I got mostly duplicates the whole event x.x I did 300+tots and still have a bunch of stuff left on my wl x.x
: I know, so many repeats. I had to purchase stuff to get the achievements.
I only got one of the little riddle and joke books and the rarest one was 20,000,000 sP. Sheesh!
I never want to see another phug item ever and I'm tired of chewing teaberry gum. Who thought that would be a good flavor anyway? They should make whiskey, scotch, vodka and tequila flavored gums. Beer gum...I would chew that. (I really don't like gum.)
: Yeah, it's over. Morostide is one of the holidays that lasts the longest though, right? Luminaire lasts nearly a month, but the others have really been shortened, some less then two weeks. Still, it was a good Morostide with a plot and everything. I will not miss all the pumpkins dropping. If anything is going to drop a lot this year, I hope it's snow faeries. I really need a lot of snow faeries.
11 I know I need tons of faeries.... I would like a lumanire plot where we go to the land of the faries and save them or something...
fireside is here!!! and the code for give user is updated i have been getting items pretty regulr..
First, I am here with a formal apology from , and myself for the sad disappearance of the Pepper. While we have some very juicy tidbits waiting in the wings for the writing ( is gonna get her juicy nekkid news again!), pretty sure life is having fun kicking at us.
Soo...Pepper will return once we get ourselves back to writing. Just do something amusing or interesting or at least scandalous so we have something more to write about???
Second, I wish each of you who celebrate a wonderful holiday season. Fireside is great, but I am waiting on Lumi with my sP waiting to spend it allllllllllllllllllll. Uh hem. may not want to read that line.
are you surprised i umm havent thrown hissy fit?
I hoped that morostide, the plot and now all the yummy brownies that Fantine is giving out are distracting you. sets up a book blockade just in case
PLUS, probably has something we can use to defend ourselves while we fix our stuff. At least now we know that the ghost in her house didn't steal the tablet!!!
yeah, I'm ready for Lumi as well! Loving your HA by the way. I on the other hand need to change.
morning ❤
I threw together a fall-like/fireside thing last night, I think it'll do for now ^^
btw all these food items from Fantine are not helping me kick my food cravings. Pumpkin pecan pie? yes please. Pumpkin chocolate chip bread...? I don't even need a fork.
: That's a CUTE outfit! I'm dressed for Fireside...my favorite holiday!
I like how a lot of us have cute smirky little smiles under our lipgloss.
, when you say 'nekkid', are you talking about me? Nope! Not nekkid, it's too cold already for that. I got my winter coat and my sockies and my sweater and my fireplace and my Welly. No nakey till spring when the fish are back.
Oh...you were talking about the Pepper Blog...never mind.
: For some reason Keith really put the brakes on passing out faeries after the whole "Snow Faerie Plot" a few years ago. He justified it by saying that some achievements were hard and some were nearly unobtainable...meaning that what was the point of having achievements if you didn't have to achieve something. In a way I agree, but in a way, I wish I could at least clear the snow faerie achievement...It's been eight years for me now.
: I love your sockies! Are you falling asleep standing whilst drinking a coffee? Wow...I hope you get some rest. (giggle)
thanks! They're the .
Haha, no I was trying to zen out. Last week was something else from our gas line to learning somethings I have to have checked further health wise... I did get some rest and a hot shower over the weekend! It was nice being away from all the fuss of our furry children, lol.
How have you been?
ill keep waiting for the brownie inboxing to begin!! yea and he also reworked the give item code too so we shall see.
: Gas lines are something I do not know how to deal with, we don't have such things in my home. But, I am sure that such mechanical thingies are a major concern, especially gas, as it is dangerous...from my understanding...little as it is.
I hope all is well for you health-wise. It is sometimes difficult to deal with growing older and dealing with the little conditions that mother nature gifts us with.
I am well, as is Weldon though my ankles have been swollen lately and my back aches at the end of the day. I've been ravenous for pumpkin pie and Welly cannot keep enough of it on paw to satisfy my craving for it. I love this time of year! I might need to cut back a little though (heavens forbid!) as my healer's habit has become a little tight around the middle. It's a little odd, I never have struggled with weight before, my ADHD and anxiety issues burn off calories like crazy. But I looked a little chubby in the mirror and my face was flushed. Oh, well.
