hehe those witches are too good to not use ;) The wispy mist looks totally different over that misty haar background :D
Actually, the pet shop that's 45 minutes away do sell the travel cages as well, so potentially they could get the travel cage and budgie at the same time 😇

agreed lol. Yes it does look very different :D
Ooh that's even better. Just pick a travel cage out, pick the budgie up and off they go XD maybe throw in a birdday toy :)
Is that more than one cauldron layered at the front, or have I just never noticed the orange bubbles coming from the green one before? :P
nods that's the hope at least! Mum mentioned something about maybe going to the other pet store next week, to see what cages they have, and also see if she can get some cuttlebone (the other garden centre didn't have any in stock), so it's ready for whenever we can get another budgie ;)

lol layered xD. Pink with yellow on top :)
awesome :D and maybe she'll take a look at the ones they've got too
that kind of explains how it looks orange and green to me laughs :P
The pet store for this week doesn't sell pets unfortunately, but at least we're getting a bit closer ;)

yep lol I loved it make it's own colour XD The yellow was too yellow
why don't that have pets this week?
Almost makes me want to layer all the cauldrons to see what colours that comes out with :P
Nah, what I meant is the pet store they're going to next week is the one that never stocks animals / birds. ;)

lmao try it XD OOH got it. So they're going to one to get the cuttlebone and THEN to the one that actually stocks them later.
by Paddy it didn't work as well as I'd expected :P
nods potentially the one that's 45 minutes away (the one with the budgies and travel cages) also sells cuttlebone, but I haven't asked them ;)

interesting look, its like a yellowy pink.
they probably do.
the colours just seem to pick up the one that's underneath, so the three under that don't have any real effect at all ;)
One pet store (not local to here at all) said on facebook a couple of weeks ago that they'd "finally got giant cuttlebone in", so maybe there's been a bit of a shortage in getting it into the shops in the first place.... or it could just be that particular store struggled to get enough in to meet demand ;)

which is a bummer :/ sounds like a shortage like we're getting here. weird random things
I guess it's not quite as transparent as I'd hoped to get all the layers showing through ;)
nods I know there's odd shortages in supermarkets at the moment, but cuttlebone did seem a particularly random one!

I guess not
yeah that's one of the odd ones 0.o too. lol
Day six of migraine that's getting way too old. We've had a massive shift in the weather which I'm sure isn't helping. Nor is the fact that my Zyrtec isn't helping. I'm so congested that I've been literally gasping for breath at night time. I know allergies trigger my migraines too. So in an effort to calm them I've washed my ceiling fan down, then hoovered the floor and pulled off all my bedding and am currently washing it. Then showered and changed into fresh pjs in case any dust got on those as well. if this doesn't work, then on Tuesday (dad's payday) we'll see if the new air filter works. If not, looks like we'll have little choice but to buy me a hepa filter because I can't continue like this. Been a zombie nearly all week with only moments of not being completely miserable.
ooo I love the trick or treat blob kitty look :D
Hopefully having cleaned all that off will help - that can't be easy being that congested :( I guess the hepa filters are a lot more expensive than the normal ones?

why thank you. I'm loving the blob, but hate the feet--so I'll be covering those lol. It's just the base and it looks bizarre. And i wish you can hide parts of the body on zappers :/ I had to cover the toe with a boot as it was showing through.
the new air filter for the entire house would be bought on Tuesday so in theory I would know on Thursdays if it's working enough. It's got a hepa in the air filter but it might not be enough. I might require a small one in my room like I used to have in the old house. The one I'm looking at is $65 so it's not over the top in price range and if you want to replace the carbon filters for cleaner smelling air (oder control) it's only $13.99 for a three pack so even if it only lasts a month, that's still pretty affordable. The hepa is hoovered clean and if you do wanna replace that, it is only $14.99--though it doesn't need to be replaced according to amazon. It's got just under 12k reviews at 4.5 stars and was rated number 5 in best air purifiers of 2021
Someone mentioned that the HA base feet show in the wardrobe, but not when you save the HA itself or something.... although I didn't try it without shoes on, so I'm not too sure how accurate that is! ;)
Hopefully the whole house filter will do the trick, but that definitely doesn't seem a bad price for the small one for your room, and the replacement filters don't seem too terrible either (I can imagine some cheap single-room filters might have expensive replacement carbon filters to allow for them selling the initial system at a lower price)

-moves shoes- OOH they don't now XD yay thank you :D so much better. -nods- you've gotta be careful to look cos some are just too expensive once you replace each filter. Some have washable carbon filters but some of them are way too expensive to even buy
:D That must get pretty complicated to even just find something that works on price, let alone something that's going to do the job!
