- actually, my hubby put the whale outfit together for last years KS pirate ha contest so I can't take the credit. lol I don't even try to get anything from the freyelise shop. I just can't manage it with my screen reader. I do carl's quests, though, and vend from ocean's depths and blue sky to get some of the new pirate goodies. I've also gotten some of the new rod skeller Inn food from celebration gift. The free shop has been good to me this year. i've gotten some good loot. You never know what they'll do with the exit surveys. Considering the state of their workforce I'd say they don't do much with them at all. ;)

well your hubby did a very nice job on it :)I gave up to on the pirate shop. Carl gives out good stuff. Haven't tried the vending machines yet... good idea.

Hi all! My birthday celebration was today and it was lovely. So nice to be with my family.

Happy Monday! We got rain last night. It was wonderful. Brought the temps down too.

And I'll be getting more than rain as Hurricane Ian may be changing its course and heading more towards me. I live in Brevard (can't remember how to spell my own count ffs). Me and Brian are hoping it stays more to the west.

More rain today, ugh! Had a day trip with a friend (cancelled 2 times due covid and train strike) to the city of Gouda (yes from the cheese). Had a lovely time. Glad to be home now i was so cold at the end and the train and bus ride home where cold to.

I am going to work turn in my stuff, et stuff from my locker and bye bye... sayonara.. never coming back again!

But first party tomorrow, my 42nd birthday.

Hiya! We had a surprise shower over the weekend with high winds. Thankfully there wasn't any damage to our property...whew! How are you today? The kiddo and I went on a nature walk along a dry creek and found some fossils, teeny frogs, lots of sand and mud to play in, and then found some tadpoles in a puddle of water. It was pretty cool and we both had fun.

The people at the place we rent from actually paid attention to us. So we got sandbags and the door more tightly sealed.

Brian had to take the bird feeder outside down which the birds were not happy about. They were yelling at him the entire time XD

I put a mix of seeds and meal worms on the ground shortly after.
