I was only in the new wardrobe once, to get the achievement... I don't even know if anything I own is missing.. seriously this really makes me depressed.

So I've been on hiatus for a while and never switched to the new wardrobe. At this point all my items still show up just fine using the old wardrobe.

Is the issue that people who switched to the new wardrobe can't access the old one anymore, and the new one deleted a bunch of items?

If not, couldn't we just switch back to using the old one, or at least use the old wardrobe to determine which items are missing from the new one?

edit. will say that I've never been super active in collecting HA items or CWs, so it may just be that I don't own any of the items that went missing.

I’m right with you, I didn’t realize we had to make a list or out CW’s would disappear. Hopefully they’ll figure out a way to fix everything, it’s a wait and see. ❤️

Same. I just went in there for the free GA. But autopricer is glitching again so I'm afraid to use it.

You make a good point. But can we still access the old wardrobe now?

this is a huge yikes. I have a massive wardrobe and don't keep track of every individual item, I don't know if any of my very few owned CWs got lost OR any other items that will be expensive to replace. and you guys don't have backups??? ridiculous and inexcusable.

I used the wardrobe ONCE despite not wanting to just to get the GA token, I'd like to know if that made me eligible to lose a good portion of my wardrobe. last time I take admin suggestions for free gold account, I guess.

Just saw the news post.. I lucked out. I've only been back a week and haven't put much in my wardrobe besides new items. So it looks like I should get back everything I had based on the 4 month old backup. But other people stand to lose anything they acquired in the past 4 months.

I don't know about everyone else, but these things are very interesting to me given how little information we have right now. Like, I don't even fully understand what happened, which makes the whole thing that much more distressing.

What happened to the missing items? Were they fully deleted from our accounts, or just removed from the wardrobe? Or are they in some weird in-between limbo state where they're just inaccessible?

Does this just affect whether or not the items are in our wardrobes, or did you lose additional data like overlay images and other metadata (layer, gender, etc.)?

What exactly was the bug that caused this? Your post says it's a runaway query that deleted too many items... but under what circumstances were you deleting CWs (if those were indeed lost)?

Do you know how long this bug has been wreaking havoc? A day or two? Several weeks? Months?

There's a disappointing lack of information for something so apparently catastrophic.
