hehe that's one reason why I let them have that patch :P I did dig out a bit more grass a couple of weeks ago, so the raspberries have a larger area to grow in, so it'll be interesting to see if they sneak into the corners of their new space now ;)

They'll still appear where I don't want them (there's already two growing in with the potatoes :P), but they seem to approve of the manure on the ground in the raspberry patch, so I'm hoping that'll encourage them to grow there and not sneak too far off ;)

I've almost got the non-denim jeans finished today.... at the moment the hem is just pinned, as I can't quite decide how long I want them to be :P But I figured they'd work well with the jacket I made for the product testing, as the black/white fabric looks almost purple in places :D (the best selfie I could manage - my arm isn't long enough to get a shot that includes more of the jeans, and still get the jacket in the photo 😊)

Yeah, its an island actually. lol Really close to the city center and connected by a bridge. :) So the sea is never too far away here. :)

We won 3-1, so it was a nice match with the sunny weather as well. :)

That was a good score! And even better with the sunshine :D This year we're doing potatoes, broad beans and runner beans as usual, plus spring onions (if they grow!), celery and cucamelons (first time trying those). And of course strawberries (this year we've got some pineapple flavoured white ones, a giant strawberry, some pink flowering strawberries, and the usual ones we already had), raspberries, gooseberries and blackcurrants ;)

thanks :D that dragon had been on my wishlist for months years, so I had to nab it when I saw it lurking in a user shop! ;) :D I'll get Mum to get a better photo of those jeans at some point, as the selfie idea really didn't work all that well :P Is the faulty filter why the frog & fish didn't survive do you think? You know that toy you got Sparky last year, that he was terrified of? Mum put it on the outside of the cage on Monday, and he tried pulling it through the bars :P So yesterday Mum put it in the cage.... it took him a few hours, but he came over to it & started yanking it from side to side, to make the bell ring ;) It might have taken a lot longer than we thought, but I think I can safely say he approves of that toy now ;) (he slept next to it last night :P)

I'm so glad you found it! :) I'm surprised you got such a good selfie as you did. At this point it's really a guessing game. However if it wasn't working properly, yes it could've been a factor. It's still odd that the water showed fine. I'm also going to get my water from the sink in the kitchen and not the bathtub now. We'll see if that helps. though it's inexplicable why, if that is a factor, that Lavender's tank is fine, since that's all i've ever used. But seriously I've had to turn around to check the filter was on lol it's silent :D She did! Dad bought her a telly and Vicar of Digbly series 3. I gave her a scarf I made, the tote she got early but also made a zippered pouch for her, a yarn bowl and gave her a necklace I bought her.

aww thanks :D I love Niamh's picnic ha today :D the purse works really well and the kitties look sweet :) I think there is and I know there's a foreground but I didn't have it. I'm so mad at Nigel right now. He's gotten up onto my desk and ruined my bonsai ponytail palm. I've had to cut it's leaves to make them less mangled. He got to both on the desk but the one in the bigger pot was less damaged. Now I have to move both but I loved them on my desk. And the one looks like it had a buss cut. I know it was him for two reasons, one he was on my desk last night and i told him to get off, two he had cat fur on it.

Awww that stinks :( Hopefully the plant won't mind having a little trim to tidy it up (mine tend to be trimmed where they end up with brown ends most of the time). Is there anything you could put across the edge of the desk so you could still have the plants there but stop Nigel from getting on it?

yeah that's the one I was thinking of It was more than a "little" trim. We are talking over 4 inches lost on almost every leaf. Yeah mine get trims too but this was mangled. I don't know. I'll have to see what, if anything, I can come up with.
