I've made one of each of the new Morostide foods!

Your Bumbus Honeycomb Cake will be finished baking in about 47 minutes. Back onto leveling up. Hope to see more things to make! Done! Your Marshmallow Spaceship Cake will be finished baking in about 45 minutes.

Oof. Have to say- I've been losing a bit of baking steam. At least compared to my first couple weeks of mass baking. I'm on the cusp of L14 and realizing just how long it'll take to even reach 17.

It's a tedious activity, quite boring and stocking up on some ingredients takes time, so it's only natural for me to take looong breaks between baking periods. I usually bake a lot, 2-3 levels after new items come up and take like a month or two of break afterwards ;)

L14, 12% : Oh No! You burned the Harvest Spice Manchu Bread!

Oh come on! Why'd you have to burn the 150k gourmet cream cheese?! Grrr.

[edit]Scratch that. When in the world did Ground Ginger inflate to 440k?!!! I happened to already have one in my vault and didn't even notice.

I just don't even get it. Perhaps when Amber changed the rarity on the Ground Cinnamon (which is down to just over 100k vs 300k), the Ginger took the fall. Ugh. I hope I don't burn this next Manchu Bread. fingers crossed

And congrats on hitting level 21!

[edit]You did it! Enjoy your Harvest Spice Manchu Bread. 😊

(Well thank god for that.)

How do y’all lvl so fast? Find one with shortist time and do it back to back?

Actually, I'd say to find one with the longest bake time, and do it back to back.

Staff is pretty adamant on not releasing an official "this bake yields X experience", but I think most people agree that it favors longer bake times and higher level items.

I think it helps to look at the leveling as a point system- level 1 might take 10 points, but level 5 takes 100. Baking that 15 minute cookie might give you 3 points, but that 30 minute cake gives you 10. You're better off spending the time and baking less in order to gain the most.

Of course, you also have to consider what's most affordable at your level, but you get the idea.

Baking is generally a very tedious thing on here, and the lack of event reminders definitely doesn't help.

[edit]Also... L15, 8% : Oh No! You burned the Cream Filled Baby Booty Bread! Grrrrr

Okay, I typically stick to the newest baked goods for current lvl I am at but really didn’t pay attention that it offers different point systems depending on time it takes to bake. Still farely new at this but really love it and home more comes lol. Thank you very much for the info. :)

Not a problem!

On the front page, there's a helpful list of how long everything takes to bake, which really helped me a lot. And on the 3rd post was the listing of all the accepted staples items (butter, salt, sugar, etc)- and that allowed me to get a better grasp of prices for everything. Stalking the food market can generally yield a lot of supplies.

Have fun!

Yes when I started this forum has helped a ton. I have most common items stored in a gallery for when they’re needed and try to keep an eye out for those more pricier items lol. Still only lvl 5 baking but slowly working my way up since returning back to subeta. :D

Wow, I am surprised that you burned in the later levels but it is not unprecedented. I am really sorry about that too, especially on the recipe requiring such an expensive ingredient! I LOVE your HA!

It's taken me awhile (due to rl health issues) but I should have the FAQ post updated within a couple hours from now. Thank you again for the tip about the stoves!

I am really glad to hear that this thread has really helped you. ^_^

I love this thread! Question... Do different items (on the same level) give different rates of experience?