Anyway, the whole family is coming to Healer's Hall for American Thanksgiving. Weldon is doing all the cooking (I fear kitchens) and I'm doing all the decorating. I hope that everybody has a great Thanksgiving this year. We have so much to be thankful for. (save me a slice of pumpkin pie!)
: We shall see. Did you see my post about WWS? I did turn in something (on time) to GR, but she hasn't responded to my question.
I'm just thankful to have gas to heat my water for cleaning and such as well as for cooking! :)
Also, not entirely sure that the health issue is age related so much as something that might have been all along or caused by other things along the way. Will find out in due time I suppose. Either way google has left me sort of lost so I've stopped searching for now.
Have a lovely Thanksgiving. We're just fixing up the basics with a few extras tossed in for good measure. Might go to the Thanksgiving Parade buuut not sure if the weather will permit.
I don't think I have posted on here for awhile because of everything. I am not even sure where I left off in my saga of house other then I found one and was waiting for final word. At that time the signing for the house was set for November 14. On October 29th I got a call saying "How would you like to sign for the house this Friday November 2nd?" I was like OMG REALLY YES! I was so excited. The next day the DRAMA began. I get a call from my lender. "The house is about to go into foreclosure next Tuesday and if not signed by Friday its gone. That is why the house signing moved up. However, the current lender/bank isn't seeming to want to release the paperwork for the signing and seem to want it to go into foreclosure. We are working on that. And I will let you know. We also may have an issue with the roof. I am sending someone out tomorrow to look at it." So Monday I had a house...Tuesday I may not. Wednesday I get a call from my lender..."Good news, the current lender is releasing the papers. They don't want to have to deal with a foreclosed home and have to sell it. BUT we have an issue with the roof. The inspector said they don't think it will last long and the loan won't go thru without a new roof being put on. SO we have the insurance that is currently on the house and a roofer going there tomorrow. The insurance guy should give a check to the roofer and it will all be good." Thursday the call comes that the insurance guy didn't give a check..he needed to work numbers it would at least be 10 days. Without that check or an inspector saying the roof will last at least 5 years, the loan wont approve. SO going into Thursday night things seemed bleak. (Also remember my landlord had me on a time limit to move out too so no house, no apartment. SO I was about to be screwed.) Friday morning ...an hour before signing time....I get a call from lender. She and my real estate agent found an inspector that felt the roof as a whole would last 5 years. That there were a few spots that would need looked at sooner, but overall the roof had 5 years on it. The loan approved. I sat and signed papers. November 2 I became a home owner.
SO I have been moving stuff in. I still have to get stuff out of apartment...I have a week to do it. Currently actually staying in House as of Sunday. Its kinda creepy and unreal. First night I was so tired cus of working and moving stuff that I SWORE someone was in here and going to get me. The cats making noises did NOT help. They are all moved in now. I have them in limited areas right now (except 2 which were actually my outdoor cats that are currently inside...they are the most well adjusted to this move. They seem HAPPY to be inside.) Most of my cats are fine now and out of hiding. Except 3. They will deal.
SO what is everyone doing for Thanksgiving? I am having my one best friend over. I am making a Turkey dinner in my gas stove...I never used one. I am going to try my worst enemy in it tomorrow night as practice...a frozen pizza as a test. I would invite my other best friend over too, but that would mean her family too. I am not in the place to have lots over. So next time.
HAPPY HOMEOWNER , so so HAPPY for you!! lol and yah. i would definitely practice cooking on that stove, BEFORE turkey day. grin.
i know with the electric i have, it burns much hotter. i usually have the heat down 5/10 degrees and 5/10 minutes shorter on time.
would probably know about that kind of stove/cooking.
my girl can't make it, but i'll have my boy and my best friend here. so it will be pretty calm and easy. (Ha)
~ Congratulations on the house! :)
For Thanksgiving I'm cooking for a very small crowd so it should be mostly chill. My back will be in a ton of pain by the end of the day (I have an issue with my back and it hurts to stand for hours), but turkey! and stuffing! and homemade apple pie!
Have a great Thanksgiving!
