Didn't get anything good.

I poked the leg banner again, got a +att Triandra to replace my -att one, but still no Ashera or Frejya. Add them to the list of units who hate me and are never coming home.

The F!Edelgards give me nightmares. ;3; I haven't played in months and came back to see this monster of a thing. Glad I didn't miss Vaike on a banner. Secretly hoping the midpoint banner isn't SOV but Awakening. :')

Awakening banner would be soo goood! I totally forgot about Vaike and now I know that I just need him, haha. I would absolutely adore Ricken and Myriel too. They do have some of the prettiest hats in the series!

Well Triandra is wonderful! But so sorry you didn't get anything good. Honestly, the goat isn't really fun I have to say. She is very pretty when she's not a goat tho! Still not a huge fan. I kinda want her brother already!

- I want her for the pokemon goat form! It's so purdy! Triandra is great, I already had her though, but now I have better IV, and she has good skill fodder.

I gave up on waiting for an axe to +10 years ago and have a +10 libra but I really can't wait to wait Vaike regardless of his stats/skills and +10 him. 8D

It's amazing how fast the powercreep .. creeped up. .__. I'm like ... are my units viable at this point? /cry

yeah, I feel you. For now I will just stick to collecting and building units that I like. It's crazy to think how seasonal units looked a couple years ago compared to now. Nohrian Summer had like Atk/Spd+1 and that was it, hahah. I'd rather spend my orbs on stuff that makes me happy, rather than hope to be somehow viable in a mode, so I can get a bit more resources out of it. Gacha is such a shithole! 😅

same, I'd rather focus on units I like! c: Almost done with +10ing Emmeryn (and she's S supported to a +10 Gangrel :')). I only hope no unit catches my eye before Vaike comes into play because I only have 150 orbs. orz What sort of units are you waiting for or wanting?

you're a devil and I respect that lololol. I have no one I am completely rooting for. Still curious what they will do with Gatekeeper haha. I mean, the sexy season banner will be soon, so that's happening lol. Oh and the Cindered Shadows characters are definitely something I'd love to see finally! But all in all I would rather prefer a fun new mode that does not seem tedious. Maybe a better aether raid system with more user interaction and stuff. I mean building supports and teams has been my main focus and I'd love to see them enforce playing with older units! My barracks are just full of cool units I never get to use. Maybe even some small thematic paralogues where you only play with the respective cast or sth.

- Yeah, fallen Edelgard is dumb, I basically just surrender when I see her. I don't have the time/resources to put a dedicated counter to her on ALL my teams OTL. I switched Eirika from her PRF to Armoursmasher+ in the arena cus otherwise I can't dent her, and even with the armor effective item... I still lose a lot to her. OTL

They really need to do a banner with the remaining Shepards. (and just sneak kellam in there as a 4s unit without telling anyone)

I could look up how to create an effective counter but I'm too angry to even bother. I went into arena and chose beginner on purpose because the other 2 looked like they could have F!Edelgards and lo and behold the "beginner" arena one had F!Edelgard and I lost. :'D I was contemplating on trying to obtain a copy but I ran out of time as the banner's gone now. It's amazing how your Eirika can't guarantee a solid win either. :s

I have been avoiding Arena for that exact purpose, haha. I bet everyone has her on the team and I feel bad putting her on mine since she just blasts through every gamemode, lol. I believe the best was to get rid of her is to use Beastslayer and a Null Follow Up preferably when she's not transformed, but ugh. What a slog!

But let's talk about something fun! Which character are you guys +10ing and why? Is there any character from the franchise that is close to your heart? My first +10 was Reyson because his design immediately struck me and I was in love with him in FE8. My next project will most-likely be Forrest! He has such a beautiful design and I found him kind of relatable as a character among the lackluster Fates cast.

