Yea. My kitties took a moment to Behave. Now only if my 14.5 year old dog would. Love him, he is my world BUT driving me insane.
I'm excited for IT: chapter 2. Think it's filming now. Plus Castle Rock starts next Month on Hulu.

I am gonna update my HA this weekend for solstice, it's just a bit of a hectic week for me atm.

the hub brought home another feeder for me. (heh. I kind of didn't want him to. because I wanted to get one that would attach to my kitchen window /that's in the back of the house/ so I could see the hummingbirds as I was in the kitchen)
He said, if i wait, he'll pick me up something that will attach to the porch, and I can hang it out there (and still see out the window)
ok. i'm gone.
got to finish up my chores, cause this weekend IS MINE! ALL MINE! MINE MINE MINE!
lol the hub went to see his sister/bro-n-law i have a Brand New book (YES! i spent the money on a Brand New one) I have a BOX of wine (hahahaaaa 3 bottles worth) and Munchies! if i had rainbow, it would be a Perfect Weekend. ah well.
close enough :D
the only time i plan on stop reading, is when i have to let the dog out to pee. when I have to pee. and to get drink and munchies. lol
I'm sure i'll be finished my book by tonight. :D /i read WAY to fast/

You know those kitties love you!!!! Our 15 year old dog is challenging us right now too! She seems determined to chew all her fur off from hot spots while we chase her around with the hot spot spray...is a nightmare....

I hope no one minds me calling all of you at once? Its easier for me, I thought you'd all be cheered up by my wonderful news, 9 months ago I had bowel cancer, I has some colon removed, Ive just been today for my 9 month check up after having blood tests and CT scans and Im free of it there's no cancer anywhere. :)
I still am under their care, there will be more blood tests and appointments in September/December, but its all looking very good. I am a very lucky lady, PLEASE if you get the chance to have tests, get them done.

I think they know. Jake sat by my side all evening. Your candle helped I bet too! We all feel so relieved, my hubby, and the girls,grandson who even came to the hospital too. Can relax a bit now, Im going away on the 23rd for a week just with Jo my oldest, but Ill try to get on here for the bathouse lol.
I know there is no way to be at peace with something like this hanging over your head...Where are you going away to??? Someplace wonderful I hope...
Whitby its up on the north yorkshire coast, where Dracula landed according to the original book. It is a lovely place,goths have an amazing festival there every year. We rent a house near the harbour.
My hubby isnt really bothered about holidays anymore, and he will stay home with the dogs, theyre not good travellers. Jo really needs a break she works very hard.

Whitby Abbey on the top of the hill was built in 657 AD and is now owned by English Heritage. there are 199 steps down into the town from it, some of which I managed to fall down a few years ago, and sprained my ankle Im always making a show of myself lol.
I was admiring the Abbey. I bet it is beautiful there (sprained ankles aside) Was it raided by Vikings? (oooohhhh scary)
The Anglian town and monastery were abandoned at some point in the 9th century. We do not know exactly when or how this happened, but it was probably as a result of raids by Vikings from Denmark, followed by permanent Danish settlement.
Its been a busy old place in its time, it was bombed in the second world war, raided my henry viii tons of stuff.
