Ok I need to stop clicking on links in posts before I submit my post. I keep forgetting that they DON'T open in a new window sigh now i have to type it all out again! Is there any way you can just say "I will tell you when I know"? I would end up snapping and completely avoiding them! A plane? Deff not for me! I miss having a really pretty blanket of snow. Usually it does not stay pretty for very long though :( all the plowing and shoveling and walking all over it makes it look dirty and slushy. I have never watched an Imax movie, but I am hoping to one day. Our theater opened in 1945.

I hate when that happens. With how laggy the site has been, I've started copying my post before I submit it, just it case it doesn't go through. I probably could tell them that, but I think they would still continue to ask if I've heard anything yet. It may end up that I just tell them that I won't be telling them the return date because I can't risk it showing up on social media, or I could just say that Chris has decided that I'm the only person that should know when he's coming home......really drive a knife/wedge in there. I already know I'm going to be shoved off to the side once we surprise his parents. But it's better than the vision I had a few days ago....waiting at the ceremony to see Chris and as soon as I see him, his mother shoves me out of the way so she can hug him and his dad is ready with the camera. I then went through every possible scenario for how I might react after that. Am I upset enough to cry, am I just ticked or am I crying because I'm so mad. If I have a welcome home sign, am I dropping it on the floor, ripping it in half, handing it to someone who doesn't have a sign. And then do I just storm off to the back of the room or do I go stand outside or get in my vehicle, cussing as soon as I'm out the door. That little (ok...maybe not so little) vision happened Friday, so then I didn't sleep to well that night and then had to see my MIL the next day at a Christmas party. My uncle has started flying planes again and he and my aunt flew down yesterday. My parents and I met them for lunch and then my dad and I went up in the plane with my uncle. We flew over one of our fields that was getting harvested, flew over my grandmother's house, my parents' house and then my house. It was pretty cool. I had a headache before we went up in the air, but while we were up there my headache was gone. Next time, I'll eat a smaller meal because I try not eat right before I get on a plane. This was only my 5th time flying, and I still compare it to being on a boat. It was a little unnerving though to think that there really wasn't much between me and the air we were flying through. Since I live in the country, the snow in my front yard stays pretty for awhile, until it starts to melt and mix with the mud. Weather forecast has rain for Christmas day and the day after.....I would rather have snow. I've watched 2 or 3 movies in IMAX, but 2 of them were documentaries. I don't think the local movie theater here was ever open when I was growing up. I think the community worked together to get it opened back up when I was in junior high or high school. They also did a lot of work to the inside to get it brought up to date, but it's fairly small with only one screen, not multiple. That mural is very beautiful, much prettier than some of the murals that have been done in the town with the theater. I didn't realize there were that many games released for it already either. I guess I hadn't really been following the Switch that much since I didn't have one, and now that I do, I'm looking around for games that I'll like. It would be a great birthday gift! Those quests are ridiculous. I haven't done any quests today, but yesterday I didn't get a Morty card until after I had finished my 70th quest. I thought I was never going to get one. I want to get all the achievements for Ian's quests this year if possible, so I can get the Dungarde topper, but it I only finish 12 a day it will take me 7 days to finish 75 quests, longer if I have to skip more.

I finished drawing the mascot for the empty trees and figured out how to use it for a forum image. I am happy :) A bit less sore today, yay ^^

