If love was never going to flourish then the magic just wouldn't work right? If two people want to rekindle love then maybe that would be a good use for such magic.

I was going to say something very similar-- that sure, as long as it's consensual. Maybe the spark has been missing, or there was a fight, or you're blessing someone else's union with their knowledge, etc. Also I think agape love spells are always fine, ie let this person feel loved/know they are loved. But desire...'make that person want me without knowing why'....that shit will always backfire IMO good luck! :)

You can ask the Universe to help guide them on their path to find persons that they can share their life and livelyhood with. It may not be a love that they are seeking, but simply friendship or companionship.

I think so, sure. Just as long as it's not aimed at trying to control a specific person's will

Sorry it took me so long to answer. I usually send energy to someone so they can use it in away that will best help and the right to refuse if that is what they wish. You could phrase it so that the person get love in whatever way will help that person most. Life seems to work out my problems in ways that I could have never foreseen. I hope that helps.

I feel that you can always ask the Universe for love as long as you are not compelling a specific person against their will...

I figured as much. and it's a good exercise. It's funny how the hypothetical becomes practical, too. :) I think spells to bring other people love is actually a beautiful use of magick.
