This is fun! >.<
So every year my dad makes these two:
Although pretty basic, we look forward to it each year. Of course, he got it off of a cereal box many years ago. He always uses butter and fresh spices.

Although it usually has spinach throughout the meat and red pepper layered on top of the eggs:
It is now a tradition to make Stuffed Zucchini
And a yummy vegetarian gravy

It is rather fun having new traditions!

Cinnamon rolls are always great on Christmas morning! And cheesy-potatoes to ring in Candle Nights.
Thanks for the reminder that I still need to make pumpkin bundt cake and no bake chocolate oat cookies! Family recipes, but nothing special or secret. There are quite similar if not exact versions floating around out there.
I also love my lasagna bites that I make I make them in muffin tins. Its a nice to have at parties. People love them.
For the Holidays, or all year if I can find them, I make a fresh cranberry/orange chutney. Just put a cut up orange in a in a food processor and cut it up as much as possible, Then add a bag of cranberries and a cup of sugar. I use 2/3'rds a cup because I like it tart. Processes it until all the cranbetties are cut and it's done. I find it best if it has been in the fridge over night to let everything blend. Good with meat as a chutney, on bread, over ice cream. My fave.
CANDY ALL THE CANDY AND TURKEY TOO

Hot chocolate is my favorite around the holidays, even if I burn my mouth like 80% of the time because I don't know what to do with hot drinks.
The pumpkin cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory is another favorite.
My family always makes chocolate peppermint pinwheel cookies around the holidays. We also have to have pumpkin and/or apple pies.
If you want survival flowers, head to this shop and let me know which ones you would like.

I would have to say I really love when my husbands mom comes over and makes turkey and gravy ; ~ ; It's so good that we make it for Turkey day AND X-mas. We also make some simple but JAMMIN mashed potatoes~
All holiday food is good food though ~
I love little pork chops for breakfast on Christmas morning and I love little smokies and deviled eggs on Christmas Eve.
Lefse. It is hard to beat, especially with butter, cinnamon, and sugar.
I love a nice turkey dinner with homemade gravy, dinner rolls, potatoes, even turnip, although I don't like it much, it's a staple. And who can forget the stuffing?? Then, for dessert, we have a yule log, usually made by my mom but this year she's unfortunately too busy, so we bought one. That's my favourite Christmas dinner <3
Roasted Brussel Sprouts....(spicy) rapini....o

Patience. I colored patience gray, hung over with black clouds. I colored hope yellow, just like the sun we could see for a few short morning hours. Too soon the sun rose high in the sky & disappeared from view, leaving us bereft and staring at blue. 🌻
I don't really know too much about Christmas food, but I really like eggnog flavored ice cream xD [edit]Fairy