Good idea! I need to start doing that too. My HA is supposed to look like she is at Disney World. Does she? I know it isn't a holiday outfit, but I could not resist using a couple of items I got from the pawn shop :D You know them better than I do. The direct approach might be the best way to go. Hopefully none of that scenario will happen hugs. She needs to respect you as his wife and back off. She will get her turn. I have nightmares about flying/planes and I haven't been on a plane in years! i am so terrified of flying! If I can't drive there, then I don't go there! I would love a white Christmas, but that is pretty rare these days. It isn't like I live in Texas or anything. You would think that Michigan would get it's fair share of snow, but that is if you live further north. The mural is amazing in person. It is nice because I know a few of the people that are in the mural. It does! I bought two things from the pawn shop and I'm debating on whether or not the buy CSC so I can buy a few more things. I may just have to do the direct approach, which may shift her focus over to Chris and he will probably be direct with her too, hopefully. I really hope that scenario doesn't happen either, I'll be stressed enough that day. I was nervous before my first flight, which was for a trip to the UK. I sat on the plane and just convinced myself that would feel similar to being on a boat. Since then, the only thing I'm nervous about is making my way through airports. I remember white Christmases when I was a growing up and then as I got older it never really snowed around Christmas. And for a few years we hardly got any snow during the winter. That's always great if you know people in the mural. One of the murals in town has one person that I recognize but don't know personally and I have no clue who the other person is that's featured in the mural. I'm trying to get all my quests done too. I have yet to get a Morty card today, but I only skipped three of Ian's quests. Have you gotten a Morty card from a quest yet since their new use was announced? I found a thread in the suggestion forums that suggested lowering the drop rate, which doesn't need to happen since I'm lucky to get any by the time I'm done with my quests. So..... I got a verbal warning about my forum image and signature being oversized, which it may have been but the page to update it hasn't been calculating a size for me. Not happy about it because it's been fine for most of the month, then wham they suddenly have an issue with it. So I found my forum image back and that's all I'll do for now. Maybe I'll put the tree back later.

It is probably the only way to (hopefully) keep things under control and running smoothly. I used to have to fly to visit my dad when I was growing up. I had to make several trips to Texas, Florida and Georgia. I hated it every single time. It always scared me. When I was a kid we used to make big snow forts and have tons of snow :( it is nothing like it used to be. I am naturally a nosey person so I hate a mystery. Like when I see a sign that says "Welcome to Westland...home of (fill in the blank)" and I am just like "WHO?!?!?" lol I have gotten one card today. Nothing from Ian and I didn't even get one from the Wiz yesterday or today :( stingy old panty lovin grinch! Yeah I hate when people want to make suggestions that would affect other players in a way that they are ok with! I really want those cards! I had the same problem. I had that really pretty drawing that someone anon gifted me in my siggy and then suddenly after almost two years it was too big and got deleted. At first it counted in my warnings so I had to file a ticket. I still haven't done anything with my siggy since then except for the tree. Were you warned about the tree?

That would tie in really well. The only Disney-ish doll from Morostide I can think of is the StarLord doll, since Disney owns Marvel, or the Chewie doll, but I've never been to Disney World so I don't know what all they have. Yeah, it may be the only way otherwise I might make an even larger rift between me and the in-laws. It doesn't help that they tell me to let them know if I need anything....what are they going to do when they live two hours away and one of them can't take off work whenever they need to. My first time flying was in 2012 after my sophomore year of college. I was nervous about flying at first but now I enjoy it. I can understand why children would be nervous about flying, it's a new experience, you can't run around and there are so many people on the plane. One of my flights to Texas in June made me laugh, the pilots referenced themselves as Captain Jack Sparrow and First Mate Will Turner. I think I may have been the only person who chuckled and got the reference. I'm somewhat of a nosey person. I want to know what's going on when someone makes an ambiguous post on social media but at the same time I don't want to go around asking questions. There are a few places with signs like that, towns that I've been to plenty of times while growing up, and every time I see the signs I ask myself 'who is that?' because I've never heard of them. I still haven't gotten any cards and I want them too, I want to do more shopping in the pawn shop before stuff on my wishlist disappears from there. That annoys me too. I didn't agree with the suggestion and shared my two cents, and I told them they were pretty luck to have gotten 8 in one day. Just because one person feels like they are getting too many cards doesn't mean that every single person on here is getting the same amount every day. I've had the forum image and the 'currently playing' list for at least a year, if not a little over and it was never an issue. I added my tree and adjusted the games list to keep it small and it wasn't an issue for about half the month. Then I post on two different topics and get slammed with the warning. All I got was a message on my sidebar saying that I had been given a verbal warning for having a forum image and/or signature that exceeded the allowable size. It would be nice if the staff member who issues the warning would send an sMail or something about it, to me that's more of a verbal warning than an alert in the sidebar, but maybe that's just me not liking the anonymity of it.

