Doc says they can’t see anything else on the mri so its a stubborn sprain. He is doing water therapy and laser treatment and then will strap it up. Oh, and the wart isn’t gone apparently

hehe and even better, the chocolate was free in the first place (a friend had won 20 bars of chocolate for her and 20 for a friend.... she nominated me as the friend, then forgot to tell me about it, so I suddenly had twenty bars of chocolate arrive in the post one day laughs). I'd already given a couple of bars to the chaps at the bodywork place for checking over my old car after that supermarket delivery lorry slid into it, so I figured I'd take a bar with me today jut in case they said they could take a look at the seals :P

At least now you know what is going on. I hope the treatments will help heal the sprain. No wonder you have been in pain. :hugs:

7 og 8 names does sound more manageable. I am not the best at remembering names, but I did my best of course. It is difficult to really get to know the kids or the people working there that well, when you are just there for a day or two.

I didn't ever know the teacher's name though - the kids all called her "miss" :P I'm hopeless at names.... I can picture what someone looks like / where they usually sit in church or wherever, but usually their names are just not something I remember 😊

Next month I'm planning on getting the car washed (they did wash and polish the car before I bought it), so I've nominated Mum to sit inside the car when I've got the hosepipe on, just to make sure there's no more water getting in! There's signs of a previous water leak just under the aerial, so I want to make sure that's not still a problem as well as checking that window again ;)

At least knowing it's not worse than a sprain should give you a bit more confidence that you're not causing more damage to it squishes From when I had those warts on my feet as a teenager, I remember how hard it was to get rid of the darn things :K

I am not always great at remembering faces either, it is awkward when you meet someone that clearly know who you are, only for you to know remember where you know them from. o_O Or you meet some again, you remember them, just not their name. Uggh.

Fingers crossed there won't be any more issues. :) I found a little bit of black mold in my window sill. Not happy about that, so I have to take care of that somehow.

My weekend was mostly just cleaning and getting everything ready for my birthday celebration. And my dad I and I went to see our team play. xD It was really nice seeing them all on Sunday. Got pretty flowers and everything. ^_^

Or when you see a teacher from your old school who recognises you, yet you're half wondering if it is the person you think it is, or not! :P I try to avoid using people's names when I talk to them (unless it's a neighbour that I know the name of), so I don't have to worry about accidentally calling them the wrong name 😇

That's really annoying when you find black mould around the window frame / window sill. I dunno how you get rid of that though (I've got that on the wallpaper next to my bedroom window in places)

Hopefully you can figure it out without too much hassle to get it resolved squishes Certainly for one wall in our house, we'd need it treated and re-plastered, as it's had a problem over time (and was hidden behind a piece of furniture, so it wasn't easy to spot until it got really bad :K)

Niamh wanted to wear some of the new Vesnali things, but didn't like most of the outfits that I'd let her try so far ;) No idea what she's buying, but I think the little pigeon was keen that Niamh didn't drop anything and make a mess :P

we always would call the male teachers "sir" and the female teachers "miss" but I guess it saved needing to remember all their names! One teacher had quite a hard name to spell, so she was always known as "Mrs P" (even by the other teachers). Another of my old teachers is on facebook (and had sent friend requests to most of the ones in my year group), and when everyone was putting "happy birthday Sir" on his wall, he actually asked if we could call him by his first name.... which nobody did :P

Same here - we have one of the windows in that room open almost all day long (all year round!), so I still can't understand how it was a problem in the first place. We also don't have cavity wall insulation, so there should be some air that can flow through the wall a little bit as well.

I've got my toes crossed that it'll arrive this week - if not, then I might have to see if I can chase it on the tracking again.... it's only meant to take 5-7 days from when I sent it!
