I read a lot of my book, watched Myth Busters, had a dinner of homemade japanese curry made by my youngest, and watched Jackie Chan's Drunken Master. It wa fun and relaxing. I even got to talk to my older kids and my dad. It was really nice.

I have only been getting on in the mornings lately. I dunno if im getting bored of the dancing, or maybe its the group dancing that I dont have to work as hard for the trinkets anymore. I dunno.... but im around off and on...

So glad u enjoyed ur birthday and ur welcome for ur gifts :-) I know its crazy how many trinkets u get if u dont come on here for a day or so. The one day I have nearly 800 of each in my inventory. LoL

Ugh... that sounds terrible. Do u work in a nursing home or hospital? I cant imagine not having A/C when doing that kind of care. I am always a hot person, I sweat at the lightest of heat. So when its really hot or when im doing physical stuff I look like a drowned rat :-( My family has always sweat a lot from the head and of course I do to. So I always have my hair up and I cant never look decent when its hot. I hate it.

- I'm the same way with the heat. The least little increase above 70f and I'm wilting like a flower. I get heat exhaustion very easily and stay inside most of the summer. :D

same here don't like the pirate and thon events. Love the holiday events. This dance event was weird, stuff not working ok, dances with a machine.. sheesh!

Well we had no ac at all so glad we have now in the hall. The rooms are from the residents if they want cool, they have to buy an ac or fans... (i think they have to offer them to my residents)

Heatwave is gone, nice and cool outside... now the inside has to cool off

Good News: I finished the final chapter of Part 1.

Now in the normal scheme of things that would mean I release it on A03 before releasing an edited version on my blog tomorrow.

Which brings me to...

Bad News: A03 has been down for 8 hours with no updates on when it will be up again.

So it could be an entire day until it is back up or it could just be a few more hours.

I will have an edited version on my blog tomorrow and will release it whenever A03 is back up and running. If the site is back up tonight, everything will happen as normal.

- The robot dancing took the personal feel away from the event. You didn't have to do anything, not even push button, to get the prize so it wended up being worthless. He needs to institute a new or more robust prize system with the robot dancing to make it worth something again. Something has tomake all these trinkets we're swimming in worth something! :/ Oh, if it was me, I'd be at the store getting a brand new ac for my room, whether I could walk or not. 😂 I hope it stays cool ther for you. :D

- What is A03? As difficult as this may be, I'll patiently wait for the next installment. Even if it is the LAST one of part 1 and may give me the fullfilling feeling of completion as I know it with with Jash and Alex finding each other again... falls over

A03 stands for Archive of Our Own which is a site to post fanfics to. I used to post on both that and ffnet before deciding to only post to A03. This due to the fact that I love A03's tagging system.

The site ended up coming up late last night. So I was able to post the newest chapter there and shortly will be posting the edited version on my blog.

And I can't give any promises right now ;)

- I don't expect promises, hon, just good stories. ;) There are so many writing sites out there that I don't know of. I will have to peruse this site once I have some spare reading time. :D

The rain stopped in time for the fireworks. Me and hubby hung out with a friend and her kids.

- Ugh, I hate yard work. I used to avoid it like a plague when I was able to do it. Now, I totally do not miss it. :P 😂 I've been doing well. Keeping up with my exercises and gaining strength every day. I can finally put the foot stool of the recliner down on my own! It took a lot of hard work but I managed it. :D

- It was a very sweet way to end part 1. Now you're going to tear them apart AND I won't be happy for a bit but that is what makes a good story. :D

Ok, now that 4th of July is over, can we please have Halloween/Morostide? :P 😆
