he's still acting 'oddly' but he is sounding more happy - we had a couple of words yesterday and today which is definitely a good sign.

Mum managed to get the TV connected up for Gran & Grandad, but it didn't work.... after her and Dad came back home, Grandad swapped over two leads and got it working laughs He's so pleased with himself that he was able to solve it - Mum had the leads in the wrong places originally :P

Sparky was certainly acting a lot more like himself today - Mum put a new cuttlebone in the cage, and he was trying to eat it before she even got it into the clip! Normally he'd give her 3 seconds before he tries eating it :P

he's still not being all that talkative (not all that many chirps) this morning, but there's definitely bits of the day where he seems to be back his usual self. I'm hoping he'll continue to improve and be more normal for longer in the day, but I'm not too sure on that (mainly because I haven't a clue why he was out of sorts in the first place!)

nice :D I'm tired and cold but otherwise good. We ordered my glasses today and picked up-then returned Mums glasses. LOL she reselected as she didn't like the pair she bought 2 weeks ago. But it was a super cold day and the wind went through me. I've been cold all day honestly. So trying to warm up. I have a pair of socks on and two pairs of slippers to warm up. Wish I'd realised it was that cold when we left!!!

Was there longer than planned honestly. Mum decided she didn't like hers so we had to reselect glasses for her. We ordered all the bells and whistles on my lenses so we'll see. If I don't like the high index ones I guess we'll get the money back on that part if we decide to redo them... but I really don't know LOL. it was really cold and windy though. e been cold all day honestly. Sounds nice, except for the freezing part. :P Yay for new glases, I rarely get new, since its so expensive. :P I ned special glasses in my frames. Cold here as well, so I am happy I have my wool clothes. xD Heading out in a bit for a walk. :)

hands over a portable heater Sounds like you've got our kind of crazy weather - we're getting a few days of really cold (2C) then a few days of "normal" (10C) then it's meant to be back to cold again o.O Have your feet warmed up now at least? ;)

Only the sweater, which is taking a while since I had to start over a few times.. due to wrong tension. :K And mum "ordered" a headband ( I think the english word for it is that? ) :) At leats that is an order that wont take too long. :)

hehe that sounds like my Mum - hairdressers are shut again at the moment, so she's asked for a scrunchie to tie her hair in a ponytail, a couple of hairbands (plain cotton headbands with elastic at the back) and I let her have a bandana style crocheted headband (basically a triangle with two long straps to tie it at the back) that I made years ago and didn't use, which she's found helpful to keep her hair out of her face!
