How was PT? What did they have you do today? A few years ago I went through it for my neck after I was rear ended. I didn't think it helped a ton but it taught me some good stretching movements that I still do occasionally.

PT was good. It's a little odd to me though, because it's actually pelvic floor PT. It's immensely helpful actually.

At last check there was a ornament at Joann Fabrics that says "I Love Ranch" on a white dressing bottle. I'm tempted to get it for a few of my friends lol

Oh wow! I didn't even now they had PT for that. Kind of sounds like it might be relaxing though. :-)

I'm doing okay. Been busy trying to get Christmas gifts made. I think my left leg is finally feeling better so now I only have the cast leg to focus on LOL. But I've finally been able to come to sit with my family for a little while which is really nice Oh yes, I love autumnal weather :D
