If I add a * to the search box before fanciful box it returns no results =/ I am just torn between either adding a note to the Fanciful Box one or maybe even just listing the potential weapons rather than linking to search results? It's more work but only a little bit to just say "Randomly gives one of the following weapons:" and then listing the weapons with the direct link to them on SL.

[edit] Edit to add that for some reason the Sandreaver won't actually update the description. I've tried several times and several different ways - it's saved the correct description but it's not displaying it at all.

I've set it up now so that if you search for Fanciful Box in the item notes (and you have to capitalize Fanciful Box for this to work), it won't include Godly Fanciful Box items.

: Sandreaver is fixed. Somehow it got really stuck in the cache, and even clearing the cache the usual way didn't get it unstuck.

Thank you. I wasn't sure how the cache flush worked so I didn't want to do it and then screw up the site lol. I'm glad it's sorted now. That was definitely an odd one.

Alright, I'm updating the 2009 Vesnali items that got added to Esther's and it seems like the cache just hates me lol. I've got 3 more stuck:

I tried to wait them out because Egglet did that too, but these are taking a lot longer to display correctly.

They all seem fine to me? Show as esther's have a coin amount and the note reads Vesnali 2009: Esther's item

They should all three show as r175 and price at 15 - for me those three are still showing r101 with assorted higher prices.

ah...then yes they are still bugged. I did go into one to try to edit and on the edit it showed the updated info.

The cache caught them up at some point in the night thankfully but it's weird it's randomly doing that haha

-- if it's showing up cached for you and not for Lypsyl, it's not the site cache. It could either be your ISP doing caching (this is more common with mobile providers than with traditional cable/fiber providers), or some plugin for your browser that's doing the caching.

I've added a header to the HTML that should discourage your browser (in case it's that) from caching results. I don't know it that's what's happening, so this may not work, but it shouldn't hurt anything.

I was wrong, it wasn't showing up correctly for me. I just hadn't understood, at first, what had been changed.

No worries! Whatever the hold up was, it did sort itself out that time at least.

I've made one other change to the site cache; if you ever have problems again like you did the other night, let me know, but I'm hoping they're now a thing of the past. (crosses fingers!)

Hopefully that solved it! I will let you know next time I have some changes to make if anything goes wonky!

Alright, I'm noticing something weird. It's inconsistently happening but it looks like the site isn't properly pulling prices when items are added to SL. Idk if it's an issue with Subeta or an issue on our end but I had to fix probably 15 or so items from the 2022 tab of Esther's that had a lower price on SL compared to the price from Subeta. And right now I've had to fix 3 of the six Dr. Lockhearts items because it didn't have the correct pricing happening with them.

-- I looked into this a little last night, and again a bit today. I'm not sure what's going on, or even if it's something on our end or something on theirs. I did find two other glitched items and fixed them, though. All I can say for now is that I'll keep an eye on it. Sorry I don't have a better answer than that yet!

No worries! I couldn't figure it out either. When I ran across the Esther's items I assumed they added them at one price but then adjusted prices and the system just didn't catch it but now I'm like...maybe that isn't what's happening? One of the lockhearts I saw had a super odd "official" price on our site that ended in 98 so idk if maybe it's grabbing from the most recent shops price instead of the actual official price somehow or if it's just something weird overall going on.
