So you get it about changing to a new computer. Can't really say PC since the new one is a laptop. But it is a powerful one and I'm just procrastinating when I really should just do it. When I first got it I had it mostly set up and then there wasn't really anyplace to set it, as it's big, until I get rid of the PC on my desk and I was too chicken to make the complete move. Ughhhh Now I need to sync everything all over again probably.

I might need to see a pic of your kitties and especially Ducky. I'm never ready for the holidays. Although, I am very proud of myself as I have over half of my Lumi shopping done. No real gifts bought yet though. LOL!

I'm good! Cranky as ever! Just kidding, I'm not. But I was a bit yesterday after I had to slam on my brakes to keep from t-boning a Safelite windshield repair van. The guy was looking right at me and right when I got to where he was - he pulled out. I slammed on the brakes and honked the honk for about 30 seconds. When I got beside him he threw his hands up at me. But I guess that's better than being flipped off. 😂

a laptop can be a PC just as a desktop is! only a different form of PC. (though some laptops are not PCs, they are chromebooks or something, but most are PCs. and then there's the question of do macs count as PCs, some would say yes, some would say no, some would say depends on context!)

I've never had a laptop that worked as good as tower PC. Plus the keyboard will be so high up on my desk. But I almost can't use a mouse now in either hand. The shoulder tremors affect nothing else I do, just holding a mouse and trying to move it. So annoying!!!

I do feel pretty happy I've gotten so much done already. I normally wait until Christmas eve to buy Lumi gifts. :-P

It did! People are driving crazy now. I see them run through completely red lights on a regular basis these days. 😳

It was insane and I'm not sure why I started waiting so late as I didn't always do that. Congratulations on the real life shopping! Woohoo!! 👏 I've not really done any real life shopping yet. Everything I've bought for Liz or the hubs I've already given it to them. LOL! They're both really hard to buy for so I usually have to ask them if they like something. I found a really cool Adidas stocking hat on sale and I thought I'll wear it if hubs doesn't like it - and he's worn it every single day since I showed it to him. 😂 And today, I bought us both some slippers from Clarks.com. But of course I had to ask which ones he liked so it won't be a surprise for him. And Liz doesn't want anything but a new phone because Apple keeps doing updates on her 1-1/2 year old phone. eye roll screams :-D

Lolll! That's awesome he ended up loving the hat! 😂 If it makes you feel any better I asked my husband to add stuff to his amazon WL that he wanted 😂 He's hard to shop for too. And he ended up adding things like socks and underwear. That will just be so much fun for him to open on Christmas morning -_- LOL! Liz is a hoot 😂 I need a new phone too but I'm trying to wait until it's unusable XD Mine is almost 5 years old, oops.

- It's been a quiet weekend. Spoke to my youngest daughter. She's all psyched up for her senior year project. I remember feeling that way about school. I hope she can keep that feeling for a while. How about you? :D

Hahaha! Socks and underwear are what I used to get him but now he has so many. He's still wearing the hat. And I keep forgetting to check if he removed the price tag yet or not. LOL!!! Liz is funny!! She only wants the really small Iphone and they didn't release a new one this year so I won't have to buy her a new one yet. How does a phone last for 5 years? 😳 Mine always wonk out around 3 or 4 years.

And the crazy drivers usually seem to be youngish males. :-D

all my phones last more than 5 years. I guess I don't use them as much? I also don't let the auto updates run, which may help.

I'm only on my third cell phone ever. I got the first one in 2004.
