Absolutely do that! I found the Legendary Banners to be great to pull on as a beginner! I recommend to save up for those instead of the focus banners. I hope you are having a good time with the game!

I have been a bit overwhelmed with events again. I can barely keep up and most of the modes aren't as fun as they used to be. F!Edelgard just mows down Tempest Trials on the highest level, Raids are as ridiculous as ever and I still have no idea how Mjolnir works, haha. But I love L!Byleth! Will you all pull for him?

- Indeed what Lyonid said, the 8% pull rate is great for beginners, not so great for someone who has been playing a long time, I find that I usually only end up with useless duplicates rather than the units I want. Personally, I think Leg Byleth looks kinda silly, but I'm gonna pull for him anyway, the green pool is quite nice this time around too. Byleth looks like they built him to counter Fallen Edelgard. lol. Not surprised.

Never expressed it, but I had a feeling it was going to be Leg Byleth, though I expected we would get F Byleth first, but I guess we've been getting a lot of female mythics/legendaries recently.

I've always loved the Enlightened One's design so I am so ready for this guy. I've heard a lot of about Fallen Edelgard, I've never bumped into one but I am only plying beginner arenas because anything higher I fail at so bad.

Yeah that 8% looks good to me, I'm managing to get the ones I want at 4% chance so I'm pumped for a increase in the chance.

I saw that Byleth is the first male avatar legendary! That's so neat.

Also in the trailer it looked like he teamed up with Sothis? Is that using the 'pair up' option in the "Interact with Allies" section? I feel like such a noob but there's so many options I get lost some times.

I used to play Lemmings a lot as a kid, and like this was all I could think of And the little running sprite on the loading screen did not help matters!

Yeah, that's the pair up feature from the interact with allies tab. The pair up thing is a legendary hero features, the legendaries with the dark blue icon with the two white lightning bolts can join up with another unit in battle, and swap between them, which is nice for the modes like the Allegiance Battles where you get more points for getting kills with type advantage. Also handy for switching if one unit gets low on HP or something I guess. I don't really use that feature at all outside of the allegiance battles.

Dear Heros....can you PLEASE do something on OP units in the Voting gauntlet? I am tired of having a single Claude, Summer Helda, Edlegaurd of any flavor, or Summer Mercades sweep my team when I just want to use the bonus unit who is not as OP as them and gathering dust >_< It's making me lose interest in getting voting gauntlet quests done as orbs aren't worth the stress as it's caused me to lose interest in arenas.

Sarcasem aside and the fact this was my fault for wanting to use Cynthia who isn't a great unit even on pretty standard units like Alfonse, wanted to post/vent just because it's kinda getting old when winning 5 voting gauntlets takes longer then it should if your not useing a lv1 unit or a OP unit of your own.

Oh I feel you. The recent power creep is very irritating and I am a bit concerned for other game modes too. Pawns of Loki has been really bothering me too, tbh. I find it to be such a fun idea but there are just way too many crazy units. Seiros is just such an ultimate villain for me.

I had such a bad time burning all of my orbs too! I really wanted Plumeria and Byleth on the latest banner but RNG was just not on my side as I just kept getting pity broken by three Annand's, haha. Any idea who could benefit from her fodder? I was thinking about building a cool flying team but don't really know who could be great for that!

Pawns of Loki is pretty much one of the few Game Modes that isn't a huge headache still....worst thing I get on there is Legendary Tiki, but I still win more then lose and Tiki is still no match for the origonal Hector or any flavor of Ike.

Seiros if I recall can't seem to figure out Hector or Raven, or she falls to a friend's Female Corrin or the one Christmas armored throwing star unit.

- I joined Annand, and she's a pretty recent unit with good skills and power crept stats, and even I'm having trouble with these VG battles because of those types of units OTL.

- Her skills are good for slower tankier fliers, like Ashnard or Altena come to mind. Both of them are pretty readily available to build. RNG was also not on my side, I ended up with a bunch of circles without any green, and in the end after 80 orbs got a dupe Hel instead of the two I wanted, Dagr or Byleth. I was excited for Hel for fodder, I was going to give her to Myrrh for DC and Guard Bearing, but the I discovered that Myrrh can't get guard bearing (neither can Reyson or Tibarn, my other flying projects), and now I'm stumped what to do with her :( . I'm thinking of maybe building Ashnard myself, or possibly Seteth.

Plumeria in a duo unit really? Did she really need another alt? Her and Caeda really don't seem a fitting pair at all. I think this banner is a skip for me. As much as I would like one of the little goaties, I'm not really a fan of their base art. (although, Freyer is holding a pineapple... but I still haven't gotten any of the other pineapple units, so it's probably best for me to not waste my orbs OTL) Ogma and Norne look pretty good though, but they both appear to be infantry lances, kinda boring.

