Well after months of me whining it may soon be coming to an end. But first.... I had let landlord know since July that my intentions to move were by end of October. BUT it was depending if I got a loan to buy a house. If I got loan it may be a little longer to be able to find and close on house. However if I didn't get loan I would find apartment and be out by end of October. Well on October 1st he showed up with eviction letter....he handed it to me after I told him I got a loan and was looking for a house. That the first house I offered on fell thru but I had appointments a few days later to look at more. He could have just kept his damn letter at that point and said make it soon.
Now onwards to the news. It's not a final done deal. It is now in the paperwork phase of stuff...but I offered on a house (was actually my first choice from before the other one I offered on but it needs a little TLC) and my offer was accepted!!! So now the wait to make sure nothing gets involved. I'm so excited.

Congratulations on getting such a beautiful home! It really is quite lovely looking - I love that decorative stone! Do you have any minions to share it with you (by minions I mean pets...)? Also, I am sorry your landlord had to just be a bit mean and strange. There are other ways in which to handle a situation like that.

: Um, not to be naughty, but I'm not all that familiar with human slang terminology, but wouldn't 'being a giant dick' be a good thing? Or is the nuance of the insult found in the choice of the word "being" rather then "having?" One would think that it would be a better insult to say he is a teensy dick. (pardon my blushing, I am just trying to get the hang of dicks.)

my daughter came to see me, and she bought me some chinese fried dumplings!! I WAS SO HAPPY! she is SUCH a GOOD GIRL! :D

hahahaaaa plus (did you see?) i made a shrimp veggie lo-mein, and had the dumplings (she bought me 2 orders, and i froze the other one for later) and i watched the new DOCTOR! it was Really Good (the show AND the food) I really felt like i was eating a fast food chinese. :D