I have been there twice in my life. I really want to take Emily and stay in the Lion King room. I wish we had a mickey or minnie doll, but I guess those are too recognizeable. You don't need a bigger rift, but some times it can't be helped. Some people will always feel slighted and play the victim no matter what you do. I remember the first time I dozed off on a plane. I wasn't sound asleep, but just sorta dazed out. Suddenly the plane was descending and I woke right up and just about freaked out. I was looking around at everyone else and tried to calm myself down by telling myself that no one was panicking so it should be ok. I would have been so embarrassed if I had started crying or anything, but it was so scary. I did not realize we were getting ready to land. Lol that would have been hilarious. I like when people have a sense of humor! I have actually cut myself off of social media (I was only on twitter). It was too stressful! People can be so mean and I just don't need to read all that negativity. You would think the world is ending every single day! Exactly! Consider yourself lucky and blessed and stop trying to make it into a problem! I would love to have that "problem". It seems to me like the only people who would have an issue with it are the people who buy csc to sell at crazy prices. I got one card today and I only had 1 of my quests left to do :( now I have to wait until after midnight to use it. i wonder if someone on that board reported it. I never had one complaint about mine until I had an interaction with someone snotty on a help board. Then all of a sudden my siggy was cleared and I had a warning. Yeah I don;t like it either, Make sure you check your dashboard to see if it is in your warning count.

I really want to go to Harry Potter Wizarding World, so maybe I can convince Chris to go on vacation to Florida sometime in the next few years and we can also visit Disney World. I think Chris has been there before. I visited Universal Studios a month before Wizarding World opened, I was so unhappy. I feel like my MIL would play the victim and try to get Chris and everyone else on her side, but if she gets surprised by Chris just showing up I think she'd get upset anyway because she wouldn't be ready or look nice enough. If I could actually fall asleep on a plane, I think I would have freaked out about that too because someone slightly swerving the vehicle I'm riding in freaks me out at times. I tried to sleep on my flight from Chicago to London, but I'm such a light sleeper that I was waking up to every subtle sound and the landing announcement woke me up too. Of course I also had an injured knee and not much leg room, so I wasn't in a comfortable spot to fall asleep. I enjoyed it, it made my first solo flight/traveling experience a little better. I only check Facebook a few times a day, sometimes I'll scroll through the newsfeed, but mostly I just check to see if I have any notifications. Like Saturday night, I had 5 notifications and most of them were events my MIL created for Thanksgiving, Christmas and an extended family Christmas for next year. I didn't respond to the invite until today when I saw Chris had put himself down as a maybe, so I did the same, because I know we'll have to discuss whether or not we'll go. I felt pretty lucky to get 5 a day, 3 days in a row, now I consider myself pretty unlucky since I've only gotten one today and I'm only going to do Saggi's quests and then get off for the day. I wonder, never thought about that. I posted on that suggestion thread that I mentioned and then a thread about site lag, but I've posted on the site thread lag a few times last week or the week before. It would be so much nicer if they'd send an sMail that says 'hey I noticed your forum image/signature exceeds our limits. I'll give you a warning and (insert amount of time) to fix it yourself before I clear it.' I would be more agreeable about that, I'd still be upset but not as upset as I was to find the alert in my sidebar. Where would I find my warning count in my dashboard? All the years I've been on Subeta and I'm still clueless about somethings 😊 Edit: Never mind I found it......I confused it for the dashboard on the side.....facepalm maybe I should go to bed early.......but I don't think it counted because my warning count is at zero.

Lag has been a pain in the rear for me too. Images in item hovers were broken for awhile today so it was hard to figure out what things looked like in the pawn shop. I still need to decide if I'm going to get another gift for my mom and dad or just go with the gift my brother and I split cost on.

