Other than that, 's list is what I'm missing as well - minus the + that I know I never owned. But I know for a fact that I had a copy of and as well as the Bouncy Balls and the other items... which are missing now. My copy of is still there but if I owned a it's gone - as the strawberry would fall in the category "Tossed in the wardrobe and never used" :/

okay. I'm pissed. I know I'm going to repeat a lot of other people's sentiments, but this entire situation is unacceptable. The lack of transparency, the lack of staff responses, and the lack of actually notifying the user base is appalling. We should not be hearing about this only because users are pinging each other!!!! Backups should always be done and checked, especially when a huge change is being made like a new wardrobe. And lets talk about the new wardrobe, shall we? I've honestly been frustrated that it even exists. The "old" wardrobe worked just fine. It wasn't even that old???? It was mobile user friendly and a lot more visually appealing. The new wardrobe is ugly, completely unusable on mobile, and its ONLY redeeming quality is togglable limbs (but seriously, if this was your plan to happen a few months after the cover up items came out, why were those a thing??? I feel like I wasted my SP on them considered togglable limbs came out not too much later). There are SO MANY more aspects of the site that need a revamp or attention and you guys gave us another shitty wardrobe??? And deleted many of our items in the mean time?

The way CWs have been treated is a joke. I haven't checked on it lately, but just a few weeks ago there was a thread calling out the many many many issues with CW submission and approval, and it barely received staff acknowledgment. And now this. I luckily have a (hopefully) up to date CW owned list that I can check when I have time (going through 900+ items one by one is time I wish I didn't have to spend, but here we are), but I feel for the many users who don't have a list they can check. As for SP wearables, I have no way to check those. I have memory problems and there is no possible way for me to know what I had before. I only know that I'm missing Secret Garden Key because it was posted about many times in this thread, and I knew that I had it because I love that background and used it frequently.

If returning the items that are missing, especially CWs, is not part of the solution that subeta staff presents, I can guarantee they will be signing their own death sentence. CWs are the only thing that keep this site alive because it's the only thing that pays the bills. I've already been on the edge of quitting the CW market because of the issues on submission/approval that were listed in that thread I mentioned earlier, so if a solution is not found that replaces everything deleted, I can no longer support this site. Which is a shame, since I still have dozens of recolors that I've paid real money for already that I haven't gotten on site.

I am just livid. I know hundreds of other users are as well. Fix this. Keep us informed on your plan to fix this and make sure it never happens again. Make this right, or there will be no going back.

I can't remember what I had in my wardrobe because I had over 17,000 items in there and got the filled wardrobe achievement.

I'm not that upset unless I lost something that was being saved for an achievement. Even then, I'm just a little annoyed that I'd have to track down the item again.

Seriously? I mean they roll out a new freaking wardrobe at the start of an event which was annoying in and of itself since I missed out more than a day of dancing because of stupid masks. But this takes the cake. It's absolutely DISGUSTING, Subeta! I've put so much money into this site that could and in all honestly SHOULD have gone to somewhere else. But no. I wanted to support everyone here.

This should not have happened. We should not have found out like this. Even if it's something 'simple' that will be fixed in time, we should still know. Some of us really pride on supporting the great artwork of others and our own avatars. Sometimes seeing the likes go up on an avatar I spent time on really makes my day.

Also, how in the world am I going to know if I'm missing items? I can barely keep track of my own real life damn clothes and they go to the laundrette with me a couple of times a month and like nowhere else. Raaah, all this with the new wardrobe is going to be fun.

I've only looked through two drawers so far though and I have no idea if I'm overlooking/forgetting items which are now missing. I think my CW's are all accounted for too, thankfully.

So far I'm missing but like others have said there's so many items it's gonna be difficult to figure out what's gone.

At the very least since it looks like the same items across the board, looking at a backup from months ago, compare to people with large wardrobes now can knock out a chunk of item IDs that this happened to. It's a start.

The Staff should have a log of all of CW shops, CW slotting, user shop purchases , trade center and gifting! This would not be perfect but would be a good place to start.

Whenever I am about to make a change to my computer I am prompted to do a backup. Whenever my programmer is about to make a change or add something to SubetaLodge, he does a backup.

We are not professionals. We don't get paid for anything SubetaLodge related. But we remember to do our backups. To check our backups.

Sadly, this reminds me of a time years ago when Subeta lost all it's image files and the only way to restore them was from SubetaLodge. I wish we were, once again, able to swoop in and save the day. :/

I just.. I need to comment specifically on this.

Maybe the site never had an issue where it needed to use them before but that dosen't mean they were not needed! They are always needed! I just don't understand why anyone would have this attitude towards backups???? They are there for a reason and even if you're not having to use them you still NEED them! The hope is always that you won't need to use a backup but this is exactly what a backup is for, unforeseen problems!

Also, saying "the reasons these things occured is not interesting" is not acceptable. The attitude in that post is mindblowing and very unhelpful and is in fact making me (and probly others) feel hopeless about the situation.

I really don't want to leave this site as I've been here from the begining and enjoy it very much but if this is not resolved I will be done. I will stay and continue to support the site monitarilly if this is fixed but if it can not be fixed I will have to step away. Either way, it's been a great ride Subeta ♥️

From the total in my wardrobe and on my owned list I know that I'm missing 4 cw's, but I'm still trying to figure out which 4 they are :( Haven't even looked at the regular items and cs items yet, cause well.....I have so many I wouldn't even know where to start. And besides that I have been so busy with the cw's. Still not done with that, so many pages to work through. This makes me so sad :'(
