I think it's 50 tokens per zap every few hours. Skins are random just like pet zaps. So depends on how many tries you are going to want to do.

That's really scary, has he had to evacuate yet? I could tell them from what they were showing on the news and I'm sure they weren't able to get all of it covered either. I'm keeping everyone in my thoughts and prayers that are being affected by it.

: No, not yet, he lives in Angwin. Two years ago there was a fire that came within 500 yards of his home and he had to evacuate. He's living in an RV now behind the College Merchantile, so he's pretty mobile. But all that area is looking pretty bad. Wine Country is on fire.

I miss you all <3 Also, typing....sucks. I hurt my left middle finger a few days ago (I slipped on some water at work when I was going to punch out. I tried to catch myself and as my hand hit the wall, the middle finger--you know how we have lines on our fingers, like sections? The top one hit the wall incredibly hard, so now it won't bend a much as it used to, although the green and purple bruises are going away and it hurts whenever it touches anything. XP)

Ooh, another thing! My Dad and I checked out an apartment today for me, and while there is a waiting list, at least I tried to go for it. (Plus the guy knows my Dad from way back, so wish me luckness!) I have to ask my job about how to print out the pay stubs or whatever they call them at work for the application. (The computer system at work where you can check scheduling, request time off, etc....can be quite tricky when it comes to looking for what you need. A fellow employee is having trouble finding the section to request time off for....was it maternity leave? Is that the term? She is 4 or 5 months pregnant now.)

If I do get the place, that means my own space and less stress....especially from MD. She still refuses to take her medicine, won't talk to her sisters and is bothering/harassing me whenever she sees me.

In response to thy post in the old thread, "Natural hair" is usually a term they use for a black woman's hair that hasn't been permed, put through anything chemical, etc. Although that may not always apply to the ones that dye their hair if they decide to leave it alone and not add any more things to it, as I've met a few people that went natural and their hair is certainly a different color than what they were born with <3 Which reminds me....I may have to try hair chalk one of these days.~

My hair is....hm. Some would like to describe it as "4C hair", as it is thick with curls that have massive shrinkage, but the curls like to do whatever they please so putting it into one category isn't fair (although it does help a bit when it comes to trying to achieve certain styles or taking care of it a bit)

huggles Your hair also has a mind of its own, but that is okay. It means it is alliiiiive <3 XD Have you tried putting it into a style at night? I have to wrap a scarf around mine every night, and some put perma-rods, etc into their hair. Hm......what about wetting your hair and then putting it into a loose braid at night? That might help you to achieve some less-unruly waves the next day. <3

Indeed, and I wouldn't wish Zeus on anyone, especially Loki. To this day I am still miffed with that bloody pantheon for what they did to him. Self-fulfilling prophecy indeed! They have tortured, belittled and humiliated him and his babies, even going so far as to KILL one of his children and drive the other to madness by forcing him to kill his little brother and wonder why he brought Ragnarok down on their heads? What did they expect him to do, bake them cookies? I'm surprised he didn't snap long before that, considering they not only treat him like dirt, but then expect him to help them out of all the situations they get themselves into.

As for the Greek Pantheon....Loki would have gotten on well with Hermes, Persephone, Hades, Androgyna, Anteros and Eris. I think he would have had to been kept away from the others, though. Even Apollo can be a tad...strange. People associate him with goodness due to him being the Sun God after Helios, but he is also the God of Plagues and has done a bit of harm himself. Plus, with the Greek Deities, if you're human, you are soooo screwed. If you win in a contest against them, you're toast. If you lose, you're toast. If you tell them you don't want to be their lover, you're toast. If you BECOME their lover....they'll eventually become bored with you and possibly kill or disfigure you so that no one else can have you either.

October weather's been sunny and cool - though it's getting rainy this week....hope it doesn't stay that way for the rest of the month, I'm not ready for the wet season to take over for the rest of fall already. :( I'm cozy despite rushing to finish pictures for my booth at an upcoming anime convention, and my birthday creeping up on me, and I'm knee-deep in Inktober, which I've been wanting to do more of for years. yeah, I haven't been feeling like myself due to an on going health issue which is why I don't say much lately. I literally felt like I was going to throw myself off of the nearest bridge last week from this problem. Yesterday's doctor visit was more of a bust than anything. The only thing I left knowing was that my stupid ear tube is inflamed. I don't know why or how or when it will go the f---- away. Plus, the scripts given aren't covered by my insurance so that in and of itself is total bullshit... So yeah, that's what's been going on, I've just been able to hide it really well for almost a full year but the last month it's really gotten to me. I'm sorry about your kitty, how is she? Everything alright?
