do you mean the link? GayGothPride or are you talking about a special "here are the pets that have been nominated this round" profile?

See this screenshot. This is the basic pet Subeta coding and means there's something wrong with the coding of your profile or you don't have one. You can't change anything once you have been nominated. Someone checks these pets. If its much at all they will deny your pet. If its just a small change its okay. But if you make too many changes they will deny you as well for that, even if they are small. By the way, your link didn't work and sent me to the page that says there is no pet.

Yeah the pet code works really well. What do you mean too basic? Like I said that is no code at all or looks like it. There are people that do free profiles. They give you the code and then you edit with a background, color of text, etc. They are great and really helpful. What a fantastic overlay and profile! The layering is amazing. OMG I love the animation of the bars and wow that minion's eyes! Holy shit! I love everything. Only a couple things. The name is over two lines of text in the background and Idk what it says. Screenshot. And the story text is so small I can't read it.

now I am on my PC I saw the problem. Your browser is in zoom-in more than 100% resolution. Try using ctrl(+)- to reset back to 100%, so it's not my coding that is wrong :)

Ok, this is 100 percent. So I went the other way. This is 50 percent. Much better, but the minion and spotlight are in the wrong place, the middle of the TC. I remember fighting with this myself before. Resolution definitely plays a part, but it may not be just mine. It should move out of place for you when you zoom in or out too. This was definitely a pain in the ass. Idk how your coding is, but I changed the background/page to scroll, and the content from absolute to fixed, and made the height greater so it could scroll. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn't, and I had to change each individual thing from absolute to fixed, and every position until it worked... I was really ready to throw shit. But maybe someone else from here that knows a lot more about coding can help.

Maybe its hiding, like from a z-index? Idk. It looks good when the reso is smaller, but going bigger it moves all over. I'm so sorry I'm not more help. This is a fantastic profile if the coding could get help. That minion kills me, its so good. I want one animated like that so bad!

It seems to be hidden behind the back image div for some reason. I tried dragging it to the front with z-indexes but it didn't seem to work 🤔 If you try giving the background div a z-index of -1, the spotlight becomes visible again, but so do the stats and pet name/owner/like, so you'll have to set these as hidden.

[edit] If anyone could give me any feedback on [user not found]'s coding, that would be great! I run on 1920x1080 and I've tried to code for <720px in height as well as mobile view, so I'm hoping the former works for those with smaller screens :')

I think I finally have DJ ready! Any advice or something I missed? (I know the playlist section is slightly off centre but can't change it :(

You could try adding a margin to the playlist div so it looks more centred? Not sure if this is the best way to do it but it should work.

I love Xolaris' profile! The art is amazing and its all interesting. But the planets all move in different resolutions. I don't know what you do for that. And I couldn't find the Spotlight.

DJ is really cool. Love the profile. It is somewhat hard to read. You might consider having a black background behind the text on hover. But that is just my opinion. Also, I found one small typo. "she would get drunk men call her at night" S/B "she would get drunk men calling her at night".

Ahhh feck, I thought that might be an issue with the planets/buttons. I had to move them around for them to be visible and accessible on smaller resolutions and mobile resolutions, I shall see what tweaking I can do. As for the spotlight hutton, its not active yet as I'm not satisfied with the writing, nor have I made his overlay official - the spotlight will go next to the minion though.

I had a good laugh over "no shrimp left behind" for Misty.

It's such an interesting premise that I genuinely wish there was more. I think it would be super cool if the story was written in the style of a local news article ("Lock up your shrimp, folks! The flamingos are back again!"). Or perhaps a segment written about one family's valiant attempt at a beachside BBQ in the midst of the flamingo phenomenon. It feels a little bare at the moment, and when you say "it seems like a cool event to witness," I do wish there was more there so I could witness it.
