Ma Soeur, I started taking them less than a month ago so still experimenting, but there's one-in addition to some 2 million strains of human and feline bacteria-it had 1000 mgs of Vitamin C, started taking it when I had a sore throat and while it didn't knock the cold out at first contact, it cut the time I was sick down by % so 4ish days instead of coughing for almost 2 weeks.

Try looking at the CW items. I found some that would work for Edwardian/Victorian clothes and then layer them with the normal Subeta items.

: Probiotics are mostly about healthy intestinal bacteria (normal flora)and may play a roll some problems associated with unhealthy gastrointestinal tracts. (ulcers, IBS, diarrhea, malabsorption, etc.) I don't know if probiotics play a roll in viruses, infections such as bronchitis or other medical issues like diabetes, although diet is a factor.

A lot of fermented foods have probiotic bacteria in them...

Yogurt. Yogurt is one of the best sources of probiotics, may help diarrhea and IBS. Kefir. Kefir is a fermented probiotic milk drink. May be better then yoghurt. Sauerkraut. ...get the naturally fermented unpasteurized (in the cold box in the store) my favorite with sausages!! Tempeh. ... fermented soybean curd ? (not had it) Kimchi. ... fermented Korean vegetables Miso. ... japanese soup base that is fermented. Kombucha. ... fermented green tea? ( not had it ) Pickles. get the naturally fermented kind (that my Author makes!!!!) that are not pasteurized. A good batch is carbonated!

Cut way down on sugar and simple carbohydrates like flour, starch, bread as these can overfeed the naturally occurring intestinal bacteria and cause gas, bloating, diarrhea and a disgusting phenomena that causes intestinal gas to back up from the small intestine (where normal bacteria shouldn't be growing) into the stomach requiring you to burp out intestinal gas....yes, farting out your mouth. I am not making this up.

Keep your sugars under control, try some of the different naturally occurring probiotic foods and hopefully you can keep your intestinal tract in good operating order. If eating probiotics doesn't help relieve your symptoms within a day or so, see your doctor immediately. Messing around with your gut is not a good thing at all. Remember, MODERATION IN ALL THINGS. Even in probiotics. I knew of a human who discovered that he liked yogurt and he ate a 5 or 6 cartons of the fruit at the bottom yogurt every day for a week. WS Teislyn has her colorful clothes, she is from a pretty important family and also she had to perform for the higher class citizens. Those clothes are stuffed in the back of the closet. There are bards that don't always wear colorful duds, she just happens to be on of them, maybe Jianni can help change her mind about that.
