i am on here lately most of my time trying out different ways to practice the coding i have been taught so far

: Thanks!! I'm doing OK for the time being, I've got a lot of housecleaning to do before the holiday season, but I'm taking it one day at a time. At least Healer's Hall isn't super busy this time of year and I'm not stressed out by the patient load. One big upside...Weldon is starting his holiday baking. He turned out 10 fruitcakes this week, soaked them in some of Poppy Wheezle's corn whiskey for a few days and put them away under about 20 pounds of confectioners sugar until Yule to form a candy crust. With the leftover whiskey, he made "Bourbon Balls" that will also mellow for about 2 and a half months. He only really starts ramping up the output from his kitchen from this point on. Next are caramels, divinity, fudge, brown-sugar fudge, for All Saint's Eve, then he's cracking on for Thanksgiving (American) and of course Yule....I'm going to try to overcome my fear of the Kitchen and I'm going to try to reproduce my famous grilled fish on the shudder stove. for Veteran's day. (I can only grill it outside by the lake...but I'm going to try it inside with Welly's help.) Anyway, I blabbed on and on (mostly out of nervousness...) and suffice it to say that I'm fine! I'm good...I'm golden! (actually, I'm pure white...)

Popping in for a quick update, the main change being that I am now unemployed. I left on good terms and of my own accord and every level of local management has made it known that I'm always welcome to come back but it honestly just reached a point where it was my health or the job and I'm lucky enough to be in a position where I have people willing and able to help me choose my health. Still, I've been in a bad place physically, mentally, and emotionally lately and while I definitely didn't make this decision lightly, the enormity of it hasn't fully hit me yet. My last two weeks went by in too much of an exhausted haze for everything to really sink in. So yeah. That's where I am. Hope everyone else has been doing all right.
