ha. it IS an awesome title lol
It's possible? Thanks! I had troubles with find more red to balance it out though. XD
I really need to research weapons. I'm just really lazy about doing that. XD
Okay, and , important lesson, never use a weapon you steal from Fishbreath Jacques! Snagged one of his Maelstroms with Manifesting Weapon and decided what's good for the...whatever he is, either a chubby lain or a cybill with really good hair is good for the cat, I was at 7K health and suddenly I was at 0...rat bastid!

OUCH!! lol
I hope i can remember that when i get up there to battle him :D
Morning dearest friends. I've been crying pretty much all day Sunday, today my eyes hurt. My dad told me yesterday that my grandma will be doing home hospice and will only have a small drip of morphine to help with what pain she has. Not other medication or anything else. Her medical records state no resuscitation. Two of her sons were finally able to get the doctors to honor that. So, we're figuring out when to go over there.
OH DARLIN!!! HUGS HUGS HUGS HUGS HUGS!
there are no words.
Hospice is very, very good about keeping the passing as pain free as possible. Your grief is mine, my Sisterhugs tightly
Kisses your cheekThat was very poetic, Mommy
Feck! I just boosted his strength, Speed and health 300 points each a few weeks ago and he's still using sky as a punching bag

((hugs)) I'm so sorry hon though at least her sons and the doctor(s) are honoring her wishes. I can only imagine how often doctors and other staff ignore that wish. Please be safe traveling and if you need anything I'm here. ((hugs))
It's a tough time, still feeling exhausted about all of it.
hugs Thank you and she is surrounding by the family in a place she is comfortable with instead of in the hospital.
My parents left today for Hawaii, so I'm glad they will be there sooner then they had talked about leaving. i'm not sure when Eric and I will leave, I just want to be there :( I'm so glad the doctors where finally convinced to let her go home. I'd love a good hug right now :)
Squishes youI've seen people graduate from Hospice care in the past, Sis, but it sounds like she's ready to make that journey. Me too, Mommy, Medicine is a business, so of course instead of thinking with their heart, about letting the person go surrounded by the things and people they love, they're worried about getting sued. Its like they forgot why they got into the profession lol besides weekends off and a half day on Wednesdayshugs you again for I am Chat noirLove you, Kiddo

I believe she is ready to go and be with my grandpa. He passed in 1990. I'm not sure when hopsitals went away from that mind set about caring for the patients to lets see how much we can get from them. It's annoying.
On a more brighter note, Eric and I did the baby announcement yesterday :) Here it is
HUGS!!!! (hopefully you all will be able to leave soon)
and i REALLY , love the way you announced the baby!! IT IS SO CUTE! (yes. I know I already told ya) :D and I love how it was Eric that came up with the idea. lol heh. you needed little baby cowboy boots for him. :D hahahaaaa i wonder if people will pick up on the baby shoes being blue?
and JUST Now noticed Emma showing her feet! HAHAHAAA omg. i'm so Damn Observant Witchy. (NOT!) ;P
:D
LOVE YOU GIRL! sending energy and prayers your way. π
Currently at doctors for my back. Later. Today going to be looking at a house. Trying to set up appt for a 2nd house to look at. Issue with it I see is that it just came on market and I need them to accept about 5k less then up for. So idk about that. The one I'm looking at today is well within price. But I have reservations moving to that area. But I may fall in love with the place.
I hope the house viewings go well! Also sometimes you can get them to wiggle down on price, especially if their ask is above the evaluation (most banks won't approve anyone for loans above the house value iteself - so unless a cash buyer comes along, they'll have to slide down some).
good luck with the viewing and if you don't like the area other than maybe distance or minor face value then I wouldn't settle. Easier said than done but it's better to know what you're getting in the long run if possible. I wish my grandparents had thought of that with the house I'm in now.
GOOD LUCK with Viewing Darlin!! (and hope your BACK is BETTER!!!)
Ha! I didn't ping you as Merlani as beautiful as a name as it is! I absolutely love the birth announcement for Michael. Its weird, the Call is no longer in their hands anyway, once they brought in Hospice, everything is their decision. I know you said gram had a DNR order, is there a DNT (Do Not Treat) order, too? I really do not like the DNT, I've seen residents who were on hospice trip/fall and the Hospice Nurse vetoed taking them to an ER and they had a broken hip from the tumble, yes they're passing, but a broken hip freaking hurts!

: I love your baby announcement! Is that your doggie in the picture too? Way cute!
I recorded a video for my grandma. Two hymns and I hope they play the video for her. My dad told me earlier her breath is becoming shallow. So she may be passing soon.
I'm sure our boy will have baby boots soon enough or wait until he starts walking lol. Yup, Emma had to be a part of it since she is the big sister :)
My grandmas is now bed ridden, she doesn't leave it. My dad called earlier and said he could tell she was nearing her end. He did work in nursing homes for a few years, so could tell. For now they are just keeping her comfortable and a nurse comes in and probably does a sponge bath every now and then.
Our announcement is the cutest! Did you see Emma's feet?
Yes! That's my dog's feet :D She had to be a part of it!
Aww! I didn't notice your girl's paws before but glad you included, Emma<3 She's gonna be a terrific big sister to Michael!
Right you are...you get a feel for when people are about to go, sometimes you even sense the spirit that's waiting to take them home especially if its a family member. Has her breathing changed? Poor analogy, Mommy Merlot, I was working with dementia so they'd be trying to climb over the bed rails because they had to go to work/make dinner or their kids were home alone (the youngest of whom were older than me)
