I've heard from people that like Skyrim it isn't like that game at all. I may have to try it in the future but currently overloaded with games at the moment plus Silent Hill F comes out next week =D

Yesterday was a blast. Mom and I went to a magical moonlight market. There was so much to do! Many vendors had magical stuff: crystals, homemade soaps and fragrances, shirts, baked goods, and more. We were there for 7 hours. We got some cool stuff too. I finally got my Fourth Wing cup that i have been dieing for since I started the series last year lol. I also got a 3-D printed Stitch for my car it is so adorable. We also got some good baked goods I wanted to get more of, but I remembered my weight loss goal, so I stuck with two. Then we found this vendor that makes cleaning soaps with fragrances, and I got an air freshener for my car. It's called heirloom pumpkin, and it smells like fall in the best ways possible! IT was so much fun! I can not wait to find another one of these types of markets.

Yep we had a lot of fun last night at the Magic Midnight Market thing in our town. Although towards the end of the night we waited around to see this "Fire Show" (We didnt know what it was, but it sounded fun) Well aside from the girl DID know how to work with fire items and the kids in the audience loved her... But Kim and I have seen better. Usually they would toss the sticks or whatever they are working with while they were on fire. However this girl didnt, Now it was a little breezy last night and she did loose her flame a few times so that might have had something to do with it. BUT it seemed like she may have been more of a belly dancer who taught herself to do the flames. Either way it was a little disappointing and WE WERE FROZE! I wish it was a better show cause if I knew I wouldnt have stayed cause I was sooooooo cold! I am on bloodthinners so I dont do well when it gets cold. But it wasnt terrible I think it was in the low 70's or high 60's but I wasnt really dressed for it and I really wish I had a blanket in my car. (I usually do in fall/winter,,,, So its going in there now lol) Anyways... Had a good time bought some cute items. Im glad we went.

Hi everyone. Today was the Memorial for my brother. It was really nice. Sad of course, but also wonderful hearing other people's stories of Mike. I'm still tore up that he's gone, still crying, and I will always miss him, but also some kind of closure happened today that was helpful.

Also, some good news. I have been looking for a new car. Or at least new to me. I really liked the 2017 Jeep Patriot, and it was in my price bracket. I test drove one for sale here that had way too many miles, but my son said to get in it and see if I liked the interior, how it drove, how it felt. Then I could be sure that was what I wanted. I love everything except the open glove compartment (so weird! Why doesn't it have a door?) and the radio doesn't have a usb port to put my music that I recorded in. But there is a lot of space, esp for my long legs.

I could not find one in the Metroplex that I wanted. They are scarce anyway, and esp with no damage, and decent mileage. I ended up doing something that I could not imagine I ever would. I found the perfect one in Kansas City, MO through Car Guru and gave the salesman at the dealership my info and bought it Monday, Sept 15. Only pictures, no test driving, online. He was great though. I even got it for less than Car Guru said. He sent all the paperwork and I signed and sent back. OMG I was truly on pins and needles that I made such a big purchase! I was anxious and didn't really breathe right until the guys delivered it on a car hauler in front of my house Friday, the 19th. It needed a battery, but we expected that. It's white with black on the bottom. As soon as I can find a really experienced reputable shop, I'm going to have all the white outside and in painted a dark royal purple metallic. I can't wait! Oh, and the radio turns on but doesn't work. Not just the speakers, either. My son said he would find one and install it for me. So excited over all! Jeep Patriot

That looks like a much better Jeep Patriot than I used to have (well I never drove as no one trusts me to drive anything). The passenger seat vibrated which was the best part of it xD

i did in 2018, i was so overweight, my back, knees, my whole body hurt when i worked and could not sleep with a sore back each night. I lost around 40 KG and i am doing great, i sometimes have bad days as my tummy acts up but overall i am very happy. It all started with a visit to my family doc and then he referred me to a good clinic and my health care insurance covert it all. But i would like some skin removal surgery around tummy and upper legs but i have to pay on my own for that, you think they would cover it to but no..

Well i finally had an answer back for the renatl company, they wanna sit down with us, we had to give them dates (sheesh) and they picked a date, october 14... 3 more weeks of waithing sheesh.

You think they get the urgency... not..

Anyway sorry for poofing, been sick and work kept me busy. 2 more shifts and then a week off, no.. 10 days off yay! And starting good with my birthday this sunday...

I'm currently playing the new Bordelands with the hubby, but when he's at work I have nothing I'm playing atm. I go back and forth with ESO. Sometimes I get sooo into it then other times I'm so bored of it lol I'm a complicated gamer.

