Crêpes, which is around all saints.

Pigs in blankets!! (Aka sausages wrapped in bacon)
I've always had a weakness for canned cranberry sauce around the holidays....
People always try and prepare a real, fresh cranberry sauce... but there's just nothing like canned cranberry
Pumpkin pie, sparkling apple cider, and egg nog!
I love cheesecake but I have never had pumpkin cheesecake. I will have to try that it sound awesome
We make yeast ones that need to rest :D And I just put sugar on them, nutella if i'm feeling exotic :p
What do you put on yours?

pigs in blankets are my favourite part of christmas dinner (but breadsauce comes a close second)
ooh, I don't know what Christmas tree cake is. It sounds good though!
My family always has sauerkraut with our holiday meals.
I'm a pretty big fan of this jello mixture my mom makes. Hard to explain, but it's bright pink and very much not healthy.
Does eggnog count as... food?
Otherwise my favorite is lefse! My family makes it from scratch every year but only for the holidays!
My family always makes special rumball truffles for Christmas. They are an easy, no cook recipe involving lots of cookie crumbs, icing sugar, maple syrup (hey, I am Canadian after all hehe), and of course... real rum! Folks are out now getting the last ingredients needed and later tonight we're making several batches!
