awesome, just a glitch then. Thank you :) I am so glad you guys made yourself available for just those reasons, it's much appreciated :)
Can we set limits permanently on previously unlimited items? I have two items I'd like to do this with that were created before the limit was set in place. Like be able to retire them for good?
I'm going to be wording this pretty poorly, I think..
I'm a bit curious is there going to be any sort of overview of wishlisted items like when they were hosted in the cash shop? The wishlist view that said "hey, this is on your wishlist and you can get it here" - will that no longer happen since each user has their own mini shop now, or is there still going to be an overhead network sort of a thing? Showing newest added items, maybe expiring soon and a link to their shops, or something like that? ...please?
I hit edit shop and was able to edit the prices for the 2 items that were not in the cash shop. However, the 4 items that were in the cash shop arent letting me set prices or edit categories. I'm using Chrome.
You can set whatever limit you'd like - however, from our behind-the-scenes programming side of things, the item will still be listed as 'unlimited'. I have one of these myself, that I submitted as unlimited but only did one batch about xD It irks me! But yeah, unfortunately we can't OFFICIALLY change it, but you can set it for however many you'd like here =)
I love the idea of having different categories (right now I have them sorted by artist) but I don't like how it looks. When I go to my main shop page it doesn't show that I'm selling anything until you click on the category links at the top of the screen (which aren't even in bold and don't have nice clear to click me buttons.) I'd love to see the categories better displayed, if that makes sense.

Yeah, I imagined the shop/passwords as a way to give preslots to friends / regular customers, not as a way to deal privates right now... if there's a way to adapt it for fully private items, then it should be great. But it will still kind of suck to alert all your followers that you added a new item... they cant buy :x
Also, am I supposed to be able to follow myself? xD Either way, there's some overlap happening there:
overlap
just a quick head's up, I'm on very poor public internet right now, so if i am slow, that's why - I'm trying to keep up! I'll actually be stepping out for a bit soon so please be patient with your questions and Keith and I will address them as soon as we are back and able to!
I see that we're able to follow certain users, but will there be no overview/previews for shops. Like say I have a shop, and then someone I may have never heard of has a shop. If I was to put an item in to my shop that the second person might like, would they be able to just browse around and find it WITHOUT having to be following my shop?
Like will there be a lists of shops with items/previews of these shops located like how they were previously?
, lol yeah irks me too. Wish we could but not the end of the world.
So what happens when an item sells out, or you choose to retire it can you choose a message to be displayed? (Retired, Seasonal, Temporary Sold Out)
Yes, the items are in the New Wardrobe in a button at the top. That way all of the sorting options work for it - and colors / searching / etc.

Few Questions! (I'm sorry if they've been answered and Ijust missed them or didn't understand!)
Now, how will people find our shops and how will we find our own? Will it be on our user profiles? In our "Your Shops" tab?
Will they show up on shop searches, will there be a directory so we can just browse shops to find new artists we like or items being sold? Or another way to browse? I LIKE TO BROWSE PLEASE LET ME BROWSE.
Also, I'm not quite sure I understand if there will be a full change available from traditional slots to CW shop slots. Like, do we have to fill a batch of 10/pay the 5000 to submit an item and then put it in the shop? Or can we get them approved and just sell them from the get-go?
afaik you are responsible for filling the first batch - at the moment this isn't a replacement for traditional CW shops, just the CW section of the cash shop. but i think eventually there will (or should, anyway) be a way that we can take slots for batch 1.
you can submit straight to shop as a replacement for the "straight to cash shop" option that once existed, bypassing the need to take slots.
this does require a down payment though, as did the previous option, but it is quite a bit cheaper than submitting with all slots yourself

Yay! Thank you! (again!)
The bug that wasn't letting you update your amount to 0, or your price to 0, has been fixed :)

I foresee more people using the straight to shop method, which... makes me a bit sad again as it's a timed release. I think many people are likely to overlook items this way until they're permanently sold out 5evr... at least until everyone gets used to the new system and follows everyone else, I suppose. and if they aren't a new artist
/follows everyone
I think I'd like to see a list of my followers somewhere, too. Idk, just in case?
Uhhh I just sold an item in the shop and received 100 CSC instead of 200. I had set the price at 700 CSC.
Your custom wearable Possessed Staff of the Rabbit Stein has sold. The difference between the base price and item your item is 100CSC.
Should I file a ticket?
What if players are frozen or no longer play but still have their CWs in the CS? how can people buy those CWs?
I wish there could be some sort of CW Mall center located somewhere on site where all shops that sell CWs could be featured. That way people can paruse at their leisure instead of having to go through wardrobe, find something that interests them, click the buy link, only to not have any of that item in shops.
