both of the items you mentioned were also missing from my wardrobe. I asked others to check and haven't gotten a reply from anyone saying they DID have an in their wardrobe, so it might be that the same items are missing for everyone, which hopefully will make it easier to fix? If we can collectively make a list of the items lost, people can scan it for things they know they had at the very least.

Oh, that's interesting! If it's possible that specific items were mass-deleted from many users' wardrobes, we could definitely start a group list.

Both of those items are missing from my wardrobe as well, and I'm sure I had them before. So it seems possible that there may be some sort of pattern of items that got deleted (at least with regular site items, I don't own any CWs so IDK about those).

I know that I had the in there but now when I do an account search I no longer have it in there... I'm pretty sure that I had already removed the shoe myself so I can't really comment on that one

This looks promising. I used to have one in my wardrobe but it has also gone. Then it's more hopeful if the same items are missing for everyone and not random items for every random person. A community list could be good if staff can't figure it out alone.

I'd love to be able to tell if any of my CWs are missing, I only have a few pages, but the new wardrobe doesn't work well enough for me to check. >_<

I have to check the new wardobe now because I was having issues it earlier in the morning on it not loading all my items and even taking hours for items recently bought to even appear. Even then some of my normal items don't show up unless I toggle for CWs to be hidden.

Also, the idea of compensating users a small portion of csc for cws that are retired, no longer circulating, or private is not something you can compromise as a good idea. Some items are kept because of the sentiment/friendship and not the price tag. Not that you can place the original tag price as a good refund start because others may have bought them for x2 their base price. It's a lose lose for users.

I keep really good track of my cw's in subetalodge. It is up-to-date. If I look in OLD wardrobe, all my cw's are still there (by count, I did not check which...I just counted them). I have no idea about non-cw wardrobe items because I have a gazillion of those, and my list in subetalodge for regular wardrobe items is mixed in with all site items. But, assuming I AM missing cw's, at least, this would mean all the info is still in old wardrobe? Maybe somehow comparing old to new would determine what is gone? Please ignore - I'm dumb.

EDIT: I am only able to call up items in new wardrobe by "all items" If I try to call up 'my items' I get all broken images. If I select 'only my cw's' I don't even get broken images ...just zip.

EDIT: If 'old wardrobe' can be trusted, I don't think I'm missing many, if any, cw's. Checking for non-cw wardrobe items will be beyond tedious. I had a lot (tens of thousands), and some were in wardrobe and others are in holding galleries or vault. I have them all checked off in subetalodge, but in a 'hoarder' collection of all subeta items, not in a separate wardrobe items collection.

I just updated my SubetaLodge wardrobe checklist like 1 or 2 days ago - right after adding all the new steamwork items! Yay!

The only things I've added since then have been a few Subeautique items.

I'm also missing the acorn and the purple boots.

My old wardrobe hasn't been working since I tested the new wardrobe last week, so I can't compare those.

I can't load any items in the old wardrobe and the new wardrobe is just all broken images... so I can't check if I'm missing anything... T_T

I would like to check just my CWs for now but when I try 'Show Only Custom Wearables' not even the broken images show, it's just blank.

My copy has disappeared as well.

I keep a very meticulous list of my owned CWs. I've only had the time to do an account search for about half of them so far as I have work in the morning and I don't have time to finish, but I am absolutely missing this CW

Not pinging for this or making it a news post (especially with the other roll out issues with the new wardrobe like the "report bugs here" link being broken) is not really ok.

I shouldn't have to go looking for the bug report thread to find out that an untold number of my items are now missing AND that I might have caused it by continuing to try to use the new wardrobe because no one said anything except in an obscure corner of the forums specifically meant for -minor things- (this is not remotely a minor thing).

Edit: So wait, is this the same potential issue that's been being reported in GA testing here and there (I've seen responses on the admin feed about it)?

Not even touching how it still made it live, how does that not trigger anyone to see the inadequate status of backups/logging?

Edit 2: How far back does the 'no backups' issue go? Because I know I and a several other users posted about missing data after the November downtime, and we were mostly ignored. If y'all passed over the chance to discover the issue back then that's... I really don't even have words for it.

I am missing one CW, and will file a ticket. I expect it will not be difficult to return the item to my account since it hasn't been deleted from the site, just my account.

was also missing from my wardrobe, but it costs 479 SP so I rebought it and won't be crying tears of blood over that one.

The easiest way to keep track of your owned list is to keep a spreadsheet, and also keep your owned list on Subetalodge.

Instead of checking over every single item if you have hundreds or thousands of CWs, what you do is take note that each page on your subetalodge checklist is 60 items.

So, the 60th, 120th, 180th, etc item on your list should be the last item on each page.

If they don't correspond on one page, then you can go over every 5/10 items on that page to find out what's missing or what shouldn't be there because you sold it.

This is actually pretty fast to do if you keep up with it, I can go through my nearly 1500 cws in about 20 minutes.

To check what's missing, set your wardrobe to sort cws by name and to put 100 per page. Then the last item on the page should correspond to the 100th, 200th, 300th, etc item on your list.

It's much easier to find where the discrepancy is and examine that portion of the list than to go over them all one by one.

Account search tells me all my CWs are where they belong.

Unfortunately, I can't 100% confirm I definitely had these before, but these might be missing from my wardrobe in case anyone else wants to check

My new wardrobe is showing nothing but broken images but the old one is a fight to dig through atm :/
