Yeah I just changed last night, got tired of waiting. But I have holiday HAs in saved outfits so can switch with just a click or 2.

If I have time, I might make another HA with my regular face; but, I'll have to see. Ouff, trying to beat Dean for the first time (Battle Quest 25) and he's hard! No scrolls grrr. Can't skip either since I already skipped another.

waves Hi! Hope you are feeling more relaxed after the oven/stove fiasco. I've never had an issue with my stove smoking, but I did have a dishwasher flood my kitchen once. I wish you had a nice landlord. The last place I rented, the landlord was a joy to work with, he always said if there was any issue to call and he would be there as soon as possible. He ran over our doormat with the lawn mower and paid us back after we bought a new one. The landlords I have now are nice, but I'm always a little nervous to tell them about anything that's gone wrong in the house. I have the weekend off from work, so I did some shopping with my mom, got my check book up to date and balanced, sorted and filed receipts, sorted and started laundry, and washed dishes. Hopefully tomorrow can be a relaxing day since today seems to be a cleaning day. This morning I got stuck while walking through a muddy spot in my horse's pen and ended up falling and covering my entire left leg in mud, so my morning didn't start off too great. We've had snow twice here already and have another chance tonight and tomorrow for snow.

I'll mention it to my husband when he messages me tonight, just to get his opinion on it, see if he thinks its a good idea. He'll most likely forget I asked about it too. I think it would be a good idea too, but I won't be able to book the hotel room until I know for sure when he is coming home. His mom will be disappointed that we wouldn't be spending the night with them, but we can't sleep at their house anymore without a white noise app running on our phone, plus I'm always cold and the pillows are flatter than a pancake.

It's always a sad day when I can't find a favorite food. 😢 Walmart used to sell a chocolate covered oblong wafer cookies from Germany and now I can't find them anywhere.

Someday I'll sit down and watch Cinderella. I finally found Ever After at a thrift store and I watched that last week. The Hobbit isn't bad, but they did take a bit of creative freedom with it by adding in characters that are in the LOTR universe/lore but were never mentioned in the Hobbit. In the LOTR trilogy, they used forced perspective when filming the hobbits and dwarves with humans and elves, in The Hobbit they used green screens. I read that Ian McKellan cried while filming a scene with the hobbits because it was just him on a green screen with the photos of the 13 dwarves on stands with lights that would flash to indicate which dwarf was talking.

I order a lot of stuff from Amazon or Thrift Books. I'd order from Gamestop online but their website has issues whenever I try. Those employees are always very rare and it seems like they end up getting burnt out and leave. There have been a few at Gamestop who actually pay attention to what games I'm buying and strike up a conversation about them. And as much as I'm uncomfortable talking to people I don't know, I like it when a Gamestop employee does that because it's better than me standing there awkwardly waiting to pay.

I don't have the patience to deal with him either. My husband and I have watched him twice while his parents went out on a date. We tried watching a movie and he talked through most of it. He has to touch and look through everything. I've had to reorganize my video games because he looked through them and pulled almost every single one off the shelf and didn't put them back right. I've got a Destiny 2 Sparrow that I built from a kit and I have it displayed on a shelf with other Destiny 2 collectibles (mostly Cayde-6). The kid picked it up to play with it, dropped it, said whoops, then asked if he could pick it up to look at it. I said no, I already had 3 pieces glued together that broke while I built it. The kid gets on my nerves. He even threw a fit at my wedding when we were taking family pictures.

I think Fireside is usually only about 10 days long instead of 2 weeks, so it will probably start sometime around the 20th.

I've managed to calm down since the smoke incident. I've actually gone through most possible types of fiascos a person can face. Various water damage issues, mold, mice, bugs (luckily no bed bugs), door handle mechanisms breaking & no longer being able to open the doors, intercoms & other not working, smoke that could lead to fire (always prevented fire), electrical (current issue), and a bunch of other things. Most of the list was in my old apart :P Having a good landlord makes a big difference. I'm glad yours are good.

I was supposed to visit a fire station with a group... we went but there was no one to let us in. We figure there must have been an emergency as no trucks were there either. Instead, we went to a cafe and the organization paid for our beverage. I chose a special tea that is difficult to find and has a smokey flavour (lapsang souchong). It was a nice time to get to know others. I took a nap after arriving home and managed to wash a big pile of dishes tonight. I plan on battling with various pets tonight and then finding a movie to watch :)

Tomorrow I'm hoping to put up plastic for one of my balcony doors and window.

Hope you didn't hurt yourself when you fell. Not fun landing in mud... but could have been worse if it would have been dung.

Not the first time it's snowed, but it's the first storm. The city was out quick to clear the streets... nice but just wait till we get more and then it becomes chaos. Last year I called and complained a few times because they wouldn't clear my street for days!

The holiday schedule says Mid-November until End of November which would be 2 weeks. But not this year I guess. Just want it to get over with so we can start Luminaire. :D Oh and I just added a bunch more CWs to my CWs for sale and trade shop. They finally got the quests and most of the dailies to reset but some are still not working. Item drive and recycle beast didn't reset and a lot of the alerts aren't working.

I managed to buy several pumpkins to finish off the pumpkin achievements for Morostide & bought extras for Fireside. Next year I shouldn't need as many pumpkins since I finally finished most Morostide pumpkin achievements.

I don't think I need the Fantine achievement but there's a few things I want from Charity so using pumpkins out of my vault to give to her. Edit: What happened to the HAs. Mine isn't showing up any where.

I would surprise him with it so he can't say no lol. His mom will just have to get over it :P You guys need some time and space for yourselves. I love Ever After! I have watched that one a few times. Ugh that sounds awful, and it must be really difficult for the actors. How can you show the right emotions when you are just talking to a flashing light? I am sorry, but his parents really need to do something. He sounds like he needs some kind of therapy or intervention. He wont be able to function out in the real world. Mommy and Daddy wont be around forever unfortunately.

Sorry I didn't have a chance to go back and edit like I wanted to. Things are crazy right now. I haven't started getting anything ready for our trip up North this week.

Thanks Hun :) Right now I am trying to come up with a budget so we can stay 2 nights. I hate going for one night and then having to drive home the next day. It is only a 1 1/2 hour trip, but I hate driving so for me that is a really long time. Plus getting away for 2 nights would be great! We love staying at the Inn. It is so much fun! Yay Fireside started!

sometimes if you go off-season (or even a week after a main event) prices drop (even gas). When we went to see my grandpa it was off-season and my parents got better deals... although a variety of tourist things weren't open, then again we got to see a bunch of things we otherwise wouldn't have.

sometimes there are coupons you can get online.

If you can cook in the inn save some cash by making meals rather than eating out.

We are reward members so I already get a discount plus I can use the $60 in reward vouchers I earned last trip. We are going for Thanksgiving. No cooking in the Inn, but I can get some of what we need at the grocery store and we can have snacks and stuff. Deff getting drinks from there. The ones at the Inn are expensive! Looks like a fun place to go :) I'm hoping if I get accepted into the residence and if all goes well to save enough in 2 years or so to go back to see my grandfather as well as Havre St Pierre, which has interesting rock formations. We were supposed to go with my parents but it didn't work out. I looked into a bed and breakfast possibility... which seems nice (if they're still in business when I can go). I'd be able to use the kitchen so I'd save by making meals, grandparents don't have a spare bedroom for guests & grandpa's wife overstimulates me with her intense and fast talking that is difficult to even have a conversation with. Lots of things can happen until then... but one can dream :)