I am alive! This lag has been killing me. I could not really get on the site all weekend (missed the Santa Shark sign up too :( ) on top of real life being hectic. Hopefully things will settle down soon as I am almost done preparing for Christmas.

I don't think I could ever get on a plane again. The older I get the more paranoid I become. Especially about things like that. Hey and Hi Hun :) Doing good. Just trying to get ready to go to the grocery store. Oh joy lol.

I was so disappointed that it wasn't opened when I was there. I was in Orlando in May 2010 and it didn't open until June 2010, yet all the advertising said opening in spring, so I was hoping it was going to be open when I was there, but nope. I wanted to go to Orlando for the honeymoon but Chris didn't want to spend a whole lot, so we went to Omaha instead. But he has said we will go somewhere during his paid month off when he comes back from the deployment, so I don't know if I should start asking about planning a vacation or not. Planning a vacation might distract me from thinking that he's gone and change the viewpoint to once he's home, we'll travel here. I'd love to go back to England, Ireland, and Scotland too, and also visit Hawaii. I've got an aunt and uncle in California and they wanted me to visit them after I graduated from high school, but I had just traveled to Orlando, so they figured I wouldn't want to go to California after that, but they still want me to visit. Yeah, and these are just my assumptions from the short amount of time I've known her and what I've learned from Chris and his brother. She probably gets upset when I don't respond to her some of her once a month check-ins, but it's reached the point that it's not really worth it for me to answer, especially if it's been a rough month or she asks how I'm doing then asks five questions about the pets or harvest or my parents. I'm kind of like that too, getting more paranoid as I get older. I don't like driving long distances, but I also don't like being the passenger because I don't like swerving or sudden stops (all thanks to swerving out of the way of a distracted driver 8 years ago and missing their side mirror by an inch) or the driver not using the brake soon enough, but I think it's also because I don't like not having control due to my anxiety that likes to crop up at the worst time. Even on the small plane, I felt the plane shaking due to the turbulence through my feet and realized there wasn't much between me and the air, and then my mind wandered to 'well, what if this happened....' and I had to tell myself to stop it. I don't have much luck with random either. My lifelike doll collection is slowly growing because I always end up with the ones I already have. I finished Saggi's quests and never got another Morty card, so another day logged with just one card. I remembered the coding I had in mine to center the words, but I couldn't remember which games I had listed. The only thing I have in my forum signature right now is the coding to center things incase I ever put anything back in my signature. My pageviews and avatar likes are wimpy numbers.....but I did get an avatar like somewhere today. Yeah, I had been at the dashboard to go somewhere else on the page and then went somewhere else. Then I thought, I wonder if it's on 'that' dashboard?, went to the dashboard I was just at and yup there's the info I needed. I felt like an idiot because I've been looking for that for about 2 hours or more ever since I got the verbal warning.

Awe that stinks :( you were so close! Orlando...Omaha...same thing right? Ok maybe not! You should deff start planning. Something place fun that you will both love. That is a good distraction. My Granny used to make us call her every time we left the house and as soon as we got home. If we forgot to call when we got home she would be right on the phone wanting to know why we didn't call. I finally just had to put a stop to it. It was getting out of hand and she only lived 3 blocks away! I can understand how it can get annoying. I am not a big fan of riding with other people either. Even though some times I don't feel like driving. I used to have more avatar likes but they ended up getting deleted at some time because of a site hiccup. I miss those numbers lol. Yeah no clue why it is called a dashboard. I just picture the dashboard of a car lol. Gotta run to the store...BBL

Awe sweetie, sorry you missed it. Since no one else was doing something, it took time for me to take the reins. I wanted people to have at least a week to send gifts and if needed, time to fix probs. Next year I'm hoping to do 2 rounds... one with a smaller amount & one with an interesting twist ;) but... you can still watch the fun Santa Shark song (really happy to have found that, who would have thunk?)
