My 2016 red Corrolla is called Carmine, because carmine is a shade of red, and it sounds pretty, like "Carmen" of the opera fame.

It's also nice to know that I'm not alone in this. :') I have a bright red Toyota Matrix and her name is Red Hot Chili Pepper, although most of the time I just call her "girl" whenever we're going up a hill, like "C'MON GIRL YOU CAN DO IT" lmao. My parents want me to get a new car because she's got over 200,000 miles on her, but, like, I'm super attached and she runs just fine!! I'm not giving up on her!!
