We visited her today, after having dinner at my mums. She is doing well, and is set to go home tomorrow. :) The hospital wanted to send her home a lot sooner, but my uncle put his foot down.

I have at least made her fingerless mitts to keep her warm. ;)

I found those quite useful if they are long enough to just tuck your fingers back into (the ones I made my Dad are a bit too short for that).... although I did have a pair I bought that were a knitted outside, and fleece lining so they're extra warm for cold windy days - I really need to figure out an easy way of making some like that laughs :D