Glad to hear your brothers memorial went as well as it could. That pain is so hard to push through especially when you try to be strong for other people. That's fantastic about the car! I also see it's your birthday?! I'll be sending pressies over in a bit ^.^

Sorry for the late response. It sounds like you're already jump starting things with portion control. That's honestly one of the harder things about weight loss is having that control over how much you're eating (at least that was my biggest struggle). Low carb diets work well but as soon as you stray you gain the weight back so I would just make sure you're really hitting protein first. It's the most filling and typically the best for you. You really just have to find foods that work for you and are to your liking.

I never realized how much meat and different proteins make you feel fuller. I just ate dinner, and it was cheeseburgers and fries. I used to be able to eat two burgers and at least two big handfuls of fries. Now I am full of one burger and a small handful of fries. It's crazy how much I can feel it so quickly now. I don't remember ever feeling full in my childhood, which is why I am overweight. I have also noticed the extra energy I have throughout the day. Before, I used to feel so tired around noon during work, even though it is crazy busy. I hope I'll lose more weight in the coming weeks. I can actually feel it in my clothing too. I started back in April at 299-300lbs. At my appointment with the weight loss doctor, I was 278. I would probably have lost more if I hadn't stopped for a month or two because I lost interest in tracking my meals. But I still tried to watch my portions.

I never heard of a Magic Midnight Market. That sounds fun. Good for you on the weight loss! Any loss when you want to is great! And I LOVED it when my clothes were looser. You see a result and that gives good vibes to keep going. I know that when I have lost before that if you go a while on smaller meals, your stomach shrinks. So you feel full on less, so bonus there too. :) With the energy boost it just feels all around better.

Ugh! All the waiting... but I guess several people have to schedule it. Hope something comes from it and not more of the nothing like last time.

I found the Magic Moonlight Market on Facebook under events near me. Mom and I are interested in going to a few more. Plus, she wants to go to Bingo Loco. Which is bingo but in black lights and live music, and instead of winning money, you win big prizes like grills and vacations. I am super excited to go to that one because my hair is currently bright pink and will glow in the black lights. But there are so many other events too, especially around the holidays. There are even some Christmas ones up for some time in December.

Oh wow that sounds like fun! And bright pink hair? I would love to see that! I really want to die my hair purple - have forever - but I'm worried it won't look right and can't afford to go to a salon.

Now you have all those tales of your brother that you didn't know before to cherish. Plus, all of that good church lady food that was left over so you won't have to cook for a while! ;):) Congrats on scoring a rad vehicle and it's awesome that you're going to paint it purple! I only use Facebook for scrolling. I stopped posting what I am doing cause of people stalking. I even had to cover my full name on my name tag for work because patients were finding me and it was creepy. I just like seeing what old high school friends are doing and seeing how horrible the world has gotten.

This is the first time I have really dyed my whole head. I used to only do the ends because of school, and I wanted to be able to cut it off and change it instead of redying it. My mom does my hair. We can't afford to go to the salons, so we do our own. My mom has dyed your hair for many years, so she knows most of what she's doing. She just never went to school for it. I get so many compliments from my hair.

- Like I said, you're braver then I am, although, I've never had to deal with a stalker. That has to be massively creepy and scary. The reason you scroll FB are the exact reasons I don't go there anymore. 😂

- omg, my brain is fried. I totally forgot to reply to you. I'm glad that you've finally got some movement on your complaint, even if it is a meeting in 3 weeks time. Document everything and get your neighbors in on the documentation too. Also, get them to go to the meeting, the more of you that complain, the more they'll listen. :) Any plans for your birthday or are you just going to chill? :D

And, yeah, I don't drive ever since I got my driver's license. Which I only got to make my mom happy. I have poor depth perception and reaction time so driving anything but a go-cart is dangerous for me. Plus it makes me more than nervous.

I used to use Facebook for advertising but then they shut down my original account and wouldn't tell me why as it was too dangerous to do so.

Now I use it to chat with friends, go to a few groups (such as for games I like), post screenshots, and watch WAAAY too many reels.

You are NOT a bad friend for any reason! <3 Besides I've missed some of my friends' Bdays too... lol But ow ow ow on hitting your eye with a noodle! Jeez you must have really been plowing through those to do that. :) I've never had Thai food. I've seen multiple times that it is hot and spicy like Indian food and I just don't like it/can't eat it so I avoid it. But really looks good.
