Had sushi and cake so that was fun =D

Today I got a call from mom that seemed to be an ordinary b-day call. But she told me grandma vomited up blood a few days ago and she has been in the hospital ever since. The soonest I can get down to mom's is Wednesday (and I'll unfortunately have to use Dad as transportation and he'll probably make it all about him as he tends to do) and just hoping I don't get a phonecall saying grandma passed before I get there.

So today has been very mixed. I should be happy but I've been worried about grandma all day.

it's been bad here loads of stuff is getting pricey even electricity and the gas we cook on. It's nuts and companies go bankrupt as they just can't pay the bills anymore and the gouverment is not doing nothing... they say the will but so far...

I have an appointment with my endocrinologist. I know she's going to get on my case because my sugars have been swinging wildly. Interesting thing about it is that I haven't been binging on sweets or carbs. I don't know why they're doing what they're doing. Hopefully, tomorrow, I'll get some answers. :D

- It's like your country is a mirror of mine because the same things are happening. Prices are skyrocketing but those that can do something about it are doing nothing. One sentiment I've noticed is that people are beginning to think the corporations are hiking prices just because they can and for no other reason. They feel the government should interfere but the government won't because it won't mess with the "free market". There's a lot of resentment here. I see you're kicking butt on the pumpkin achievements! Way to go! :D

- It's the same here. We're stretching every penny, too and even cutting out some necessities. I hate living like this but there's not much more we can do. I'm hoping an end is in sight but the news warns of a pending recession. I don't know what to do about that. :( I was told in another thread that you can still carve and feed pumpkins to your pet after the event is over. I don't know if you can still delete pumpkins but that would be easy to find out. :D

well i am getting a lot creative with less money. And yes you still can do the achievements after morostide but then you have to pay for the pumpkins and now they are free

Hello again, lovelies! I am terrible for posting and promising to be back, then disappearing... I'm trying to catch up with some of the holiday items 😂 I forgot it's holiday time! I should be around more however - the writing/creative bug has gotten me again so I'm trying to piece together my pets a little better! - we are too. It's amazing how you can stretch a penny these days. My 18 year old son is feeling the pinch too. He's stopped buying video games and is saving his money. It's got to be bad when something like that happens. 😂 Oh, I'm not buying pumpkins, that's for sure. I've got about a billion of them waiting for me in the gift center thanks to some awesome friends. I'm just glad that I'll be able to complete the achievements once the holiday is over. :) Now, I'm off to battle because those challengers don't stick around after the holidays. :D

BIG HUGS Hello darling! <3 I've been a bit up and down in truth! Had COVID, then my niece was born (Ivy Roux, she is so gorgeous I can't even handle it!) and she was in and out of hospital for a while - turns out she's got a hole in her heart! So that was a real stress given she was only a month old at the time.. She's nearing 4 months now and doing great though, so strong and so vocal 😂 The absolute apple of everyones eye, she's got all of her aunts and uncles wrapped around her tiny little finger 😂 But yes, things have settled down again so I'm hoping this will be me back! I've really missed hanging out on Subeta - and I'm gutted I missed most of this event! :( How are you doing, and how have things been? <3 I'm loving the autumn colours! It makes a walk so much more enjoyable when the leaves look gorgeous <3

Grandma is doing better. She was moved from the hospital to rehab. I just got back home today and am just worn out.

Duckie, Black Adam was a very fun movie. I would recommend it :)

You never joined the KS group, which is where all the monthly challenges and event things happen. Like we have links to members for toting plus one for by the month atm. For anyone with sharing shops/galleries (only three active atm though) we have links there. Also Gry has an event HA contest up for moro. It's also the ping group so you can get any pings we send out. We don't send out a ton I promise.
