many times I was scared back then and having it bolstered the courage too somehow. At least until it fell out of my pocket one day and got confiscated by a teacher. Snuffle. Never had another one. But that day I would have used it. I am proud of that day and my friend had nearly 3 years of peace because of it, tho its funny I never really thought of it that way until I read the story you wrote for me.

It is amazing to me how often people think because you are quiet that you are stupid or weak or both. Humpf. Good for you.

would you take csc by any chance? I just realized I dont have enough sp xD what is the conversion nowadays? I noticed that 100 csc became 8 mil, and im like holy crap @;; thats like more than double than it used to be!

Does 75 csc sound reasonable? I really need to update my prices but I don't get a lot of complex story requests.

How well do you know Mario, the characters, the world, etc?

Not very well, I'm afraid. My parents were basically anti video game when I was growing up so I only really had a chance to play the classics at the houses of friends. I did play a lot of Super Smash Brothers, but that was about the limit of my connection to the characters of the Mario universe.
