Doom senses Lini's projection, puts down her jar of peanut butter and snorts at the image in her head. She misses her little friend and wishes that she was out on an adventure with her mistress. She console herself in her grief and loneliness by getting the empty jar stuck on her snoot.

*Jianni does his best not to laugh too loudly at Lini's projection of Teislyn wearing bells, but over the course of the evening, he's sneaking glances at Teislyn. At length he asks "How you feel about belly dancing? Among the Rom interpretive dance is an artform and I have the perfect costume if you want to learn...you like turquoise, yes?"

I believe all of us would love to be out adventuring right now. Of course Lini would love for Doom to come visit during the off time and to bring her furry friend too. She enjoys being around Frieda also.

Teislyn saw Jianni trying to stifle the laughter at the projection and she glared at him. "If i had something to throw, it'd be at your head right now!"

That evening, while sitting by the fire place, working on a new song she heard him mention belly dancing. A confused look came over her face. "What is belly dancing? You haven't seen me try to dance, honestly I feel like a Rreign trying to jump rope! That color is pretty, we do need to get some nice clothes for a banquet at the university later this week and Lini needs a new collar.

WOW it appears that we all have disappeared for the last 10 days about. Shame on us. We use to chat like the best of them.

I know I know...I am guilty of not being around. I just have kinda been in hiding the past few months. Things have been tough like and should be eased up in the next 2 weeks. I won't feel as a need to keep in hiding and away from the computer.

How has everyone been? Getting ready for Pandemic? Any guesses on what they will be doing? Mine is NUCLEAR themed. Maybe our HAs will be glowing and adding heads and other body limbs. :D

Actually, I feel like I get on here and barely have time to quest or chat due to one thing or another. Been in the dumps so taking it one day at a time along with anti-depressant or anti-anxiety medication (not really sure if it's supposed to be for depression).

And I woke up with a lump under my chin that is sore as hell. I don't think it's grown but it is sore and I am worried. I did a no-no and googled which has me on edge right now. I knew I shouldn't have but I wanted to know. Evil internet luring me into the dark abyss of information.

I'm wanting Pandemic to start and hope it will by the end of the week. Not sure what the theme will be since I think we've covered a good variety so far. Your theme idea may not be that far fetched but we will see. :)

: OOoo a sore lump under your jaw line? Sounds like a lymph node, like maybe you've had a little exposure to a bug or something. Warm compress two to three times a day might help make it feel better. I have a node on my left cheek that gets sore if I have a cold or I'm fighting a bug.

I tend to look things up online to when wrong. When I got cut up and bit up by cats I worried I was going to n get infected and die if cat scratch fever (a real thing but just a song). Stupid internet self diagnosing

yeah, I thought that might be the case. Hope it's not anything more serious. Can't say I've ever had a lymph node act up like this before that I can recall but I'm fairly certain it can happen at any point. I did however, think it was a pimple but as the day wore on the pain when touching and lifting my chin stayed and is more noticeable. I'll try the warm compress though, thank you for the suggestion. :)

Oh and the Winter Games (snowboarding and hockey - even though I know diddly about hockey, haha) are two of my faves. I did see one of our team members get hurt during Luge earlier. Not sure how badly hurt she is but that's a bummer and I was just saying over the weekend I wondered if anyone got hurt or what could happen if they fell off their giant looking sled. What's your sport of choice to watch?

yeah the internet is vicious and leads you down all sorts of scary paths when you're wondering what could be wrong. I just hope it's an infection, for real. And yep, I've heard about cat scratch fever and what happens. Very scary to think about and it comes to my mind each time one of the kittens gets bratty and scratches.

Maybe it will be. Guess we'll see in a few days! I want it to start now!

Ooh, nuclear! That's an idea. I'm still hoping for plants, I know we had fungus one year, but there was one strain that was a plant, so I'm still waiting on the year of the plants!

: I love Alpine skiing, especially downhill, it is so fast! I love the idea of biathlon, skiing then shooting, but they don't show that much. After that, it's free-style skiing, snowboarding. I got to see Shawn White today and I loved his emotion, he would be a human I would love to meet. I cried too when he won today.

I love the idea of ice-skating, but watching it makes me wince when they throw the girls up in the air or they jump and spin. It scares me somehow. I would not like to come crashing down on my butt like I've seen some of them do. Ow!

Luge and Skelton are the most scariest sports ever. After the death of the Georgian luger in Vancouver eight years ago, I've been afraid to watch Luge. I can only imagine how traumatizing it was for the family of that sportsman and for Olympic community in general.

Still the other sledding sports like bobsled are fun to watch. They haven't shown much yet that I've seen.

We have winter sports in our community. The Tail Freeze where you run across the snow as ice accumulates on your tail. The creature who accumulates the most ice after three runs wins and gets a water bottle of warm water to sit on.

Wake the Bear is a great sport, you have to wake a hibernating bear and then clear her den before she eats you. You can only lose once.

Where Are My Nuts? Is a winter sport favored by the squirrels and chipmunks, but not too popular with the weasels and ferrets.

I am champion at Ice Fishing. You have to dive into an ice hole and spear a fish and return to the surface before you freeze or run out of air. Exhilarating!

The webby has been on mandatory over time for 2weeks. Excited for it to end
