There's Hoarfrost in January, at least. The only Lumi challenger is the Unstable Snow Fairy, I think? Presumably I've fought her outside of BQs but I don't remember.

They could let us fight the old plot ones outside of Battle Quests (Clive, Two-Headed Dysfunctional Teddy Bear, Susie, Scary Singer, Scavenger, Unstable Snow Fairy).