- Yeah, IMHO they made a mistake creating her. I used mine to SOLO the top tier of the Tempest Trials on auto-battle. I needed my second team only a handful of times, and typically got top score for speed, only a few units could even slow her down. Idunn was the only unit to take her out without help, and that was only because on auto-battle Edelgard always attacks thus activating Idunn's Vengeful Fighter (twice in one turn even) so she can double with SE damage. If a single unit with no merges, and no inherited skills can clear seven maps filled with level 40-40+ units with stat buffs completely while encountering almost no resistance... ya done f'd up IS! Ya broke the game.

I met a team yesterday that was Fallen F Corrin, Legendary Corrin, Fallen Edelgard, and Legendary Claude. Those are like my 4 most hated units to encounter. Ugh. (I lost, somehow managed to take out everyone but Edelgard though) There's too many OP threats now to specifically counter each one. Edelgard is the worst though so I DID go and change up my set specifically for her, and still lose to her.

I'm almost done with +10ing Emmeryn. She was my first female character +10 actually. :0 All my other ones were guys I thought were cool (F!M Corrin for example o3o). Ena's +5 and I have enough grails to +10 her too since I don't buy grail units often if at all. I like Emmeryn's design and I was really sad when she [redacted] in her game. I chose (Halloween) Ena because I like her design. She has an ofuda. I also didn't have any red dragons at +10.

Reyson's design is great. Forrest is a nice choice. You can make a blonde boy emblem then. ;D

- It got me really good scores, but I feel dirty for doing it. lol. She's so busted, it feels like cheating. OTL.

Congrats on your Emmeryn! And Fallen Corrin! I don't have any +10 5s locked units, I'm too cheap for that OTL. Halloween Ena is a good choice too.

I need to make a +10 healer at some point, I have a lot of fodder (wrathful/dazzling etc), but I don't really like any of the ones that are easily available to merge, except maybe Forrest and Brady, but their stat lines aren't great. I'm hoping Moulder (the boulder) will come soon and be a 4s drop.

you can just tell yourself you're getting resources for units you actually want ;D

Thank youuu, I had a lot of orbs at the time F!Corrin appeared and was able to +6 him or so, took me a while (just now) to get the last copies for +10. Felt wrong to sit at like +8 when I was so close to +10ing him. ;3; I don't have many 5 star locked +10s, his character design was so I'm so emo that it was hard to pass up. xD

A +10 healer with spammed pain can be a nice area nuke (for anything but F!Edelgard lol). :') I hear you, before Emmeryn I didn't have a healer I cared about. They all seem lackluster for the most part.

I wish I had motivation to play the older games to see which characters I'd like to play in FEH.

- I'm old school, I love the older games. I'm currently rerunning through FE7 a bunch of times trying to 100% the supports on my cartridge. The GBA sprite animations will never get old. I already 100% completed the supports on my sacred stones game. :)

Aaah I used to do that too a couple of months ago. I love the game and you reminded me how much I need Renault in FEH! Such a great game and I love its flaws just as much, haha. I even based my second pet partly on Bramimond!

Also I can't stress enough how fabulous FE4 was. I think that cast I have the closest connection to. Suuuch a good story and pretty iconic. I always tell my friends how perfect that game is despite its flaws and they must hate me already, lol.

- Lol, Renault, so annoying to get his support conversations! He comes into the game so late! FE7 had the best story of all the FE games IMHO. I think SS is probably the best beginners FE game, it's got the iconic GBA sprites; simple, but still branched promotions; ability to grind for levels if you are struggling; and stilling has perma-death, one of the hallmarks of FE games. Awakening is also an ok option as an intro to the series I think.

The DS games were ok, but like... i dunno how they managed to make the graphics worse than on GBA. lol.

I only started with FEA or Fates whichever came first. Had a GBC growing up but didn't grab any of the FE games and only discovered FE through Nintendo DS. :0

- FEA was the first one, much better than fates IMHO, and a much better introduction to the series. Fates is my least favourite FE title. blegh. There were no FE games for GBC, the first one available in NA was FE7 for GBA, and the older ones were for consoles. FE7 was my first video game ever that didn't have the word ' Mario' in the title. lol.

Yeah, this banner is a skip for me, the two I want, Luthier and Tatiana, will be 4s so I can keep saving orbs.
