Let's see... probably close to five years ago, actually, maybe a little longer. Failures with making too many wardrobes, changing them without warning and having fatal glitches with them have been happening for a very long time now. It gets more upsetting every time.

I am missing all of the SP items you listed - and probably more. I just have no way of telling (I am a wardrobe hoarder) but will try and go through the list of others to help out & see what I have others may not.

Also you gifted me for the holidays! (Which I still have in my wardrobe thankfully)

A lot of people are missing that key. We just need to get together and help everyone get any missing holiday items back.

i honestly am very worried on even trying to see whats missing of cws, so far from the ones people have posted on here, i never had in the first place but if something is missing and all we get is "sorry" here's some csc.. i will 100% be done. i don't have as many as most but the ones i have mean something to me and a few cost a hell of a lot more then their slot price. i am not caring so much about the sp items but its all going to be about my cws. i just don't have words for this :s

i know most of you have already heard, but just in encase. check first post and read on, this is completely disgusting in my books on the way it happened and is being handled.

Throwing my two cents in that I wouldn't worry about rebuying items until we find out exactly what staff intends to do about this since frankly, we have next to no information on that front. The situation is extremely stressful and worrying and I get it, but I would definitely just wait for now.

We don't need extra programmers just to make backups. We do, however, need the programmers we have to at least make sure that the automatic backups are actually being made

wow, I am honestly very pissed about this situation. I keep track of my CWs in my wishlist (but that is to prevent myself from buying a dup), but I don't usually track anything else. I hope this gets fixed.

Items are getting deleted?? I’m afraid to check my wardrobe now...

There is not a chance in heck that I would know what I'm missing, if anything. I can't keep track of literally thousands of items when I'm not that active anymore, so I don't know that I'd even remember what I did or didn't have to begin with.

Edit: I guess it doesn't matter because this wardrobe honestly just doesn't even load for minutes at a time.

Forget looking for any items I've lost--which so far the only immediate item I've noticed to be missing is the Black Sheer Train, like the absolute last item I've added to my wardrobe before this sideshow started--I have barely been able to use the wardrobe at all, it's either one debilitating problem or another, or a combination of several each time I try to load the wardrobe. Broken Images, missing free hair, reloading cache, search filter refreshing on its own. Refreshing the page puts me back to square one. I am literally of no help here and I think this is even less help to find some sort of solution so I can even participate.

Mann I have over 5k items in my wardrobe, how in the hell am I meant to realise which ones are missing? I haven't even been able to really use either wardrobe since the new one was pushed out (got it to work long enough to add a mask after 30 minutes of struggling to get it to search my items). I really do hope this isn't pushed onto the users to recount what they're missing. We shouldn't be expected to keep a list of everything we own.

I think what bothers me the most is the fact that Bug was the one to come here and update everyone. You, out of everyone, being owner of this website, should've been the one apologizing and taking responsibility. You should've been the one updating folks here. You should've been the one to go after all those missing items.

Who runs a site for over 11 years that has thousands of data and content and doesn't check the back ups? Trying to put out stuff as fast as possible without really making sure things are working as they should is why Subeta always crashes and lags and has issues that have been happening for all those years over and over again.

I do hope this gets sorted out and the fact users are having to do your work of checking what items are missing is just mind-blowing.

Also no, "honor system" doesn't qualify for CWs that, as others have said, have different rarities and some are unobtainable. The fact so many users pour into this site a lot of their HARD EARNED money and yet this kind of crap happens just goes to show that the owner couldn't care less about the people who are the only reason this site is still up and running. This. Was. Pure. Negligence.

To Bug and other staff helping out: Thank you for handling this and updating us. And thank you for trying to fix someone else's mess.

I deleted my cw owned list fairly recently too. UGH noOOo ;3; curious to see if they will be able to see who owned what item when they identify what items are missing because I doubt I have any memory of non-cw items particularly T_T
