If your friend needs a GA, I still have two buddy ones left.
That's OK she's not on enough to really make much use of it, usually only logs in every few weeks to put her pets in the resort and put any plushies I send to her in her collection. She would only use it to autoprice her small shop. Glad the questathon is ending, tired of doing every quest every night. :D

Ok Hun :) Me too!!! Quests are so boring. It just feels like a huge chore!
I got the $5 subscription because I needed the 250 CSC. Will see if I decide to continue or cancel and switch to a different one. Didn't want the item so put it in my shop. Don't think I would use the buddy GA since my friend wouldn't use it enough to be worthwhile. And not sure about continuing the subscription since I have 2 loyalty boxes, which would give me 6 months of GA. The questathon ends tonight, right? I already did all the quests for today so will see what happens at the midnight reset. Sure wish they'd start an event, just doing quests is boring. The Subeta anniversary should be coming up in a couple weeks but guess that means we just get floating items to grab?

I am pretty sure today is the last day. Thankfully! It is really boring. They stopped all the floating bags and stuff. Not sure why since I really enjoyed those :( I miss doing them for NYE too. Just doing quests to earn coins is too much like a quest-a-thon.
Doing good :) how about you?
Yeah, if there's no floating or special prizes for the anniversary it doesn't sound very interesting. Next holiday after that is the stupid annoying pirate shop. Looking forward to Morostide but I wish it started at the beginning of October instead of late October.

I can't even remember what was going on for the last anniversary. Must have been really exciting lmao! They really need to do something new for that pirate holiday.
Agree. The pirate holiday used to be fun until they didn't stock enough of the new items the past couple years and then it became just frustrating, maddening and now a lot of people just hate it. Give up trying to get any new items, just put them on your WL and pay lots for them from other shops. So it ends up being a useless and really annoying holiday instead of fun. I thought Morostide used to start at the beginning of October but now it says mid Oct and I think I remember it started late last year so we didn't have much time to get items. At least the last day is on a Saturday so I'll be home to utilize the reduced TOT and patch times. :)

They need to restock the crystal shop more before I can care about fragging again lol I have 10k crystals and nothing I want to spend them on. Before the QAT I usually fragged anything under 30k which is probably too high but I never feel like handpricing stuff that low. But atm I put everything in my shop since a lot of people are questing and there's a better chance they'll be bought. Surprised I'm going to catch up to you, I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to battling as usual :D I forgot if I said or not, I think I defeated Crithbolcan sometime this year and got the Aftershocks scroll? I wish I wrote down when that happened, I have a terrible memory xD I love morostide I'm always looking forward to that one. Competes with my other favorite holiday of survival.
hi :) and if we're lucky, the shop for keelhauliday can become a mystery box shop, so we'd be able to pull items from it all day with no competition. Last year it didn't get mystery box the entire event so I'm really hoping it does this time!
Exactly! I gave up on trying to get anything from that shop. I wish it was all month like Lumi. Even if we don't ToT the whole month. Just give us something fun to do.
:) That would at least make it more interesting!
Questathon is over, thank goodness. Yawn. Wish I could give all the prizes away to people who want/need them. Avatar border might be cool but no interest in the rest. Wish they would start a new event soon.

The Resort is still weird. This morning my pets were all 10/10, now they're 8-9/10 on hunger and 10/10 happy except 1 who is 7/10. It just keeps changing. Wonder why they can't get it fixed. It's been working fine for years, curious as to what changed.

I haven't checked on Talon lately. If something is messed up. I hope they get it fixed soon.
And now they're all back to 10/10. I just wonder what happened, did they change something.
Coda Caves is open :D

Maybe they fixed it? Kinda surprised since it is a holiday weekend.
It seems to go back and forth. They'll be at 10/10 and then 8/10 and then later 10/10 again. Just would be interested in knowing what changed. Hope it's not a part of the "new" Subeta they're trying to make since so far the wardrobe "new" Subeta is a big fail.

The boards are probably the only way to find out. They don't seem to make too many posts in the news about site issues.

