nods the EU has their own ideas of what they want in an agreement, and the UK government (of course) has totally different ideas (both their 'official' idea, and all the other ideas the other MPs have, which aren't necessarily the ideas the Prime Minister has gone with) - it gets complicated!!
Thanks :D I got the top this morning, so I had to try it out :D :D

Well, politics is always a messy game to play. I can only imagine something so huge will have major impacts and cause a lot of brouhaha!

I really really extremely want:nods there's still a call for another vote on whether we should really leave or stay in, so I don't envy anyone in politics! :P
thanks :D It's still not as creative as your outfit today though :P

Well, I am sporting the same one I had for a while, so no funny business there. :) Spent the day cleaning and doing chores. The fun. lol Played some switch tho. :)
Me too, o-o I guess its a novelty for tourists and such, but I cant see them selling too many things big parts of the year. :P

Nor do I! I hope it all works out for the best. I try to stay out of politics because it always makes me sad. Mostly because I had to deal a lot with it when I was in High school and it ruined a lot of good things for me. So politics = bad in my mind. It bothers me that how far you get along in life, and how successful you are all depends upon who you know and how well you play the game, not upon your own merit.

Ah okay, well then that helps. chores do sound like fun haha. We went to the botanical gardens today.
Ohh nice! How was the botanical gardens? :D
No plans here today really, other than stopping by the grocery store. Probably will play a game and crochet some. :P tomorrow I am having dinner at my mums, along with my brother and the kids. :)

very lovely <3 they had some sculptures that were simply stunning. sounds lovely :D and plans with family sounds great too! I think today is a relax day here.
the tourist trade is apparently why Harrods have their Christmas range in store in June o.O :P
I can't honestly say we ever touched on anything to do with politics at school - other than the local MP coming to answer questions (we all were allowed 10 minutes to discuss something, one-to-one with him) ;)
jaw drop now that's a mega creepy HA today!! :D :D

thanks :D ooh loving all the purple in the new ha XD
thanks :D I'd forgotten all about the foreground item but it was a perfect purpley thing to liven up the background :D

Oh what does an MP do exactly? In school we did political debates and looked at all sides of the political spectrum. The politics I was referring to was in high school when teachers do not like your parent they take it out on you. In my case my mom was a elected official in my city, so she was heavily into politics. So a lot of teachers had strong feelings one way or the other towards my mom. Some of them took it out on me and it was not fun. Some tried to fail me others called me out in class, while yet others just ignored me, cut me from teams/activities, treated me badly, or in other ways made things more difficult. So my mom realized she had to help me out and made sure that the teachers stopped, with some I just had to change out of their classes. shrug Some things are unavoidable though. It did teach me to have a strong backbone and not let people bully me as well as to be respectful to all sides. ^^
I love your cute new purple HA!
Your HA is so cool too, clever use of the body mod and eyes!

I really really extremely want:it's still not as good as your HA today, that looks incredible with the skin tone matching the starry background! :D
sits and admires your HA too :D An MP is a Member of Parliament - it's kind of meant to be the local representative in government. They can suggest things / stick up for their local area (like our MP at the moment is very keen on not letting the government do the badger cull in this area), but the government can still overrule them, especially if they're from a different political party to the government (so if the government is Conservative, but the local MP is Liberal Democrat then the MP doesn't really have as much 'clout' as if they were a Conservative). We never did any kind of political debates at school, but maybe that was a good thing, given how controversial that could get! ;) That stinks that they took their strong views out on you, I mean you didn't choose for your Mum to be an elected official.

thqnk you! Not matching. Is. I put it above the base to give it the ghosty look. Xd
ROFLMAO well in that case, it works even better :P

Oh yes, I understand the role of the MP we have people who fulfill those roles here as well with varying titles and degrees of political clout. Thank you for taking the time to explain that to me. You vote to elect your representative, the MP, correct?
That is exactly right (about me being innocent of what ever my mom did). Though I did support her views because I found them to be of sound mind. Though when I was young I had no idea about politics, it didn't really come to bear any significance in my life until I was about 14 years old -- when I entered high school. Previous to that i'd never had any real trouble with people in relation to the political game and angst.

I really really extremely want:nods we vote to elect the councillors (our more local representative(s) on the local council - there's 59 across 33 'wards' which is just their way of splitting up the local area into semi-equal numbers of residents :P), plus the MP (who represents the city, plus a slightly wider area - the size of the area depends on which area they were elected for, as some regions cover a larger area - I think that's mostly down to the population numbers too :P), so it does get confusing when there's an election, to know just who you're actually voting for! :P