Against my better judgement, I summoned on the stupid Leg banner again (since I deemed the new beach banner a skip), spent another 120 orbs, and got another Hel Dupe OTL. At least this one has a good IV. I wonder if I should just merge her. OTL. I dunno what to do with her skills. Got my first Luthier along the way, so I guess that's good?

Well Cynthia lost so going Team Annand now. >_< He won't be much help aganst the Edlegaurds but my Narcian might help dealing with most of the bow units at lest as I have Iote's Shield on him and he's pretty tanky ( though Claude might be a issue still)

I caved and pulled for a L!Byleth. Said I only needed one copy. Almost 400 orbs later and L!Byleth was on the last circle. I was sniping for green, too. =__=;;

Totally worth it though. I like clearing out my pve Edelgards at the very least. x'D

Thank you! I did not expect literally ALL of my Vaike stash to go. ;___; Rebuilding. L!Byleth also useful in Voting Gauntlet since literally almost each attempt there is filled with an Edelgard that it becomes annoying. D: I +10'ed my Ena recently, too. Now just need one more copy of Emmeryn to finish +10ing her and then won't have any project to work on, which I suppose is just as well.. to save my feathers for a future unit.

As for the new summer banner, I would love a goat, too, especially when summer goat has a cute inflated goat floatie, but I don't want to waste my orbs. Probably most tempted by Freyjr, look at that guy. xD Ogma is a bit almost Vaike which made me wish it was Vaike on the banner like why give Ogma an alt? /shrug And the new duo unit is MEH. I'd have rather had Mirabilis / Plumeria duo. The Caeda inclusion is just so out of left field and the way they did her dirty too... Norne as the TT is also hella random.

At least time to save up orbs for the next Awakening banner where I will be inevitably disappointed by IS skipping Vaike again. :')

I have been summoning for L!Byleth and barely got any green orbs. Not sure if I should continue but ergh, the gacha demons tells me to not stop pulling!

Oh goodness, Frejr. I am so in love with him .... but I shouldn't. Yet again, it bothers me to see characters that have no vanilla form in these seasonals buth ugh, he is so gorgeous. His kit is kinda basic, but I do enjoy seeing more overall tanks without these inflated skills. And I thought the same thing about Norne and Caeda. Really weird choice and I am unfortunately not loving the art style. BUT AHH THE GOATS DAMN.

I really like Hall of Forms, because it's like training up and +10ing specific units and getting them to inherit special skills which wouldn't be as feasible in the other parts of the game. I really liked building Larum last Hall of Forms and gave her Courtly Fan which is pink and really matched her sprite art so well. I don't have a forma soul and I was on hiatus when they gave out an apparently free forma soul, but even temporary use of obscure units +10ed is great. :3 I wish I had even one Larum now. But I know one level 40 Larum would not be able to do much of anything lol.

I used to like Voting Gauntlet. ..until F!Edelgard. xD But it's still kind of a chore for me before that. I like Tempest Trials too for the format and rewards. c: Arena Assault is nice to use a varied amount of units as is the weekly Rival Domains. I liked the event form but haven't seen it in a while.. forgot if it was called that. :s

I don't like the checkers like mode thing or the Loki one (are those the same? xD). Even the music/dance mode one was better because I got to see the sprites moving up and down haha.

My fav modes are tempest trials and Pawns of Loki (for the moment, I'll get bored of PoL soon I'm sure) I like the tactics drills, but I usually have to refer to guides to complete the grandmaster ones. Hall of Forms is fun too. I bought my Forma Fae from the last one. I've had her on my AR defence team for a while, no idea how well she's doing cus I never bother looking, but she's super cute, and now with save skill!

- Yeah, Caeda/Plumeria's art is also... not great. Beach Caeda looks an awful lot like Beach Lilina too. Norne is kinda random, but her art is at least cute, and I don't currently have an infantry lance built, so I'm considering building her.

I miss the Tap Battles, they're fun! We stopped getting new ones though, I dunno if they'll give us a new one again.

Did y'all see the art for Nifl? Cavalry dragon yo! her art is kinda weird though, but I like her sprites.

Yeah, I can't tell the difference between Caeda and Lilina lol. :'D Norne art is cute! I agree. OMG no, I haven't seen Nifl until now. Love her ice design and love her killer black heels.

- lol, agree to disagree, I think she looks silly, and her heels are very WTF. Love her sprites though, especially the dragon with it's icy wings.

I love her icy demeanour and I like how unpractical the heels look, like a wild status symbol. I wish she were more ornate though. Her slip and wounded pose make her seem like another waifu bait character. :X

- Yeah, she looks rather tsundere waifu bait. I wish she was attired it a more 'Nilf' fashion! More gold and crystals, and goose feathers!
