You don't have much space left if you are mass toming and don't want to use stat reducers. Speed 3470 with max of 5k will be hit faster than you think. And you want to maximize the Intel from tomes as tome Intel is cheaper then mono Intel boosters.

That final build still isn't set in stone, just a rough idea I may not make his health 13k. (I honestly have no idea what I'm doing anymore)

Stat reducers are a thing I will use, I have lots of medium tokens

I have finally decided to hit tier 13 with Cynde... I might as well, considering I have Arturo who is tier 11 and he can remain at tier 12, when he reaches it of course. I'm a little lax when it comes to tomes and boosters right now until I absolutely need to buckle down... As for final stats ... I've got a basic idea but nothing concrete just yet for Cynde... thankfully I still have time to figure that out. Once he gets close to tier 13 I will hoard my exp that way I have a slight start when the price goes up.