Yeah, they really turned into crappy landlords. They called Chris yesterday and rudely asked if we were taking or leaving the fence for the dog pen and then demanded that we replant grass in that area. So, since they were so rude about it, we're buying the cheapest grass seed possible. Their son is an arse as well, so I'll be glad to be done with all of them.
We've paid for an appraiser. The loan we applied for is a VA loan, so we can only use appraisers that are approved by the VA. I'm hoping that an appraiser is sent out this week. The house we are buying is being sold by the son and daughter of the lady that lived there. She's now in assisted living. They've been having a garage sale/estate sale since last weekend to sell their mother's things. The daughter is dragging her feet, but the son wants the stuff gone. I think by next weekend they plan to have everything out of the house, then they will give us a key so we can start moving some of our things in.
😢 I'm so sorry. I would feel embarrassed too because people are so quick to judge. And that sucks about the furniture because it's so expensive!
It's terrible. I've moved twice during the summer. It was a cycle of loading up a vehicle, go cool down in A/C, and then get back to work. The weather was starting to get cooler here but now it's warmed back up again.
I looked through my friends' list and I've got a couple of people on there who are active/semi-active that I could give a buddy account to.
From what my parents have said, the allergy test I had when I was little was bad, which may explain some of the small scars on my back. If I get a new allergy test done, it will probably be next year just because this year has been fairly awful. The only way I would get one done this year would be if a referral was not required.
It's always nice to have someone who can try and fix things themselves, helps save money too (unless they botch the repair). Chris just watches a few videos on Youtube before does any work on a vehicle so he has a better idea of what to do.
I'm going to try and finish the game because the story isn't terrible. I just have to convince myself to get the game back out. Yeah, the human hands on all of the animals is really creepy, about like the Cats movie.
I still haven't called my bank about my card. When I went shopping Tuesday, it only had a chip error at one store and then it was fine after, so it's finicky I guess.
I have holiday window clings, I've just never bothered putting them up because they'll only be seen by a few people. Hopefully, they will still stick to the windows since I had them stored upstairs. Hear, hear! Since we started packing, we have filled our small dumpster to the brim every week, and some weeks we've had to stack trash next to it as well. We've also made a donation run about every week too. This week's donation pile was mostly clothes. Once we've got everything moved, I know I'm going to be donating a lot more because I've got stuff stored at my parents' house that I haven't seen for years, and at this point, I probably don't need most of it. It's really stressful finding places to put stuff when you just have boxes stacked everywhere! I need to write out a game plan for unpacking.
I'm really picky about pizza because I can't have tomato/marinara sauce and Pizza Hut's garlic parmesan sauce doesn't taste as great as it used to. Steaks and roasts are expensive at Walmart and Dillon's. Whenever my parents have a calf that won't sell well (blind, hernia, injury), they feed it out and take it to the butcher, then share the meat with my brother and I. But even buying a 1/4 of a butchered cow is expensive.
I like to be an informed shopper as well, especially on expensive purchases. So far, I know that the PS5 will run faster, store data better, and be backward compatible with some PS4 games. I need to know what games will be backward compatible and the price. Chris bought a 1 TB hard drive for our PS4 that matches the shape of the system and when he installed it, I lost saves from a couple of games. I don't think the hard drive he got is sold anyone (couldn't find it when I looked on Amazon), but the external hard drives that came up $70+. This one connects to the PS4 via USB and and the system will initiate a guided set-up but its expensive.
Chris has to work on Monday, so I would be stuck at the house with his parents by myself while trying to pack, and I don't they would let me take breaks either. Oooh, yeah, never even considered her trying to sneakily go through our things, not that I'd give her a chance to. Every weekend that Chris came home from the state mission, he was brining back cookies or other baked goods his mom made and that's continued with his drill weekends as well. And I know it's probably just a well meaning gesture, but it doesn't always feel like that to me. Or she could focus on her youngest child who is still living at home and still has to be reminded to do stuff. I doubt she'll ever admit that something is wrong
Small town, so the city hall is pretty much the mayor (who's kind of a sleezy person), a secretary and the guy who does all the upkeep of the town. And we have to get special permission to build closer to the property line on two sides. We measured out the area for the fence yesterday, so we can now figure out the supplies needed. Most of the rentals here and in the next town over don't allow pets, which really stinks.
My brother's pickup died on him three or four times on Friday, so he left it at my parents. Chris looked at it yesterday and the battery is fine, but he did find a ground that wasn't bolted in completely. That may have been the issue but there were still codes popping up. I just hope the shop owns up to their mistakes because it could cause further damage to other parts of the pickup.
Yeah, except it's harder to compromise in the winter because I want more blankets on the bed but he's find with just a sheet and the heater.
It was delicious! This is the recipe I followed. I made my own butter pie crust. I used canned roast beef and used the beef broth from that, plus a packet of brown gravy. Instead of mixed veggies, I cut up baby corn and I used diced hashbrowns. I didn't use cornstarch because I already packed mine up but it didn't come out runny. I would advise adding more pepper because I didn't add enough.
